FIG. 2 shows in perspective one on the wing 2 FIG. 1 fastened, drive rod side assembly 7 one of the closures 6. The drive rod side assembly 7 has a housing 8 and a sliding coupling element 9, which of the in FIG. 1 shown drive rod 5 is driven. The coupling element 9 is therefore guided as the drive rod 5 longitudinally displaceable. In the housing 8, a locking element 10 is pivotally mounted. A pivot axis 11 of the locking element 10 extends parallel to the direction of movement of the coupling element 9 and thus also parallel to the direction of movement of the drive rod 5. The locking element 10 has a slotted guide 12 in the one in FIG. 3 shown sliding block 13 of the coupling element 9 penetrates. The locking element 10 has a supporting body 14, which rests in the illustrated closed position of the locking element 10 on a counter-support 15 of the coupling element 9. Furthermore, the coupling element 9 has a ramp 16, over which the support body 14 slides during the movement of the locking element 10 in the illustrated closed position. A support surface 17 is arranged on the side facing away from the support body 14 of the locking element 10. In a non-illustrated embodiment, the counter-support 15 can also be arranged on the housing 8 with a correspondingly short design of the slide guide 12.

Figur 3 zeigt eine Schnittdarstellung durch den Verschluss 6 aus Figur 1 entlang der Linie III - III. Hierbei ist zu erkennen, dass der flügelseitigen Baugruppe 7 gegenüberstehend im Rahmen 1 ein Gegenlager 18 befestigt ist. Die Stützfläche 17 des Riegelelementes 10 stützt sich an dem Gegenlager 18 ab. Der Stützkörper 14 weist einen Exzenter 19 auf, auf dessen Mantelfläche 20 eine Anschlagfläche 21 angeordnet ist. Die Gegenstütze 15 hat zur Abstützung der Anschlagfläche 21 eine Gegenanschlagfläche 22. Durch Verstellung des Exzenters 19 lassen sich die Position des Stützkörpers 14 gegenüber der Gegenstütze 18 und damit des Anpressdrucks der Stützfläche 17 gegen das Gegenlager 18 verstellen. Hierdurch kann in der dargestellten Schließstellung des Verschlusses 6 die Vorspannung des Flügels 2 gegenüber dem Rahmen 1 eingestellt werden. Die Kulissenführung 12 hat eine Erweiterung 23, so dass die Neigung des Riegelelementes 10 gegenüber dem Gegenlager 18 und damit auch gegenüber dem Koppelelement 9 ohne Behinderung durch den Kulissenstein 13 verstellt werden kann. Eine in das Riegelelement 10 eingedrehte Feststellschraube 24 stützt sich an der Mantelfläche 20 des Exzenters 19 ab und verhindert dessen unbeabsichtigte Verdrehung. Wie Figur 2 zeigt, hat die Mantelfläche 20 mehrere plane Flächen 25, auf denen sich die Feststellschraube 24 abstützen kann. Das Koppelelement 9 hat einen Zapfen 26, mit dem es formschlüssig mit der senkrecht zur Zeichenebene verschieblichen Treibstange 5 verbunden ist. Das Riegelelement 29 und der Stützkörper 28 haben für ihre formschlüssige Verbindung ineinander greifende Verzahnungen 31. Ansonsten sind die Bauteile wie bei dem Verschluss 6 aus Figur 3 aufgebaut. Nach einem Lösen der Befestigungsschraube 30 lässt sich die Position des Stützkörpers 28 auf dem Riegelelement 29 und damit der Anpressdruck verstellen. Der Stützkörper 37 weist eine Anschlagfläche 38 auf, die mit einer Gegenanschlagfläche 35 des Aufsatzes 34 korrespondiert.
Durch den Einsatz unterschiedlich hoher Aufsätze 34 mit der Gegenanschlagfläche 35 lässt sich die Vorspannung des in Figur 1 dargestellten Flügels 2 gegen den Rahmen 1 in Schließstellung erreichen. Ansonsten sind die Bauteile wie bei dem Verschluss 6 aus Figur 3 aufgebaut.

  1. Fastener (6) for an espagnolette fitting (3) of a casement (2), being swivelable relative to a frame (1), of a window, a French door or the like, with an espagnolette-side assembly group (7, 27, 32) and a counter bearing (18) to be arranged opposite the espagnolette-side assembly group (7, 27, 32), with a coupling element (9) being connectable with a longitudinally-slideable espagnolette (5) and with a latching element (10, 29, 36) of the espagnolette-side assembly group (7, 27, 32) being actuateable by said coupling element (9), wherein said latching element (10, 29, 36) is swivel-mounted from a sunk-in position into a protruding position about a swivel axis (11) arranged parallel to the provided direction of sliding of the espagnolette (5), wherein the latching element (10, 29, 36) has in the protruding position a support surface (17) opposite the counter bearing (18), and with means for adjusting a compacting pressure of the support surface (17) against the counter bearing (18), characterized in that the latching element (10, 29, 36) has on the side facing away from the support surface (17) a support body (14, 28, 37) with a stop surface (21), in that the stop surface (21) is in the protruding position of the latching element (10, 29, 36) opposite a counter stop surface (22, 35) of a counter support (15, 33), and in that the position of the stop surface (21) is adjustable relative to the counter stop surface (22, 35).
  2. Fastener according to claim 1, characterized in that the counter support (15, 33) is arranged on the coupling element (9).
  3. Fastener according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the counter support (15, 33) has a ramp (16) for the support body (14, 28, 37).
  4. Fastener according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the means for adjusting the compacting pressure have an eccentric (19) and in that a lateral surface (20) of the eccentric (19) is formed as stop surface (21) or as counter stop surface (22).
  5. Fastener according to claim 4, characterized in that the lateral surface (20) of the eccentric (19) has several planar surfaces (25) and in that a retaining screw (24) supports one of the planar surfaces (25).
  6. Fastener according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the support body (28) is screwed together with the latching element (29).
  7. Fastener according to claim 6, characterized in that the support body (28) and the latching element (29) have tooth systems (31) that correspond with each other.
  8. Fastener according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the support body (37) or the counter support (33) are detachably connected with an attachment (34) having the stop surface (38) or the counter stop surface (35).
  9. Fastener according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the latching element (10, 29, 36) has a sliding guide (12), in that the coupling element (9) has a sliding block (13) entering into the sliding guide (12) and in that in the protruding position of the latching element (10, 29, 36) the sliding guide (12) has an expansion (23).
