The first closure 9 has a recess 43 arranged in the corner frame 18 arranged on the folding frame 3 for receiving a spatula 44. Claims (18)

  1. Tilting/swinging window, in particular roof window, with a leaf (2) capable of tilting/swinging against a frame (1) into a closed position, with a drive rod fitting formed in the leaf, for locking the leaf in the frame, with a tilting frame (3) connected by a tilting bearing to the frame (1), with a swinging bearing connecting the leaf to the tilting frame (3) and with a handle for actuating the drive rod fitting, characterised in that the drive rod fitting (4) has a first lock element (9) locking the leaf (2) in a tilted position in the tilting frame (3) and a second lock element (10) locking the leaf (2) in the closed position directly in the frame (1), and in that the handle (11) is mounted in the leaf (2) capable of rotating about a specified angle range and is coupled by a counter-rotating gear arrangement (12) to two drive rods (13) movable in counter-rotation, wherein the drive rods (13) are in each case coupled to a first and second lock element (9, 10).
  2. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 1, characterised in that at least one of the lock elements (10) has a pivot engagement element (21) capable of being driven by the drive rod (13).
  3. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 1, characterised in that in an air gap setting of the drive rod fitting (4), the second lock element (10) has a second locking position, holding the leaf (2) at a predetermined distance interval to the frame (1).
  4. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 1, characterised in that the switching stages of the drive rod fitting (4) are arranged in the sequence closure position - air gap setting - tilting setting - swinging setting.
  5. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 1 or 4, characterised in that the maximum angle of rotation of the handle (11) extends over an angle range of less than 180°, preferably over 150°-160°, wherein in the closed position a grip part of the handle (11) is arranged parallel to a spar of the leaf (2).
  6. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 1, characterised in that the tilting frame (3) engages in a U-shape around the leaf (2) on the side facing away from the handle (11).
  7. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 1, characterised in that a support (20) pre-tensioned by a spring element and/or retained by a brake is connected by a joint to the frame (1) and to the tilting frame (3).
  8. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 2 and 3, characterised in that the second lock element (10) has a closure support (19) secured to the frame (1) with two cut-outs (22, 23) arranged above one another, and in that the pivot engagement element (21) in the closed position penetrates into the cut-out (22) close to the frame (1) and in the air gap position penetrates into the cut-out (23) remote from the frame (1).
  9. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 8, characterised in that the cut-out (23) which is remote from the frame (1) and the pivot engagement element (21) have run-on ramps (24, 25) facing one another.
  10. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 2, characterised in that the second locking element (10) has a blocking element (40) coupled to the drive rod (13), and in that the blocking element (40) in the closure position or air gap position engages behind a projection (41) of the pivot engagement element (21).
  11. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 11, characterised in that the blocking element (40) is manufactured as one piece with the drive rod (13) and the projection (41) is a part of a toothed arrangement (39) of the pivot engagement element (21) which, during the driving of the pivot engagement element (21), is in engagement with a toothed arrangement (38) of the drive rod (13).
  12. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 2, characterised in that a housing (30) of the pivot engagement element (21) projects over the leaf (2).
  13. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 2 or 12, characterised in that the pivot engagement element (21) and a corner deflection element (29) have a common housing (30).
  14. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 8, characterised in that the access to a screw connection (26) of the closure support (19) or the movement of a protective cover (27) shielding the screw connection (26) is blocked by the leaf (2) which is in the air gap setting and in the closure setting.
  15. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 2, characterised in that the coupling of the drive rod (13) to the second locking element (10) has an empty section (42) in which the drive rod can be moved without the pivot engagement element (21) being moved in sympathy.
  16. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 1, characterised in that the first locking element (9) locking the leaf (2) in the tilting frame (3) has a corner support (18) arranged in one corner of the tilting frame (3) and a spatula element (44) coupled to the drive rod (13), which in the tilting position penetrates into a cut-out (43) of the corner support (18).
  17. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 16, characterised in that the corner support (18) has oblique run-on elements (45) for the leaf (2) and/or a stop (17) for the support of the leaf (2) locked in the tilting frame (3).
  18. Tilting/swinging window according to Claim 16, characterised in that the corner support (18) is retained by positive fit in a corner of the tilting frame (3).
