Claims (10)
- Procédé pour le revêtement de substrats en bois ou en un matériau dérivé du bois à pores ouverts, destiné à sceller les pores avec une couche de scellement fermée tout en gardant la structure de pores optiquement visible, avec les étapes de procédé suivantes :a) mise à disposition d'un substrat à pores ouverts,b) application d'une matière pour une couche de scellement à l'aide d'un premier rouleau A,c) répartition de la matière appliquée de la couche de scellement et retrait d'une partie de la matière appliquée de la couche de scellement à l'aide d'un deuxième rouleau B, puisd) retrait partiel de la quantité de matière appliquée de la couche de scellement hors des pores à l'aide d'un troisième rouleau C,dans lequel les rouleaux A et B forment une spatule ou une machine reverse,
dans lequel les pores du bois sont entièrement remplis avec de la matière de la couche de scellement à l'aide du rouleau B, et la matière excédentaire de la couche de scellement est ensuite retirée du pore du bois à l'aide du rouleau C, pour rendre la structure de pores du bois de nouveau visible, le rouleau C étant un rouleau lisse. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le retrait partiel de la quantité de matière appliquée de la couche de scellement est effectué à l'aide du troisième rouleau C avant un durcissement, et dans lequel un durcissement et/ou un séchage de la couche de scellement est/sont réalisé(s) à l'aide du rouleau C après le retrait partiel.
- Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche de scellement est formée à partir d'une peinture durcissant aux UV.
- Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le substrat présente une surface en bois de chêne ou en bois de frêne.
- Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le substrat est sélectionné entre un parquet, des panneaux de particules ou de fibres plaqués, des panneaux MDF ou HDF.
- Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la quantité de matière appliquée de la couche de scellement est de 10 à 200 g/m2.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la quantité de matière appliquée de la couche de scellement est de 40 à 100 g/m2.
- Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le substrat est soumis à un traitement préalable avant la mise à disposition, lequel est sélectionné entre un traitement de ponçage et/ou l'application d'un apprêt et/ou l'application d'un mordant.
- Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le rouleau B permet déjà de retirer à nouveau entre 10% et 40% de la quantité de matière appliquée pour la couche de scellement.
- Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le rouleau C permet de retirer à nouveau entre 5% et 30% de la quantité de matière appliquée pour la couche de scellement.
