Claims (4)

  1. Compresseur rotatif hermétique comprenant :
    un boîtier hermétique (10) qui comprend un boîtier principal (10a) comprenant une ouverture et ayant une forme de cylindre, et un boîtier d'extrémité (10c) monté à l'intérieur de l'ouverture du boîtier principal (10a) et faisant saillie à l'extérieur du boîtier principal (10a) depuis l'ouverture, et dans lequel une huile lubrifiante est stockée ;
    un arbre rotatif (13) logé dans le boîtier hermétique (10) ;
    une section de moteur électrique (11) logée dans le boîtier hermétique (10) et configurée pour faire tourner l'arbre rotatif (13) ;
    un tuyau de réfrigérant d'aspiration (Pa) qui pénètre dans le boîtier principal (10a) et fait communiquer l'intérieur et l'extérieur du boîtier hermétique (10) entre eux, et auquel un réfrigérant est amené ; et
    un élément de compression (12) logé dans le boîtier hermétique (10), couplé à l'arbre rotatif (13), et configuré pour comprimer le réfrigérant fourni par le tuyau de réfrigérant d'aspiration (Pa), dans lequel l'élément de compression comprend :
    une première section de mécanisme de compression (18A) comprenant un premier cylindre (21) comprenant une première chambre de cylindre (Sa), un trou d'aspiration (d) qui est formé dans le premier cylindre (21) et est raccordé à la première chambre de cylindre (Sa) et dans lequel le tuyau de réfrigérant d'aspiration (Pa) est inséré, un rouleau (25) monté sur l'arbre rotatif (13) et configuré pour comprimer le réfrigérant dans la première chambre de cylindre, et une pale (30) en contact avec le rouleau et divisant le compresseur en deux parties dans la première chambre de cylindre, et
    une seconde section de mécanisme de compression (18B) comprenant un second cylindre (22) comprenant une seconde chambre de cylindre (Sb), un rouleau (26) monté sur l'arbre rotatif (13) et configuré pour comprimer le réfrigérant dans la seconde chambre de cylindre, et une pale (32) en contact avec le rouleau (26) et divisant le réfrigérant en deux parties dans la seconde chambre de cylindre, la seconde section de mécanisme de compression (18B) étant prévue de manière adjacente à la première section de mécanisme de compression (18A) dans une direction axiale de l'arbre rotatif (13) ; et
    la totalité du premier cylindre (21) est positionnée à l'intérieur du boîtier principal (10a) dans la direction axiale de l'arbre rotatif (13), et au moins une partie du second cylindre (22) est positionnée à l'intérieur du boîtier d'extrémité, et
    une distance maximum (L) d'un centre de l'arbre rotatif (13) jusqu'à une circonférence externe du premier cylindre est supérieure à une distance maximum (M) du centre de l'arbre rotatif à une circonférence interne du boîtier d'extrémité, et
    caractérisé en ce que :
    la pale (30) de premier cylindre (21) est comprimée contre le rouleau (25) par un élément d'excitation élastique (31) prévu dans le premier cylindre (21), et la pale (32) du second cylindre (22) est comprimée contre le rouleau (26) par la pression du réfrigérant à l'intérieur du boîtier hermétique (10), et
    une trajectoire d'aspiration de branche (d) est formée entre la première section de mécanisme de compression (18A) et la seconde section de mécanisme de compression (18B), faisant communiquer le trou d'aspiration (d) du premier cylindre (21) et la seconde chambre de cylindre (Sb) du second cylindre (22) entre eux.
  2. Compresseur rotatif hermétique selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est approprié pour être utilisé avec du dioxyde de carbone en tant que réfrigérant.
  3. Compresseur rotatif hermétique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que :
    un rayon de courbure (R) d'une partie de coin du boîtier d'extrémité est inférieur à une distance (H1) d'une face d'extrémité du second cylindre du côté du premier cylindre à une section d'extrémité de l'élément de compression, et est supérieur à une distance (H2) de l'autre face d'extrémité du second cylindre à la section d'extrémité de l'élément de compression.
  4. Dispositif à cycle de réfrigération comprenant :
    un circuit de cycle de réfrigération (T) dans lequel un radiateur thermique (2), un dispositif d'expansion (3) et un absorbeur de chaleur (4) sont raccordés ensemble en séquence et à travers lequel un réfrigérant à base de dioxyde de carbone circule ; et caractérisé en ce que :
    le compresseur rotatif hermétique selon l'une quelconque des revendication 2 et 3, est raccordé au circuit de cycle de réfrigération (T) entre le radiateur thermique (2) et l'absorbeur de chaleur (4).
