Claims (14)

  1. Fitting arrangement (24) for connecting a slidable and tiltable leaf (14) to a fixed frame (12) of a window (10) or a door, wherein the fitting arrangement (24) has the following:
    a) a scissor type deployment means (28) having a deployment arm (38) and a control arm (40) which is movably arranged on the deployment arm (38), wherein the scissor type deployment means (28) has a control pin (44);
    b) a control element (46) having a fixing portion (52) which can be fixed to the fixed frame (12) and an introduction portion (54) having a slotted introduction member (70) for receiving the control pin (44), wherein the introduction portion (54) is arranged so as to be movable relative to the fixing portion (52) between an introduction position, in which the control pin (44) can be introduced and withdrawn into/from the slotted introduction member (70), and a tilted position, in which the control pin (44) is retained on the control element (46),
    characterized in that the introduction portion (54) adjoins in the introduction position the fixing portion (52) partially in a positive-locking manner so that it cannot be moved into the tilted position by the control pin (44) in order to discharge the impact by the control pin (44) being introduced into the slotted introduction member (70) directly into the fixing portion (52), wherein the scissor type deployment means (28) is constructed to release the introduction portion (54) which abuts the fixing portion (52) in a partially positive-locking manner from the introduction position when the scissor type deployment means (28) is opened so that the introduction portion (54) can be moved into the tilted position by the control pin (44),
    wherein the introduction portion (54) can be pivoted by the scissor type deployment means (28) out of the partial positive-locking connection in the introduction position and can subsequently be displaced into the tilted position.
  2. Fitting arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the fixing portion (52) has an introduction recess (74) in which the introduction portion (54) in the introduction position abuts in a partially positive-locking manner so that the introduction portion (54) cannot be moved into the tilted position by the control pin (44).
  3. Fitting arrangement according to either of the preceding claims, wherein the introduction portion (54) in the introduction position can be pivoted out of the partial positive-locking connection about the axis of the control pin (44) or parallel with the axis of the control pin (44).
  4. Fitting arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the introduction portion (54) is released by the control arm (40) out of the introduction position during opening of the scissor type deployment means (28).
  5. Fitting arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the control element (46) has a free-running member (82), by means of which jamming of the scissor type deployment means (28) does not occur when the leaf (14) is closed but the introduction portion (54) is released from the introduction position which abuts the fixing portion (52) in a partially positive-locking manner when the scissor type deployment means (28) is opened.
  6. Fitting arrangement according to claim 5, wherein the free-running member (82) has a free-running pin (62) which, in a state acted on counter to the resilient force of a free-running spring (64), is redirected by the scissor type deployment means (28) during closure of the scissor type deployment means (28) and is not redirected during opening of the scissor type deployment means (28).
  7. Fitting arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the control element (46) has a reversibly releasable engagement device on the introduction portion (54) in order to secure the introduction portion (54) in a reversibly releasable manner in the tilted position if the introduction portion (54) is in the tilted position and/or presses the introduction portion (54) into the partial positive-locking connection in a reversibly releasable manner if the introduction portion (54) is in the introduction position.
  8. Fitting arrangement according to claim 7, wherein the engagement device has an engagement spring (68) and an engagement element (66) which is acted on with the resilient force of the engagement spring (68).
  9. Fitting arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fixing portion (52) has a stop face (72) for the control pin (44), wherein the stop face (72) is continued by a side wall of the slotted introduction member (70) .
  10. Fitting arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the control element (46) has a slotted guiding member for guiding the introduction portion (54) relative to the fixing portion (52).
  11. Fitting arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the control pin (44) has an end-side head portion with an expanded cross-section.
  12. Fitting arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fitting arrangement (24) has a leaf rail (26) which can be mounted on the leaf (14) and a slider (30) which is movable relative to the fixed frame, wherein the deployment arm (28) is arranged pivotably on the leaf rail (26) at one end and pivotably on the slider (30) at the other end.
  13. Fitting arrangement according to claim 12, wherein the control arm (40) has a control arm slotted guiding member (42), in which a control arm guide bolt (34) engages in order to guide the opening and closing movement of the scissor type deployment means (28).
  14.
