Claims (10)

  1. A connecting device (1) between a building structure (130) and a structural element (150, 170, 170') ensuring the shaping of a flexible covering membrane (140) retained at its periphery on said building structure (130), the connecting device (1) comprising:
    - displacement means exerting a translation of the structural element against the cover membrane (140) to achieve tensioning in an initial tension range of the cover membrane (140) and to achieve the shaping thereof, and
    elastic prestressing reserve means making it possible to compensate for creep of the cover membrane by a displacement of the connecting device holding the cover membrane, in the initial tension range, the connecting device comprises a fixed sub-assembly intended to be fixed to the structure of the building, an sub-assembly movable relative to the fixed sub-assembly, intended to be connected to the structural element, making it possible to place the sub-assembly movable relative to the fixed sub-assembly in a position in which the structural element performs an initial tensioning of the cover membrane (110) and an elastic element interposed between the fixed sub-element and the movable sub-element forming a prestressing reserve compensating for the creep of the cover membrane.
  2. The connecting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the structural element comprises an arc (140) each end of which is connected to a shoe (5), which is part of the movable sub-assembly, each of the shoes (5) being connected to a fixing body (2), which is part of the fixed sub-assembly, connected to the building structure.
  3. The connecting device according to claim 2, characterized in that a threaded rod (14) is interposed between the shoe (5) and the fixing body (2) to translate the shoe (5) relative to the fixing body (2) and in that the elastic element is interposed between the shoe (5) and the fixing body (2).
  4. The connecting device according to claim 3, characterized in that the elastic element comprises a stack of elastic Belleville washers (16) which are engaged on the threaded rod (14).
  5. The connecting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the structural element comprises a flexible arc (140') each end of which is engaged in a sleeve (22), which is part of the movable sub-assembly, each sleeve (22) being connected to a fixing body (2'), which is part of the fixed sub-assembly, connected to the building structure.
  6. The connecting device according to claim 5, characterized in that the threaded rod (14') is interposed between the sleeve (22) and the fixing body (2') to translate the sleeve (22) relative to the fixing body (2') and in that the elastic element is interposed between the sleeve (22) and the fixing body (2').
  7. The connecting device according to claim 6, characterized in that the sleeve (22) comprises at least one bearing (24) and in that the fixing body (2') comprises at least one yoke (21), the device further comprising an axis (26) provided with a bore (27) engaged in the bearing (24) and a rod (14') connected to the yoke (21), the rod (14') being engaged in the bore (27), elastic Belleville washers being engaged on the rod (14') between the axis (26) and a nut (34).
  8. The connecting device according to claim 1 between a building structure having a beam and a structural element ensuring the shaping of a flexible covering membrane retained at its periphery on said building structure, characterized in that the device is interposed between the beam and the structural element.
  9. The connecting device according to claim 8, characterized in that the structural element comprises a cap forming a point support on the cover membrane.
  10. The device according to claim 8, characterized in that the structural element comprises an arc forming a curvilinear support giving the cover membrane a double curvature.
