Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a wall shelf system with a shelf support which has a rear end for attachment to a wall strip, a front end and a first side wall, and with a guide rail for a pull-out shelf element which has a rear end, a front end, and a side wall having.
  • Shelf supports which have a guide rail for a shelf element are basically known from the prior art.
  • shelf supports are known on which a guide groove is formed and thus the shelf support itself forms the guide rail.
  • Shelf supports are also known to which a guide rail is welded.
  • shelf supports have the disadvantage that they are limited in their field of application. There are therefore always at least two types of shelf supports available in known wall shelf systems, one with a guide rail and one without a guide rail.
  • the invention is based on the object of providing a wall shelf system which can be adapted as individually as possible, with a universally usable shelf support and at the same time enables a secure connection between the shelf support and the guide rail and can be understood intuitively.
  • a wall shelf system with the features of claim 1 and in particular in that coupling means are provided on the shelf support and that coupling means corresponding to the coupling means of the shelf support are provided on the guide rail in order to releasably attach the guide rail to the shelf support the coupling means enable a plug-in-latch connection between the guide rail and the shelf support and that the coupling means of the shelf support comprise two recesses, one of the recesses being formed by a hole in the side wall of the shelf support and the other recess being formed by a slot which extends from an upper edge of the shelf support into the shelf support and wherein the coupling means of the guide rail comprise at least two hook sections corresponding to the recesses.
  • the invention is based on the general idea of providing a releasable connection between the shelf support and the guide rail in order to obtain a choice as to whether the shelf support is to be used with the guide rail or without a guide rail.
  • the coupling means of the shelf support are arranged on the side wall of the shelf support.
  • the coupling means of the guide rail can be arranged on the side wall of the guide rail. This has the advantage that the wall shelf system can be designed to be compact and the connection between shelf support and guide rail can be made stable.
  • a particularly secure connection between the shelf support and the guide rail is achieved if the coupling means enable a positive connection between the shelf support and the guide rail. It is also conceivable that the coupling means enable a combination of a form-fitting connection and a force-fitting connection.
  • the coupling means are formed in the side wall of the shelf support and / or the guide rail and / or they emerge from the side wall of the shelf support and / or the guide rail.
  • the coupling means comprise recesses and / or hooks or tabs bent out of the shelf support and / or the guide rail.
  • Such shaped coupling means have the advantage that they can be manufactured inexpensively and at the same time with high quality.
  • the coupling means enable the guide rail to be fixed and / or released without tools. Tool-free fixing and loosening is possible when a user of the wall shelf system can attach the guide rail to the shelf support and detach it from it without the need for tools such as a screwdriver or a hammer.
  • a plug-latch connection comprises a plug connection in which a first coupling means is inserted into a, in particular complementary, second coupling means designed as an opening or recess.
  • the plug-latch connection comprises a latch connection in which a first coupling means is mechanically latched to a second coupling means.
  • the coupling means comprise two or more recesses and / or two or more hook sections.
  • the recesses and the hook sections are arranged relative to one another on the shelf support and the guide rail that the hook sections engage in the recesses and thereby hold the guide rail in the position provided for them on the shelf support.
  • the coupling means of the shelf support comprise two recesses, one of the recesses being formed by a hole in the side wall of the shelf support and the other recess being formed by a slot which extends from an upper edge of the shelf support into the shelf support.
  • the coupling means of the guide rail comprise at least two hook sections corresponding to the recesses, one hook section being arranged in a central region of the side wall of the guide rail and the other hook section being arranged in an upper edge region of the side wall of the guide rail. This enables a plug-latch connection that is particularly easy to produce and that securely holds the guide rail on the shelf support.
  • the shelf support has two parallel spaced apart side walls, on the respective outer surfaces of which suitable coupling means are preferably provided. If, on the other hand, the shelf support has only one side wall, the coupling means can be provided on opposite sides of the side wall.
  • the shelf support preferably has a U-shaped cross section.
  • a shelf support can be produced by converting a sheet metal into a U-shaped Beam is bent.
  • the shelf support is produced exclusively by a stamping and bending process.
  • spacers can be provided between two parallel spaced apart side walls of the shelf support.
  • the shelf support preferably has a safety catch at its rear end.
  • the unhooking protection includes in particular a T-shaped end section.
  • the T-shaped end section is preferably dimensioned in such a way that a subsection of the T-shaped end section that extends vertically in the installation situation is longer than a corresponding opening in the wall strip, which also extends vertically in the installation situation and into which the T-shaped end section engages.
  • a safety catch can be provided on each of the side walls
  • a T-shaped end section can be formed at each of the rear ends of the side walls.
  • the wall shelf system can further comprise one or more wall strips that can be placed vertically on a wall. These can have several openings with a constant spacing, the so-called grid dimension, to one another. The distance between the respective lower ends of the openings is advantageously 32 mm or 50 mm long.
  • the shelf support is preferably provided with a receptacle for a clothes rail holder. Accordingly, a suitable clothes rail holder can be provided, which can be connected to the shelf support without tools by means of the receptacle is.
  • the shelf support is preferably U-shaped and advantageously has coupling means on its underside which cooperate with corresponding coupling means of the clothes rail holder in order to establish a connection between the shelf support and the clothes rail holder.
  • the coupling means of the shelf support can have two openings comprise on the underside of the shelf support and the coupling means of the clothes rail holder comprise two hook-shaped end portions.
  • the guide rail advantageously has a C-shaped cross section, in the interior of which in particular a guide surface for the pull-out shelf element is provided.
  • the guide rail preferably has a roller which is attached laterally in the guide rail and which rolls on the shelf element when the shelf element is pulled out.
  • the guide rail preferably has a pull-out stop at its front end. This can be designed in the form of an end stop.
  • the pull-out shelf element for the reception of which the guide rail is provided, can be, for example, a shelf, a trouser holder, a wire basket, a tub or the like.
  • the shelf element is preferably provided with a pull-out rail that is adapted to the guide rail and guided in the guide rail.
  • the invention also relates to a shelf support and / or a guide rail for a wall shelf system of the type described above.
  • FIG. 1A to 1C , 2A and 2B a shelf support 10 for a wall shelf is shown.
  • the shelf support 10 has a rear end 12, a front end 14 and two parallel spaced apart side walls 16, 18.
  • the shelf support 10 is brought into a U-shape by bending a metal sheet and is thereby essentially closed along a support base 20, ie on its underside, and open on its upper side.
  • the side walls 16, 18 of the shelf support 10 describe an essentially triangular circumferential shape, the shelf support 10 being higher in the region of its rear end 12 than in the region of its front end 14.
  • the support base 20 forms an inclined surface which merges into a quarter-circle circumferential surface at the front end 14 of the shelf support 10.
  • the shelf support 10 has at a rear end 12 of each side wall 16, 18 a T-shaped end section 22a, 22b, which for hanging the shelf support 10 on an in Figure 1D wall bar 24 shown is used.
  • the wall strip 24 can also be referred to as a wall rail.
  • Each T-shaped end section 22a, 22b is formed by a web section 21a, 21b, the length of which corresponds at least approximately to the wall thickness of the wall strip 24, and a hook section 23a, 23b protruding from this and extending transversely to this, which, as it were, the cross line of the T. -shaped end portion 22a, 22b forms.
  • the wall strip 24 has along its main direction of extent a plurality of pairs of slot-shaped holes 26a, 26b, which in a certain Distance 28, the so-called grid dimension, are arranged spaced from one another.
  • Each of the T-shaped end sections 22a, 22b has a maximum height 30 which is longer than a length 32 of the slot-shaped holes 26a, 26b.
  • the T-shaped end sections 22a, 22b thus not only hold the shelf support 10 on the wall bar 24, but also form a securing device for the shelf support 10.
  • the shelf support 10 is mounted on the wall bar 24 that when the shelf support 10 is pivoted upwards first the upper parts of the hook sections 23a, 23b of the T-shaped end sections 22a, 22b are inserted into the slot-shaped holes 26a, 26b, then the shelf support 10 is pivoted down into a horizontal position, so that the lower parts of the hook sections 23a, 23b are introduced into the slot-shaped holes 26a, 26b, and finally the shelf support 10 is moved down along the wall strip 24 until the web sections 21a, 21b rest on the lower boundaries of the slot-shaped holes 26a, 26b.
  • two pins 34a, 34b protrude from the rear of the shelf support 10, which, when the shelf support 10 is mounted on the wall strip 24, each engage in an adjacent slot-shaped hole 36a, 36b of the wall strip 24 and contribute to securing against unhooking.
  • a lateral movement of the shelf support 10 relative to the wall bar 24 is limited, so that the shelf support 10 is laterally fixed and guided by the pins 34a, 34b and the holes 36a, 36b.
  • the shelf support 10 also has a circular hanging hole 38 in the area of its rear end 12, which extends through both side walls 16, 18 and makes it possible to hang the shelf support 10 on a goods carrier (not shown) and thus offer it to a customer for purchase.
  • a plurality of recesses 42a, 42b to 52a, 52b extending from the edge 40a, 40b into the respective side wall 16, 18 are formed on an upper edge 40a, 40b of each side wall 16, 18.
