Zur Montage wird das Gehäuse 15 des Antriebsgetriebes 7 mit dem Schieber 12 durch eine Kippbewegung hinter die Treibstange 5 gefĂ¼hrt, bis die Formschlusselemente 13, 14 des Schiebers 12 und der Treibstange 5 ineinander greifen. AnschlieĂŸend lässt sich das Gehäuse 15 mittels der an den Laschen 23 angeordneten Befestigungsschrauben 24 an dem FlĂ¼gel 2 vorfixieren. AnschlieĂŸend wird die Handhabe 6 mit dem Vierkant 26 durch das Lochbild 25 im FlĂ¼gel 2 in das Antriebsgetriebe 7 eingefĂ¼hrt bis die Rosette 9 an dem FlĂ¼gelĂ¼berschlag 8 anliegt. Claims (10)
- A drive device of a drive rod fitting (4) of a casement (2) pivotable against a frame (1), with a drive gear (7), with a drive pinion (27) of the drive gear (7) for driving a longitudinally displaceably guided drive rod (5), with a housing (15) of the drive gear (7) to be arranged underneath a casement cover (8), with a drive recess in the drive pinion (27) provided for rotationally fixed coupling with a handle (6) and with a coupling device (11) for coupling the drive gear (7) with the drive rod (5), wherein the coupling device (11) has a slider (12) drivable by the drive gear (7), and with a fastening screw (21, 24) for connecting the housing (15) with a component of the casement (2), wherein a screw head (22) of the fastening screw (21, 24) is arranged on the housing (15), characterized in that the housing (15) supports a seal (20) of the casement (2) and that the seal (20) is fastened in recesses (33) of the housing (15).
- The drive device according to Claim 1, characterized in that an astragal (34) is screwed to the housing (15) from the side of the housing (15).
- The drive device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a rosette (9) supporting the handle (6) is screwed to the housing (15) from the side of the housing (15).
- The drive device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the housing (15) has funnel-shaped depressions (29) for receiving the screw head (22).
- The drive device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that tabs (23) project from the housing (15) and that the tabs (23) are designed for receiving fastening screws (24) of the housing (15).
- The drive device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rosette (9) has a closed surface on its side facing away from the casement cover (8) in the area surrounding the handle (6).
- The drive device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the housing (15) has a nose (32) engaging in a recess (31) of the slider (12).
- The drive device according to any one of the preceding clams, characterized in that the slider (12) is connected to a toothed rod (30) and that the drive pinion (27) engages into the toothed rod (30).
- A method for mounting a drive device according to any one of the preceding claims in a casement (2) having a drive rod fitting (4), characterized in that the drive gear (7) is introduced by a tilting movement with the slider (12) behind the already mounted drive rod (5), until positive-locking elements (14) of the slider (12) interlock with the positive-locking elements (13) of the drive rod (5), that fastening screws (21, 24) are mounted from the side of the drive gear (7), and that the seal (20) is fastened in recesses (33) of the housing (15).
- The method according to Claim 9, characterized in that the drive gear (7) is initially prefixed to the casement (2) and subsequently is screwed to the rosette (9) from the side of the drive gear (7).
