Claims (9)

  1. A connecting device (1) intended to be installed on a building structure (130) to ensure the tensioning of a flexible cover fabric (110) fixedly retained at the periphery thereof on the structure of the building, the connecting device comprising:
    - an arch (150) against which the cover fabric (110) is intended to be tensioned,
    - a threaded rod (10) capable of ensuring the connection between the structure of the building and the arch (150);
    - elastic prestressing reserve means intended to be interposed between the structure and the arch (150) allowing compensating for a creep of the cover fabric (110), and
    - means for unidirectional displacement of the arch (150) relative to the structure capable of enabling the displacement of the arch (150) in a direction moving the arch (150) away from the structure towards the cover fabric (110) upon the release of the prestressing reserve means and capable of preventing the reverse displacement of the arch (150) in a direction bringing the arch (150) closer to the structure under the effect of a load applied to the cover fabric (110),
    bracket characterized in that said means for unidirectional displacement of the arch comprise two jaws (17) pivotally mounted relative to the arch (150), each jaw (17) having a threaded area (22) designed to cooperate with the threaded rod (10), and held in contact with each other by a spring (24), the jaws (17) ensuring the connection between the threaded rod (10) and the arch (150) and, a unidirectional displacement of the arch (150) relative to the threaded rod (10).
  2. The connecting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting device (1) comprises a core (15) supporting the two jaws (17), the core (15) being mounted free in rotation relative to the arch (150).
  3. The connecting device according to claim 2, characterized in that, at each of the ends thereof, the arch (150) comprises two parallel cheeks (180) and in that the core (15) comprises two flanges mounted free in rotation respectively in each of the cheeks (180).
  4. The connecting device according to claim 3, characterized in that the core (15) comprises two axes (20) on each of which a jaw (17) is pivotally mounted.
  5. The connecting device according to claim 3 or claim 4, characterized in that the core (15) comprises two spacers (21).
  6. The connecting device according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the connecting device (1) comprises a nut (26) and a washer (25) engaged at the free end of the threaded rod (10) and an elastic element of the group comprising a spring (23) and a stack of Belleville washers interposed between the washer (25) and the arch (150).
  7. The connecting device according to claim 6, when it is dependent on claim 4, characterized in that each of the cheeks (180) comprises a cutout (28) allowing wedging the elastic element.
  8. The connecting device according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the device comprises a bracket (2) designed to be fastened on the structure of the building, the bracket (2) having a plate (3) and a gusset (5) provided with an eye (6) on which the threaded rod (10) is suspended.
  9. A building comprising a building structure (130) and an arch (150) ensuring the tensioning of a flexible cover fabric (110) fixedly retained at the periphery thereof on the structure of the building, characterized in that it comprises a device for connecting this arch (150) on the structure according to any of claims 1 to 8.
