  4. d. die Schließstellung gemäß Punkt a.

Claims (11)

  1. Fitting (28) for connecting a leaf (14) on one side to a fixed frame (12) of a window or a door (10), wherein the fitting (28) comprises the following:
    i) a spring element (60) having a spring element portion (62);
    ii) a latching element (58);
    iii) a bypass element (64);
    wherein the fitting (28) successively allows the following positions:
    a) a closed position, in which the fitting (28) is closed;
    b) a tilted position, in which the fitting (28) is opened, wherein the spring element portion (62) engages behind the latching element (58) in the tilted position so that the fitting (28) latches at least against a movement back into the closed position, in order to prevent the leaf from slamming shut;
    c) an open position, in which the fitting (28) is opened further than in the tilted position, wherein the open position allows a displacement of the leaf;
    d) the closed position;
    wherein during the movement from the open position into the closed position, by means of an indirect or direct action of the bypass element (64), the spring element portion (62) does not latch or latches less strongly on the latching element (58) than in the tilted position, in order to facilitate the movement of the leaf (14) from the open position into the closed position, wherein during the movement of the fitting (28) from the open position into the closed position, the spring element portion (62) is supported on the bypass element (64) as far as the transition of the spring element portion (62) onto the latching element (58), wherein the latching element (58) is arranged or formed on a control element (54) of the fitting (28), wherein during the opening and closing of the fitting (28), the control element is moved in a positively controlled manner by the fitting (28), wherein the fitting (28) has a scissor stay (42) having a stay arm (34) and a control arm (38), wherein the control arm (38), at one end, is indirectly or directly articulated on the stay arm (34) and, at the other end, is indirectly or directly articulated on the control element (54) for the positive control of the control element (54), wherein during the closing of the fitting (28) from the open position into the closed position, the bypass element (64) and the latching element (58) can be moved toward one another until they are in mutual contact with one another, in order to facilitate the transition of the spring element portion (62) onto the latching element (58).
  2. Fitting according to claim 1, in which the bypass element (64) is freely movable, in particular freely displaceable, between a stop (70) of the control element (54) and the latching element (58), except for guidance through the spring element portion (62), wherein the bypass element (64) is preferably displaceably arranged on a rail (30) of the fitting (28).
  3. Fitting according to any of the preceding claims, in which the bypass element (64) has a first projection (72) behind which the spring element portion (62) engages at least partially during the at least partial movement of the fitting (28) from the open position into the closed position, so that the spring element portion (62) does not slip off the bypass element.
  4. Fitting according to claim 3, in which the bypass element (64) has a second projection (74) which is formed mirror-symmetrically to the first projection (72).
  5. Fitting according to any of the preceding claims, in which the latching element (58) and/or the bypass element (64) has/have a plate-shaped portion (80, 82) on which the spring element portion (62) can be supported.
  6. Fitting according to any of the preceding claims, in which the spring element (60) is designed in the form of a spring arm which is fastened to a rail (30) of the fitting (28).
  7. Fitting according to any of the preceding claims, in which the fitting (28) has at least one slider (52) in order to displace the leaf (14) in the open position, in particular positioned parallel to and away from the fixed frame (12).
  8. Window or door (10) comprising a fixed frame (12), a leaf (14), which is movable relative to the fixed frame (12), and a fitting (28) according to any of the preceding claims for connecting the leaf (14) to the fixed frame (12) on one side.
  9. Method for opening and closing a leaf (14) of a window or of a door (10), in particular a window or a door (10) according to claim 8, by means of a fitting (28) according to any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the method comprises the following method steps:
    A. moving the fitting (28) from a closed position into a tilted position, in which the fitting (28) latches at least against a movement of the fitting (28) back into the closed position;
    B. moving the fitting from the tilted position into an open position, in which the fitting (28) is opened further than in the tilted position, wherein the open position allows a displacement of the leaf;
    C. moving the fitting (28) from the open position into the closed position, wherein the fitting (28) does not latch or latches less strongly than in the tilted position, at least against a movement of the fitting (28) into the closed position, in order to facilitate the movement of the leaf (14) from the open position into the closed position;
    wherein during the movement of the fitting (28) from the open position into the closed position, the spring element portion (62) is supported on the bypass element (64) as far as the transition of the spring element portion (62) onto the latching element (58), wherein the latching element (58) is arranged or formed on a control element (54) of the fitting (28), wherein during the opening and closing of the fitting (28), the control element is moved in a positively controlled manner by the fitting (28), wherein the fitting (28) has an scissor stay (42) having a stay arm (34) and a control arm (38), wherein the control arm (38), at one end, is indirectly or directly articulated on the stay arm (34) and, at the other end, is indirectly or directly articulated on the control element (54) for the positive control of the control element (54), wherein during the closing of the fitting (28) from the open position into the closed position, the bypass element (64) and the latching element (58) are moved toward one another until they are in mutual contact with one another, in order to facilitate the transition of the spring element portion (62) onto the latching element (58).
  10. Method according to claim 9, in which the fitting (28) has a latching element (58) and a spring element portion (62) of a spring element (60), wherein during the movement of the fitting (28) from the open position into the closed position, the latching element (58) is moved, in particular displaced, against a bypass element (64) of the fitting (28) and facilitates the movement of the spring element portion (62) onto the latching element (58) during the further closing of the fitting (28).
  11. Method according to claim 10, in which the spring element portion (62) is moved, in particular pushed, relative to the bypass element (64) onto the bypass element (64) during the movement of the fitting (28) from the tilted position into the open position, wherein the bypass element (64) has preferably previously been moved, in particular pushed, relatively away from the latching element (58) by the spring element portion (62) during the movement of the fitting (28) from the closed position into the tilted position.
