Claims (11)

  1. Komfortpolsterung, die dazu ausgestaltet ist, an einer innersten Oberfläche eines Helmes (9) befestigt zu werden, die einem Kopf (16) eines Trägers zugewandt ist, wobei die Komfortpolsterung eine Innenschicht (3) und eine Außenschicht (2) aus einem Stoff oder einem Vliesstoff, von denen zumindest eine dehnbar ist, und zumindest zwei Schichten (5,5') aus Membranmaterial zwischen der Innenschicht (3) und der Außenschicht (2) umfasst, und wobei sich zwischen den beiden Schichten (5,5') aus Membranmaterial ein Gleitmittel wie Gel oder Flüssigkeit (8) befindet, wobei zumindest eine der Membranschichten (5,5') eine reibungsarme Oberfläche aufweist, die eine Gleitbewegung zwischen zumindest der Außenschicht (2) und dem Membranmaterial (5) ermöglicht.
  2. Komfortpolsterung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die reibungsarme Oberfläche der Membranschicht (5,5') eine Gleitbewegung zwischen der Innenschicht (3) und der Membranschicht (5') ermöglicht.
  3. Komfortpolsterung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Gleitmittel (8) eine Scherbewegung in der Komfortpolsterung als Reaktion auf eine schräge Kraft, die auf den Helm bei Verwendung ausgeübt wird, bereitstellt.
  4. Komfortpolsterung gemäß Ansprüchen 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die Komfortpolsterung Schichten umfasst, gesehen von der Innenseite, die dem Kopf (16) eines Trägers bei Verwendung zugewandt ist, nämlich den dehnbaren Stoff oder das Vliesmaterial (3), einen offenzelligen Polymerschaum (12), eine Membranschicht (5'), Gleitmittel (8), eine weitere Membranschicht (5) und den dehnbaren Stoff oder das Vliesmaterial, das der innersten Oberfläche des Helmes zugewandten vorgesehen ist.
  5. Komfortpolsterung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zumindest die Membranschichten (5,5') entlang von Kanten (7) so miteinander verbunden sind, das ein geschlossener und fluiddichter Raum zwischen den Membranschichten (5,5') vorgesehen ist, der zumindest ein Fluid (8) umfasst.
  6. Komfortpolsterung gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei alle Schichten und Membranen mit derselben Kante verbunden sind.
  7. Komfortpolsterung gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei alle Innenschichten (3) und Außenschichten (2) entlang Rändern (6) miteinander verbunden sind.
  8. Komfortpolsterung gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei eine zusätzliche Schicht aus Stoff oder Vliesstoff (13) zwischen dem offenzelligen Schaumstoff (12) und der Membranschicht (5') angeordnet ist.
  9. Komfortpolsterung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Oberfläche der Polsterung, die dazu ausgestaltet ist, an der innersten Seite eines Helmes befestigt zu werden, schlaufenartig oder aufgeraut ist, um beispielsweise an Hakenmaterial wie Klettverschluss befestigt zu werden.
  10. Komfortpolsterung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Innenschicht (3) aus Stoff oder Vliesstoff ein Dochtmaterial ist.
  11. Helm, umfassend
    - eine energieabsorbierende Schicht (10), die zumidest einen Teil umfasst, mit einer Außenseite, die vom Kopf (16) eines Trägers weg zeigt, und einer innersten Seite (14), die dem Kopf (16) des Trägers zugewandt ist,
    - zumindest eine Komfortpolsterung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die an der innersten Seite (14) der energieabsorbierenden Schicht vorgesehen ist.
