Definitions
- the present invention relates to a wall shelf system with a shelf support which has a rear end for attachment to a wall strip, a front end and a first side wall, and with a guide rail for a pull-out shelf element which has a rear end, a front end, and a side wall having.
- Shelf supports which have a guide rail for a shelf element are basically known from the prior art.
- shelf supports are known on which a guide groove is formed and thus the shelf support itself forms the guide rail.
- Shelf supports are also known to which a guide rail is welded.
- shelf supports have the disadvantage that they are limited in their field of application. There are therefore always at least two types of shelf supports available in known wall shelf systems, one with a guide rail and one without a guide rail.
- the invention is based on the object of providing a wall shelf system which can be adapted as individually as possible, with a universally usable shelf support and at the same time enables a secure connection between the shelf support and the guide rail and can be understood intuitively.
- a wall shelf system with the features of claim 1 and in particular in that coupling means are provided on the shelf support and that coupling means corresponding to the coupling means of the shelf support are provided on the guide rail in order to releasably attach the guide rail to the shelf support the coupling means enable a plug-in-latch connection between the guide rail and the shelf support and that the coupling means of the shelf support comprise two recesses, one of the recesses being formed by a hole in the side wall of the shelf support and the other recess being formed by a slot which extends from an upper edge of the shelf support into the shelf support and wherein the coupling means of the guide rail comprise at least two hook sections corresponding to the recesses.
- the invention is based on the general idea of providing a releasable connection between the shelf support and the guide rail in order to obtain a choice as to whether the shelf support is to be used with the guide rail or without a guide rail.
- the coupling means of the shelf support are arranged on the side wall of the shelf support.
- the coupling means of the guide rail can be arranged on the side wall of the guide rail. This has the advantage that the wall shelf system can be designed to be compact and the connection between shelf support and guide rail can be made stable.
- a particularly secure connection between the shelf support and the guide rail is achieved if the coupling means enable a positive connection between the shelf support and the guide rail. It is also conceivable that the coupling means enable a combination of a form-fitting connection and a force-fitting connection.
- the coupling means are formed in the side wall of the shelf support and / or the guide rail and / or they emerge from the side wall of the shelf support and / or the guide rail.
- the coupling means comprise recesses and / or hooks or tabs bent out of the shelf support and / or the guide rail.
- Such shaped coupling means have the advantage that they can be manufactured inexpensively and at the same time with high quality.
- the coupling means enable the guide rail to be fixed and / or released without tools. Tool-free fixing and loosening is possible when a user of the wall shelf system can attach the guide rail to the shelf support and detach it from it without the need for tools such as a screwdriver or a hammer.
- a plug-latch connection comprises a plug connection in which a first coupling means is inserted into a, in particular complementary, second coupling means designed as an opening or recess.
- the plug-latch connection comprises a latch connection in which a first coupling means is mechanically latched to a second coupling means.
- the coupling means comprise two or more recesses and / or two or more hook sections.
- the recesses and the hook sections are arranged relative to one another on the shelf support and the guide rail that the hook sections engage in the recesses and thereby hold the guide rail in the position provided for them on the shelf support.
- the coupling means of the shelf support comprise two recesses, one of the recesses being formed by a hole in the side wall of the shelf support and the other recess being formed by a slot which extends from an upper edge of the shelf support into the shelf support.
- the coupling means of the guide rail comprise at least two hook sections corresponding to the recesses, one hook section being arranged in a central region of the side wall of the guide rail and the other hook section being arranged in an upper edge region of the side wall of the guide rail. This enables a plug-latch connection that is particularly easy to produce and that securely holds the guide rail on the shelf support.
- the shelf support has two parallel spaced apart side walls, on the respective outer surfaces of which suitable coupling means are preferably provided. If, on the other hand, the shelf support has only one side wall, the coupling means can be provided on opposite sides of the side wall.
- the shelf support preferably has a U-shaped cross section.
- a shelf support can be produced by converting a sheet metal into a U-shaped Beam is bent.
- the shelf support is produced exclusively by a stamping and bending process.
- spacers can be provided between two parallel spaced apart side walls of the shelf support.
- the shelf support preferably has a safety catch at its rear end.
- the unhooking protection includes in particular a T-shaped end section.
- the T-shaped end section is preferably dimensioned in such a way that a subsection of the T-shaped end section that extends vertically in the installation situation is longer than a corresponding opening in the wall strip, which also extends vertically in the installation situation and into which the T-shaped end section engages.
- a safety catch can be provided on each of the side walls
- a T-shaped end section can be formed at each of the rear ends of the side walls.
- the wall shelf system can further comprise one or more wall strips that can be placed vertically on a wall. These can have several openings with a constant spacing, the so-called grid dimension, to one another. The distance between the respective lower ends of the openings is advantageously 32 mm or 50 mm long.
- the shelf support is preferably provided with a receptacle for a clothes rail holder. Accordingly, a suitable clothes rail holder can be provided, which can be connected to the shelf support without tools by means of the receptacle is.
- the shelf support is preferably U-shaped and advantageously has coupling means on its underside which cooperate with corresponding coupling means of the clothes rail holder in order to establish a connection between the shelf support and the clothes rail holder.
- the coupling means of the shelf support can have two openings comprise on the underside of the shelf support and the coupling means of the clothes rail holder comprise two hook-shaped end portions.
- the guide rail advantageously has a C-shaped cross section, in the interior of which in particular a guide surface for the pull-out shelf element is provided.
- the guide rail preferably has a roller which is attached laterally in the guide rail and which rolls on the shelf element when the shelf element is pulled out.
- the guide rail preferably has a pull-out stop at its front end. This can be designed in the form of an end stop.
- the pull-out shelf element for the reception of which the guide rail is provided, can be, for example, a shelf, a trouser holder, a wire basket, a tub or the like.
- the shelf element is preferably provided with a pull-out rail that is adapted to the guide rail and guided in the guide rail.
- the invention also relates to a shelf support and / or a guide rail for a wall shelf system of the type described above.
- FIG. 1A to 1C , 2A and 2B a shelf support 10 for a wall shelf is shown.
- the shelf support 10 has a rear end 12, a front end 14 and two parallel spaced apart side walls 16, 18.
- the shelf support 10 is brought into a U-shape by bending a metal sheet and is thereby essentially closed along a support base 20, ie on its underside, and open on its upper side.
- the side walls 16, 18 of the shelf support 10 describe an essentially triangular circumferential shape, the shelf support 10 being higher in the region of its rear end 12 than in the region of its front end 14.
- the support base 20 forms an inclined surface which merges into a quarter-circle circumferential surface at the front end 14 of the shelf support 10.
- the shelf support 10 has at a rear end 12 of each side wall 16, 18 a T-shaped end section 22a, 22b, which for hanging the shelf support 10 on an in Figure 1D wall bar 24 shown is used.
- the wall strip 24 can also be referred to as a wall rail.
- Each T-shaped end section 22a, 22b is formed by a web section 21a, 21b, the length of which corresponds at least approximately to the wall thickness of the wall strip 24, and a hook section 23a, 23b protruding from this and extending transversely to this, which, as it were, the cross line of the T. -shaped end portion 22a, 22b forms.
- the wall strip 24 has along its main direction of extent a plurality of pairs of slot-shaped holes 26a, 26b, which in a certain Distance 28, the so-called grid dimension, are arranged spaced from one another.
- Each of the T-shaped end sections 22a, 22b has a maximum height 30 which is longer than a length 32 of the slot-shaped holes 26a, 26b.
- the T-shaped end sections 22a, 22b thus not only hold the shelf support 10 on the wall bar 24, but also form a securing device for the shelf support 10.
- the shelf support 10 is mounted on the wall bar 24 that when the shelf support 10 is pivoted upwards first the upper parts of the hook sections 23a, 23b of the T-shaped end sections 22a, 22b are inserted into the slot-shaped holes 26a, 26b, then the shelf support 10 is pivoted down into a horizontal position, so that the lower parts of the hook sections 23a, 23b are introduced into the slot-shaped holes 26a, 26b, and finally the shelf support 10 is moved down along the wall strip 24 until the web sections 21a, 21b rest on the lower boundaries of the slot-shaped holes 26a, 26b.
- two pins 34a, 34b protrude from the rear of the shelf support 10, which, when the shelf support 10 is mounted on the wall strip 24, each engage in an adjacent slot-shaped hole 36a, 36b of the wall strip 24 and contribute to securing against unhooking.
- a lateral movement of the shelf support 10 relative to the wall bar 24 is limited, so that the shelf support 10 is laterally fixed and guided by the pins 34a, 34b and the holes 36a, 36b.
- the shelf support 10 also has a circular hanging hole 38 in the area of its rear end 12, which extends through both side walls 16, 18 and makes it possible to hang the shelf support 10 on a goods carrier (not shown) and thus offer it to a customer for purchase.
- a plurality of recesses 42a, 42b to 52a, 52b extending from the edge 40a, 40b into the respective side wall 16, 18 are formed on an upper edge 40a, 40b of each side wall 16, 18.
- the first recesses 42a, 42b form a substantially rectangular groove and are arranged in a rear end region of the shelf support 10.
- the second recesses 44a, 44b, 48a and 48b are arranged along the upper edge 40a, 40b essentially after a third and after two thirds of the total length of the shelf support, are identical to one another and each have an undercut 45a, 45b, 49a, 49b.
- the undercuts 45, 49 serve to hold, for example, a shelf or wire mesh floor in the recess 44, 48 in a form-fitting manner.
- the third recesses 46a, 46b, 50a, 50b are formed by slots running vertically from above into the side wall 16, 18.
- the recesses 46 are arranged essentially in the center, that is to say at the same distance from the front end 14 and the rear end 12 of the shelf support 10, and the recesses 50 are arranged in a front end region of the shelf support 10.
- the recesses 52 are formed at the front end 14 and are open at the top and at the front.
- the recesses 52 thus have in a side view ( Figure 1A ) a stepped outline.
- Shelf elements such as, for example, steel shelves, can be placed in a form-fitting manner in the recesses 42, 46 and 52.
- a rectangular hole 54a, 54b extending in the longitudinal direction of the shelf support is formed in each of the side walls 16, 18.
- the holes 54a, 54b are formed on the shelf support 10 in alignment with one another. Together with the slot-shaped recesses 50a, 50b formed in the front end region of the shelf support on the upper edge 40a, 40b, the holes 54a, 54b serve as coupling means for a guide rail 56 to be attached to the shelf support 10.
- the guide rail 56 is in the Figures 3A to 4 shown in more detail.
- the guide rail 56 has a rear end 70, a front end 72 and a side wall 74.
- a lower guide rail section 76 and an upper guide rail section 78 protrude perpendicularly from the side wall 74 of the guide rail 56.
- the guide rail 56 has, at least in sections, a C-shaped cross section.
- a rearwardly extending first hook portion 80 is bent outwardly from the side wall 74, i. in the opposite direction to the guide rail sections 76, 78.
- a front rail section 82 projects upward beyond the upper guide rail section 78.
- a second hook section 84 emerges therefrom, which is also bent outwards, but extends forward.
- the hook sections 80, 84 each extend with a first partial section 80a, 84a away from the outside of the side wall 74 and then extend with a second partial section 80b, 84b essentially parallel to the side wall 74, but in opposite directions ( Figure 3B ).
- the second sub-section 80b of the first hook section 80 thus extends to the rear and the second sub-section 84b of the second hook section 84 extends to the front.
- the first hook portion 80 and the second hook portion 84 form with the recess 54a ( Figure 1A ) and the slot 50a of the shelf support 10 a plug-latch connection so that the guide rail 56 can be attached to the shelf support 10 without tools, as shown in FIG Figures 5A to 6 is shown.
- the outside of its side wall 74 of the guide rail 56 is placed against the outside of the side wall 16 of the shelf support 10 in such a way that the first hook section 80 engages in the recess 54a of the shelf support 10.
- the guide rail 56 is shifted in the direction of the rear end 12 of the shelf support 10 relative to the shelf support 10 so that the hook section 80 engages behind the first side wall 16 and part of the side wall 16 is located between the second section 80b and the side wall 74 of the guide rail 56 .
- the distance between the hook sections 80, 84 more precisely the distance between the first subsections 80a, 84a of the hook sections 80, 84, is dimensioned such that the subsection 84a of the second hook section 84 of the guide rail 56 with the first hook section already engaging in the shelf support 10 80 can be pushed into the slot 50.
- first hook section 80 can first be inserted into the recess 54a until the side wall 16 of the shelf support 10 is between the partial section 80b and the side wall 74 of the guide rail 56 and then the second hook section 84 from above into the slot 50 of the shelf support 10 can be attached.
- the upper guide rail section 78 of the guide rail 56 is to a considerable extent below the upper edge 40, ie approximately one third of the total height of the shelf support 10. This makes it possible to place the guide rail 56 and on one side of the shelf support 10 in addition to attach another shelf element, such as a wire shelf, a wooden shelf or a steel shelf.
- the guide rail 56 also has a roller 86 ( Figure 3A ), which is arranged in a front end region of the guide rail 56 on the inside of the guide rail 56.
- the roller 86 is mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation 88 which is oriented perpendicular to the plane of the side wall 74.
- the guide rail 56 is used in conjunction with a mirrored second guide rail 56 '( Figure 6B ) for displaceable mounting of a shelf element 90, such as the one in Fig. 8 shown pants holder 90, a wooden floor, a wire basket or a tub.
- a pull-out rail 92 Figures 7A to 7D
- the pull-out rail 92 has an upper pull-out rail section 94, the inner side 94a ( Figure 7C ) with a peripheral surface 86a of the roller 86 of the guide rail 56 ( Figures 3A to 3D ) is in contact and on the inside 94a of which the roller 86 of the guide rail 56 rolls when the shelf element 90 is pulled out and pushed in.
- a roller 96 is also attached to the pull-out rail 92 and is mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation 98 which is oriented perpendicular to a plane of a side wall 100 of the pull-out rail 92.
- the circumferential surface 96a of the roller 96 of the pull-out rail 92 lies on an inner side 76a in the assembled state ( Figure 3A ) of the lower guide rail section 76 and rolls on the inside 76a of the lower guide rail section 76 when the shelf element 90 is pulled out and closed.
- a bulge 102 is provided on the inside 76a of the lower guide rail section 76, into which the roller 96 of the pull-out rail 92 can roll and is thereby held in a defined position. Furthermore, an insertion stop 104 formed from an elastomer is provided on the outside of the front end 72 of the guide rail 56, which is connected to a front end wall 106 ( Figure 7C ) the pull-out rail 92 comes into contact when the defined closed state of the shelf element 90 is reached.
- the rollers 86, 96 are arranged so that they can be pulled out limit the pull-out rail 92 by striking one another.
- the rollers 86, 96 in the assembled state, lie in overlapping height areas and depth areas. This defines a pull-out lock which prevents the shelf element 90 together with the pull-out rail 92 from being inadvertently detached from the guide rail 56.
- each receptacle 58, 60 is formed by two slots 58a, 58b and two openings 58c, 58d.
- hook-shaped upper end sections 64a, 64b of the clothes rail holder 62 are inserted from below into the slots 58a, 58b, the clothes rail holder is pushed forward in the direction of the openings 58c, 58d and the clothes rail holder 62 is pulled down so that front end portions 64c, 64d of the hook-shaped upper end portions 64a, 64b engage in the openings 58c, 58d.
- the clothes rail holder 62 comprises a hook-shaped clothes rail or pipe receptacle 108 for receiving a clothes rail, not shown.
- a clothes rail or pipe receptacle 108 for receiving a clothes rail, not shown.
- two inwardly directed elevations 110, 112 are stamped, which secure a clothes rail held by the clothes rail holder 62.
- a connecting section 114 which is designed in the form of a single twisted sheet metal, is provided between the tube receptacle 108 and the hook-shaped upper end sections 64a, 64b.
- This embodiment of the clothes rail holder 62 has the advantage that the clothes rail holder 62 can be inexpensively formed from sheet metal.
- two openings 66, 68 are also provided through which screws can be passed, for example for screwing a wooden shelf.
- the shelf support 10 can also be referred to as a universal support.

The present invention relates to a wall shelf system with a shelf support which has a rear end for attachment to a wall strip, a front end and a first side wall, and with a guide rail for a pull-out shelf element which has a rear end, a front end, and a side wall having.
Shelf supports which have a guide rail for a shelf element are basically known from the prior art. For example, shelf supports are known on which a guide groove is formed and thus the shelf support itself forms the guide rail. Shelf supports are also known to which a guide rail is welded.
All of these shelf supports have the disadvantage that they are limited in their field of application. There are therefore always at least two types of shelf supports available in known wall shelf systems, one with a guide rail and one without a guide rail.

The invention is based on the object of providing a wall shelf system which can be adapted as individually as possible, with a universally usable shelf support and at the same time enables a secure connection between the shelf support and the guide rail and can be understood intuitively.
The object is achieved by a wall shelf system with the features of
The invention is based on the general idea of providing a releasable connection between the shelf support and the guide rail in order to obtain a choice as to whether the shelf support is to be used with the guide rail or without a guide rail.
Advantageous embodiments can be found in the subclaims, the description and the drawings.
According to one embodiment, the coupling means of the shelf support are arranged on the side wall of the shelf support. Alternatively or additionally, the coupling means of the guide rail can be arranged on the side wall of the guide rail. This has the advantage that the wall shelf system can be designed to be compact and the connection between shelf support and guide rail can be made stable.
A particularly secure connection between the shelf support and the guide rail is achieved if the coupling means enable a positive connection between the shelf support and the guide rail. It is also conceivable that the coupling means enable a combination of a form-fitting connection and a force-fitting connection.
According to one embodiment, the coupling means are formed in the side wall of the shelf support and / or the guide rail and / or they emerge from the side wall of the shelf support and / or the guide rail. In particular, the coupling means comprise recesses and / or hooks or tabs bent out of the shelf support and / or the guide rail. Such shaped coupling means have the advantage that they can be manufactured inexpensively and at the same time with high quality.
According to an embodiment that is particularly easy to assemble and dismantle, the coupling means enable the guide rail to be fixed and / or released without tools. Tool-free fixing and loosening is possible when a user of the wall shelf system can attach the guide rail to the shelf support and detach it from it without the need for tools such as a screwdriver or a hammer.
Such a tool-free fixing and releasing of the guide rail is made possible by means of the plug-in latch connection between the guide rail and the shelf support. A plug-latch connection comprises a plug connection in which a first coupling means is inserted into a, in particular complementary, second coupling means designed as an opening or recess. In addition, the plug-latch connection comprises a latch connection in which a first coupling means is mechanically latched to a second coupling means. Such plug-latch connections have the advantage that they are intuitive for the user understand, as they clearly show how the shelf support and the guide rail are to be connected to one another.
The coupling means comprise two or more recesses and / or two or more hook sections. The recesses and the hook sections are arranged relative to one another on the shelf support and the guide rail that the hook sections engage in the recesses and thereby hold the guide rail in the position provided for them on the shelf support.
The coupling means of the shelf support comprise two recesses, one of the recesses being formed by a hole in the side wall of the shelf support and the other recess being formed by a slot which extends from an upper edge of the shelf support into the shelf support. The coupling means of the guide rail comprise at least two hook sections corresponding to the recesses, one hook section being arranged in a central region of the side wall of the guide rail and the other hook section being arranged in an upper edge region of the side wall of the guide rail. This enables a plug-latch connection that is particularly easy to produce and that securely holds the guide rail on the shelf support.
In order to be able to fix guide rails on both sides of the shelf support, it is advantageous if the shelf support has two parallel spaced apart side walls, on the respective outer surfaces of which suitable coupling means are preferably provided. If, on the other hand, the shelf support has only one side wall, the coupling means can be provided on opposite sides of the side wall.
The shelf support preferably has a U-shaped cross section. For example, such a shelf support can be produced by converting a sheet metal into a U-shaped Beam is bent. According to an advantageous embodiment, the shelf support is produced exclusively by a stamping and bending process. To increase the stability, spacers can be provided between two parallel spaced apart side walls of the shelf support.
So that the shelf support cannot accidentally fall out of a wall strip, the shelf support preferably has a safety catch at its rear end. In order that the shelf support cannot detach itself from the wall strip as a result of an impact from below against the shelf support, the unhooking protection includes in particular a T-shaped end section. The T-shaped end section is preferably dimensioned in such a way that a subsection of the T-shaped end section that extends vertically in the installation situation is longer than a corresponding opening in the wall strip, which also extends vertically in the installation situation and into which the T-shaped end section engages.
If the shelf support is equipped with two parallel spaced apart side walls, then at each of its rear ends, i. a safety catch can be provided on each of the side walls In particular, a T-shaped end section can be formed at each of the rear ends of the side walls.
The wall shelf system can further comprise one or more wall strips that can be placed vertically on a wall. These can have several openings with a constant spacing, the so-called grid dimension, to one another. The distance between the respective lower ends of the openings is advantageously 32 mm or 50 mm long.
In order to be able to fasten clothes rails between two shelf supports, the shelf support is preferably provided with a receptacle for a clothes rail holder. Accordingly, a suitable clothes rail holder can be provided, which can be connected to the shelf support without tools by means of the receptacle is. For this purpose, the shelf support is preferably U-shaped and advantageously has coupling means on its underside which cooperate with corresponding coupling means of the clothes rail holder in order to establish a connection between the shelf support and the clothes rail holder. In particular, the coupling means of the shelf support can have two openings comprise on the underside of the shelf support and the coupling means of the clothes rail holder comprise two hook-shaped end portions.
The guide rail advantageously has a C-shaped cross section, in the interior of which in particular a guide surface for the pull-out shelf element is provided. The guide rail preferably has a roller which is attached laterally in the guide rail and which rolls on the shelf element when the shelf element is pulled out.
So that the shelf element cannot be pulled out too far, the guide rail preferably has a pull-out stop at its front end. This can be designed in the form of an end stop.
The pull-out shelf element, for the reception of which the guide rail is provided, can be, for example, a shelf, a trouser holder, a wire basket, a tub or the like. For the easiest possible storage of the shelf element in the guide rail, the shelf element is preferably provided with a pull-out rail that is adapted to the guide rail and guided in the guide rail.
The invention also relates to a shelf support and / or a guide rail for a wall shelf system of the type described above.

The
The
