- Containers And Packaging Bodies Having A Special Means To Remove Contents (AREA)
Claims (6)
- Behälter (100, 1000), welcher umfasst:- einen Körper (102, 1002), der eine obere Wand (350) aufweist,- einen flexiblen Beutel (302), der ein abzugebendes Produkt enthält,- eine verformbare Kammer (304), die von einer starren Wand (306) und einer flexiblen Membran (308) begrenzt wird und einerseits mit dem flexiblen Beutel (302) und andererseits mit einer Abgabeöffnung (106), die an der oberen Wand (350) mündet, in Fluidverbindung steht,- einen Deckel (104, 1004), der eine von außen sichtbare obere Außenseite (314) und gegenüber der oberen Außenseite (314) eine Unterseite (316), die im Wesentlichen denselben Krümmungsradius wie die obere Wand (350) des Körpers (102) hat, aufweist und der an der oberen Wand (350) beweglich zwischen einer offenen Position und einer geschlossenen Position angebracht ist, wobei die Verlagerung des Deckels (104, 1004) zwischen der offenen Position und der geschlossenen Position in einem Gleiten des Deckels (104, 1004) auf der oberen Wand (350) besteht, wobei diese Letztere konkav oder eben ist,- Mittel zur Druckbeaufschlagung (360, 660, 760, 960), die dafür ausgelegt sind, bei der Verlagerung des Deckels (104, 1004) aus der geschlossenen Position zur offenen Position hin auf die flexible Membran (308) zu drücken.
- Behälter (100, 1000) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Druckbeaufschlagung (360) umfassen:- ein elastisches Blatt (362), das einen mittleren Teil (368), wenigstens eine erste Lasche (364), die am Körper (102) auf der Seite der Abgabeöffnung (106) befestigt ist, und wenigstens eine zweite Lasche (366) umfasst,- für jede zweite Lasche (366) einen Fuß (370a-b), der mit dem Deckel (104) fest verbunden ist und die obere Wand (350) durchquert,wobei die Form des elastischen Blattes (362) eine solche ist, dass der mittlere Teil (368) an der flexiblen Membran (308) flach anliegt, wenn sich der Deckel (104, 1004) in der geschlossenen Position befindet, und
wobei die Form des elastischen Blattes (362) eine solche ist, dass jeder Fuß (370a-b) beim Öffnen des Deckels (104, 1004) nacheinander auf den mittleren Teil (368) und anschließend auf die oder jede zweite Lasche (366) drückt. - Behälter (100, 1000) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Druckbeaufschlagung (660) umfassen:- ein elastisches Blatt (662), das einen gemeinsamen Teil (662), der am Körper (102) auf der der Abgabeöffnung (106) gegenüberliegenden Seite befestigt ist, einen mittleren Zahn (668) und zwei seitliche Zähne (664) beiderseits des mittleren Zahns (668) umfasst,- für jeden seitlichen Zahn (664) einen Fuß (670a-b), der mit dem Deckel (104) fest verbunden ist und die obere Wand (350) durchquert,wobei die Form des elastischen Blattes (662) eine solche ist, dass der mittlere Zahn (668) an der flexiblen Membran (308) flach anliegt, wenn sich der Deckel (104) in der geschlossenen Position befindet, und
wobei die Form des elastischen Blattes (662) eine solche ist, dass jeder Fuß (670a-b) beim Öffnen des Deckels (104) auf einen seitlichen Zahn (664) drückt. - Behälter (100, 1000) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Druckbeaufschlagung (760) umfassen:- eine Platte (762), die oberhalb des flexiblen Beutels (302) angeordnet ist und die von einem Fenster (763) durchbrochen ist, welches von der verformbaren Kammer (304) und der Abgabeöffnung (106) durchquert wird,- einen Schieber (764), der translatorisch beweglich auf der Platte (762) angebracht ist und eine mittlere Stange (766) aufweist, die entlang des Fensters (763) beweglich ist, und- ein Übertragungssystem, welches die Verlagerung des Deckels (104) auf den Schieber (764) überträgt, indem es den Schieber (764) aus einer von der Abgabeöffnung (106) entfernten Position zu einer der Abgabeöffnung (106) nahen Position hin verlagert, wenn der Deckel (104) von der geschlossenen Position in die offene Position übergeht.
- Behälter (100, 1000) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (764) zwei Rampen (768a-b) aufweist, die jeweils an einem Ende der mittleren Stange (766) befestigt sind, und dadurch, dass das Übertragungssystem umfasst:- für jede Rampe (768a-b) einen ersten gezahnten Abschnitt (772a-b), der sich entlang der Rampe (768a-b) erstreckt,- für jeden ersten gezahnten Abschnitt (772a-b) ein Zahnrad (774a-b), das drehbeweglich auf er Platte (762) gelagert ist und mit dem ersten gezahnten Abschnitt (772a-b) in Eingriff steht, und- für jedes Zahnrad (774a-b) einen mit dem Deckel (104) fest verbundenen zweiten gezahnten Abschnitt (776a-b), der die obere Wand (350) durchquert und diametral gegenüber, bezogen auf den ersten gezahnten Abschnitt (772a-b), mit dem Zahnrad (774a-b) in Eingriff steht.
- Behälter (100, 1000) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Druckbeaufschlagung (960) umfassen:- eine Platte (962), die oberhalb des flexiblen Beutels (302) angeordnet ist und die von einem Fenster (963) durchbrochen ist, welches von der verformbaren Kammer (304) und der Abgabeöffnung (106) durchquert wird,- wenigstens einen Nocken (964) mit einem vorstehenden Bereich, welcher frei drehbar auf der Platte (962) gelagert ist und mit einem mit der Achse des Nockens (964) koaxialen Zahnrad (966) fest verbunden ist,- für jeden Nocken (964) einen mit dem Deckel (104) fest verbundenen gezahnten Abschnitt (970), der die obere Wand (350) durchquert und mit dem Zahnrad (966) des Nockens (964) in Eingriff steht, so dass die Verlagerung des Deckels (104) auf den Nocken (964) übertragen wird, indem der vorstehende Bereich aus einer Position, in der er nicht auf die flexible Membran (308) drückt, in eine Position verlagert wird, in der er auf die flexible Membran (308) drückt, wenn der Deckel (104) von der geschlossenen Position in die offene Position übergeht.
