Description

The present invention relates to a wall shelf system with a shelf support which has a rear end for attachment to a wall strip, a front end and a first side wall, and with a guide rail for a pull-out shelf element which has a rear end, a front end, and a side wall having.

Shelf supports which have a guide rail for a shelf element are basically known from the prior art. For example, shelf supports are known on which a guide groove is formed and thus the shelf support itself forms the guide rail. Shelf supports are also known to which a guide rail is welded.

All of these shelf supports have the disadvantage that they are limited in their field of application. There are therefore always at least two types of shelf supports available in known wall shelf systems, one with a guide rail and one without a guide rail.

From the US 2007/0221597 A1 a wall shelf system is known in which the guide rail is hooked into the shelf support. Also from the documents DE 602 21 445 T2 and WO 2017/171618 A1 Wall shelving systems known in which a frame is locked with carriers.

The invention is based on the object of providing a wall shelf system which can be adapted as individually as possible, with a universally usable shelf support and at the same time enables a secure connection between the shelf support and the guide rail and can be understood intuitively.

The object is achieved by a wall shelf system with the features of claim 1 and in particular in that coupling means are provided on the shelf support and that coupling means corresponding to the coupling means of the shelf support are provided on the guide rail in order to releasably attach the guide rail to the shelf support the coupling means enable a plug-in-latch connection between the guide rail and the shelf support and that the coupling means of the shelf support comprise two recesses, one of the recesses being formed by a hole in the side wall of the shelf support and the other recess being formed by a slot which extends from an upper edge of the shelf support into the shelf support and wherein the coupling means of the guide rail comprise at least two hook sections corresponding to the recesses.

The invention is based on the general idea of providing a releasable connection between the shelf support and the guide rail in order to obtain a choice as to whether the shelf support is to be used with the guide rail or without a guide rail.

According to one embodiment, the coupling means of the shelf support are arranged on the side wall of the shelf support. A particularly secure connection between the shelf support and the guide rail is achieved if the coupling means enable a positive connection between the shelf support and the guide rail. According to one embodiment, the coupling means are formed in the side wall of the shelf support and / or the guide rail and / or they emerge from the side wall of the shelf support and / or the guide rail. In particular, the coupling means comprise recesses and / or hooks or tabs bent out of the shelf support and / or the guide rail. Such shaped coupling means have the advantage that they can be manufactured inexpensively and at the same time with high quality.

According to an embodiment that is particularly easy to assemble and dismantle, the coupling means enable the guide rail to be fixed and / or released without tools. Tool-free fixing and loosening is possible when a user of the wall shelf system can attach the guide rail to the shelf support and detach it from it without the need for tools such as a screwdriver or a hammer.

Such a tool-free fixing and releasing of the guide rail is made possible by means of the plug-in latch connection between the guide rail and the shelf support. A plug-latch connection comprises a plug connection in which a first coupling means is inserted into a, in particular complementary, second coupling means designed as an opening or recess. In addition, the plug-latch connection comprises a latch connection in which a first coupling means is mechanically latched to a second coupling means. Such plug-latch connections have the advantage that they are intuitive for the user understand, as they clearly show how the shelf support and the guide rail are to be connected to one another.

The coupling means comprise two or more recesses and / or two or more hook sections. In order to be able to fix guide rails on both sides of the shelf support, it is advantageous if the shelf support has two parallel spaced apart side walls, on the respective outer surfaces of which suitable coupling means are preferably provided. If, on the other hand, the shelf support has only one side wall, the coupling means can be provided on opposite sides of the side wall.

The shelf support preferably has a U-shaped cross section. For example, such a shelf support can be produced by converting a sheet metal into a U-shaped Beam is bent. According to an advantageous embodiment, the shelf support is produced exclusively by a stamping and bending process. To increase the stability, spacers can be provided between two parallel spaced apart side walls of the shelf support.

So that the shelf support cannot accidentally fall out of a wall strip, the shelf support preferably has a safety catch at its rear end. In order that the shelf support cannot detach itself from the wall strip as a result of an impact from below against the shelf support, the unhooking protection includes in particular a T-shaped end section. The T-shaped end section is preferably dimensioned in such a way that a subsection of the T-shaped end section that extends vertically in the installation situation is longer than a corresponding opening in the wall strip, which also extends vertically in the installation situation and into which the T-shaped end section engages.

The wall shelf system can further comprise one or more wall strips that can be placed vertically on a wall. In order to be able to fasten clothes rails between two shelf supports, the shelf support is preferably provided with a receptacle for a clothes rail holder. Furthermore, a rectangular hole 54a, 54b extending in the longitudinal direction of the shelf support is formed in each of the side walls 16, 18. In a rear region of the guide rail 56, a rearwardly extending first hook portion 80 is bent outwardly from the side wall 74, i. in the opposite direction to the guide rail sections 76, 78. In a front region of the guide rail 56, a front rail section 82 projects upward beyond the upper guide rail section 78. In the area of a front upper corner of the front rail section 82, a second hook section 84 emerges therefrom, which is also bent outwards, but extends forward.

The hook sections 80, 84 each extend with a first partial section 80a, 84a away from the outside of the side wall 74 and then extend with a second partial section 80b, 84b essentially parallel to the side wall 74, but in opposite directions ( Figure 3B ). The second sub-section 80b of the first hook section 80 thus extends to the rear and the second sub-section 84b of the second hook section 84 extends to the front.

The first hook portion 80 and the second hook portion 84 form with the recess 54a ( Figure 1A ) and the slot 50a of the shelf support 10 a plug-latch connection so that the guide rail 56 can be attached to the shelf support 10 without tools, as shown in FIG Figures 5A to 6 is shown. In the support base 20 of the shelf support 10 ( Figure 1B ) there are two receptacles 58, 60 each for a clothes rail holder 62 ( Figures 9A through 10 ) formed. The clothes rail holder 62 comprises a hook-shaped clothes rail or pipe receptacle 108 for receiving a clothes rail, not shown. Claims (10)

1. A wall shelf system comprising:

   a shelf bracket (10) having a rear end (12) for fastening to a wall rail (24), having a front end (14) and having at least one first side wall (16); and

   a guide rail (56) for a shelf element (90) which can be pulled out, said guide rail (56) having a rear end (70), a front end (72) and at least one side wall (74),

   wherein coupling means (50, 54) are provided at the shelf bracket (10); and

   wherein coupling means (80, 84) corresponding to the coupling means (50, 54) of the shelf bracket (10) are provided at the guide rail (56) to releasably fasten the guide rail (56) to the shelf bracket (10);

   wherein the coupling means (50, 54, 80, 84) enable a push-lock connection between the guide rail (56) and the shelf bracket (10); and

   wherein the coupling means of the shelf bracket (10) comprise two cut-outs (50, 54), with one of the cut-outs (50) being formed by a hole in the side wall (16) of the shelf bracket (10) and with the other cut-out (54) being formed by a slit, which extends from an upper margin (40) of the shelf bracket (10) into the shelf bracket (10), and the coupling means of the guide rail (56) comprise at least two hook sections (80, 84) corresponding to the cut-outs.
2. A wall shelf system in accordance with claim 1,
   characterized in that
   the coupling means (50, 54) of the shelf bracket (10) are arranged at the side wall (16) of the shelf bracket (10); and/or in that the coupling means (80, 84) of the guide rail (56) are arranged at the side wall (74) of the guide rail (56).
3. A wall shelf system in accordance with claim 1 or claim 2,
   characterized in that
   the coupling means (50, 54, 80, 84) enable a shape-matched connection between the shelf bracket (10) and the guide rail (56).
4. A wall shelf system in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that
   the coupling means (50, 54, 80, 84) are formed in the side wall (16, 74) of the shelf bracket (10) and/or of the guide rail (56) and/or project from the side wall (16, 74) of the shelf bracket (10) and/or of the guide rail (56).
5. A wall shelf system in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that
   the coupling means (50, 54, 80, 84) enable a fixing and/or release of the guide rail (56) without tools.
6. A wall shelf system in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that
   coupling means (50, 54) are provided at each of the side walls (16, 18) of the shelf bracket (10) to respectively fasten a guide rail (56) thereto.
7. A wall shelf system in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that
   the shelf bracket (10) has a security against removal (22, 34), which in particular comprises a T-shaped end section (22), at its rear end.
8. A wall shelf system in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that
   at least one mount (58, 60) for a clothes rail holder (62) is provided at the shelf bracket (10); and
   in that a clothes rail holder (62) is in particular provided which can be connected to the shelf bracket (10) without tools.
9. A wall shelf system in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
   characterized in that
   the guide rail (56) has a C-shaped cross-section.
10. A wall shelf system in accordance with at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the guide rail (56) has a pull-out block, in particular in the form of a roller (86), at its front end region.
