Claims (13)

  1. Sheet processing method for sheets of paper, cardboard, plastic or the like, in which sheet processing method an input station (11) for the provision of sheets for processing (31), a processing station (12) for processing a sheet (31, 32) arranged therein, and an output station (13) for the setting-down of processed sheets (32) are provided one behind the other in a sheet transport path, and, repeatedly in series,
    • in the input station (11), a sheet for processing (31), and in the processing station (12), an already-processed sheet (32), are gripped by a sheet gripping device (21, 22, 23),
    • the sheet for processing (31) is moved from the input station (11) into the processing station (12) and is set down, and the processed sheet (32) is moved from the processing station (12) into the output station (13) and is set down, and
    • the sheet for processing (31) is processed in the processing station (12),
    wherein
    • the sheet for processing (31) is, in the processing station (12), firstly brought to a standstill and then set down, whereas
    • the processed sheet (32) is, in the output station (13), set down from a moving state,
    and wherein the sheet gripping device (21, 22, 23) has at least two gripping elements (21, 22) which are controllable separately from one another.
  2. Sheet processing method according to Claim 1, in which, in the output station (13), a conveyor which operates continuously with a conveying speed is provided for the onward transport of a sheet, onto which conveyor the processed sheet (32) is set down.
  3. Sheet processing method according to Claim 2, in which the sheet for processing (31) and the processed sheet (32) are moved with a transport speed which, at least during the setting-down of the processed sheet (32) in the output station (13), at least approximately corresponds to the conveying speed of the conveyor.
  4. Sheet processing method according to Claim 2 or 3, in which the processed sheet (32) is held on the conveyor by generation of an air pressure difference between a top side and a bottom side of the processed sheet (32).
  5. Sheet processing method according to any of Claims 2 to 4, in which the processed sheet (32) is held on the conveyor by the generation of at least one force which acts on a top side of the processed sheet (32).
  6. Punching or stamping machine (1), comprising
    • an input station (11), a processing station (12) and an output station (13) arranged one behind the other in a sheet transport path, and
    • a sheet transport device which is designed for gripping, moving and setting down two sheets (31, 32), which sheet transport device has at least one linear guide (24) arranged parallel to the sheet transport path and has a sheet gripping device (21, 22, 23) which is movable back and forth along the linear guide (24) between a first reversal position and a second reversal position, wherein,
    • in the first reversal position, the sheet gripping device (21, 22, 23) is positioned in the input station (11) and in the processing station (12) in order to grip in each case one sheet (31, 32), and
    • in the second reversal position, the sheet gripping device (21, 22, 23) is positioned in the processing station (12) and in the output station (13) in order to set down in each case one sheet (31, 32), wherein
    • the sheet gripping device (21, 22, 23) is designed to set down a sheet for processing (31) in the processing station (12) when the sheet gripping device (21, 22, 23) has come to a standstill in the second reversal position, and to set down a processed sheet (32) in the output station (13) as the sheet gripping device (21, 22, 23) approaches the second reversal position, and wherein
    • the sheet gripping device (21, 22, 23) has at least two gripping elements (21, 22) which are controllable separately from one another.
  7. Punching or stamping machine according to Claim 6, in which the sheet gripping device (21, 22, 23) has a common base rail (23) with which the at least two gripping elements (21, 22) interact in order to independently of one another grip in each case one sheet (31, 32) and/or in order to independently of one another set down in each case one sheet (31, 32) .
  8. Punching or stamping machine according to Claim 6 or 7, in which a conveyor which operates continuously with a conveying speed and which serves for the onward transport of a sheet (32) is arranged in the output station (13).
  9. Punching or stamping machine according to any of Claims 6 to 8, in which the sheet gripping device (21, 22, 23) moves between the first reversal position and the second reversal position with a transport speed which, at least during the setting down of the processed sheet (32) in the output station (13), at least approximately corresponds to the conveying speed of the conveyor.
  10. Punching or stamping machine according to Claim 8 or 9, in which the conveyor is designed to generate a negative pressure at the bottom side of the processed sheet (32).
  11. Punching or stamping machine according to Claim 10, in which the conveyor is a belt-type conveyor with a perforated belt and with a suction box arranged under said belt.
  12. Punching or stamping machine according to any of Claims 8 to 11, in which, above the conveyor, there is arranged at least one pressure-exerting means which acts on a top side of the processed sheet (32) .
  13. Punching or stamping machine according to any of Claims 6 to 12, in which the at least two gripping elements (21, 22) are operatively connected to a jointly acting actuating device for gripping the respective sheet (31, 32) and to separately acting actuating devices for setting down the respective sheet (31, 32).
