Auch Größenanpassungen hinsichtlich der Höhe und der Breite der Blätter erfordern Umbauten an sämtlichen Trennstützen. Von Nachteil ist ferner, daß mit dem bekannten Verfahren lediglich eine Unterteilung der einzelnen Produktstapel, nicht jedoch eine Vereinzelung der insoweit unterteilten Produktstapel zum Zwecke der weiteren Verarbeitung möglich ist.A method for producing defined stacks of this type is described in DE 27 32 837 C2. Sobald diese Übergabe vollzogen ist, wird die vordere Stütze 22 mit hoher und die hintere Stütze 23 mit noch höherer Geschwindigkeit vorwärts bewegt, während sich die Übergabestütze 17 mit der normalen Stapelbildungsgeschwindigkeit weiterbewegt. Die Bewegungsgeschwindigkeiten sind in den Figuren 3g und 3h durch entsprechende Pfeile angedeutet. Infolge der Relativgeschwindigkeit der beiden Stützen 22, 23 kommt es zu einer Komprimierung der Länge des Stapels bis auf die gewünschte beziehungsweise für eine Weiterverarbeitung erforderliche Länge. Sobald die gewünschte Komprimierung erreicht ist, wird der solcherart vereinzelte Stapel mit hoher Geschwindigkeit weggeführt. Dies ist in Figur 3h dargestellt. Die dargestellte Öffnung der hinteren Trennebene ist möglich, da die Finger 25 der hinteren Stütze 23 ohne weiteres aus den U-förmig geformten Fingern 16 der Übergabestütze 17 herausfahren können. Während des Abtransportes des gebildeten Stapels bildet die Übergabestütze 17 den vorderen Anschlag und definiert die vordere Trennebene des nächsten Stapels. Diese nächste vordere Trennebene wird anschließend von der zurückkehrenden vorderen Stütze 22 übernommen, so daß sich das Verfahren beginnend mit dem in Figur 3d dargestellten Zustand wiederhalt.FIG. 3g shows the state immediately after the rear parting plane has been transferred to the rear support 23. Sämtliche Stützen 7,17,22,23 befinden sich bei dieser Ausführungsvariante oberhalb bzw. unterhalb der Schlitze 15 des Tisches 4. Claims (22)

Verfahren zur Herstellung definierter Stapel gefalzter oder ungefalzter Blätter oder blattförmiger Gagenstände, bei dem die vereinzelt zugeführten Blätter auf einer horizontalen Unterlage stehend abgelegt werden und die Trennung in einzelne Stapel durch eine mit Stapelbildungsgeschwindigkeit parallel zu der Unterlage verfahrbare Trennstütze erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bildung einer den Stapelanfang definierenden ersten Trennebene sowie einer das Stapelende definierenden zweiten Trennebene durch ein quer zur Längserstreckung der Unterlage durchgeführtes, aufeinanderfolgendes Einfahren der Trennstütze in den Stapelquerschnitt erfolgt und in jede der beiden auf diese Weise gebildeten Trennebenen jeweils eine weitere Stütze vollständig einfährt.
