Claims (15)
- Couvercle d'aspiration d'un cache anti-poussière de convertisseur (4), dans lequel le couvercle est adapté pour être monté sur un cadre (6) du cache anti-poussière de convertisseur (4) et comprend un boîtier (1), un volet rotatif (3) et des portes mobiles (2), le boîtier (1) étant doté d'un conduit de gaz (7), dans lequel le volet rotatif (3) présente un entraînement de volet rotatif (8) et
caractérisé en ce que
le volet rotatif (3) peut tourner selon un angle pouvant atteindre 25°, et les portes mobiles comprennent une partie verticale (12) et une partie inclinée (13) connectées de manière pivotante selon un angle de 120-130° l'une à l'autre et présentant un entraînement de portes mobiles (16). - Couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (1) comprend des panneaux verticaux, horizontaux et inclinés.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les panneaux sont faits d'acier.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le panneau comprend une feuille à cadre en cornières rectangulaire.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les jonctions entre les panneaux sont scellées avec un cordon en amiante.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volet rotatif (3) comprend une feuille ignifuge nervurée.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle comprend une première tige (10) et un contrepoids (11), dans lequel ledit volet rotatif (3) est connecté à la première tige (10), qui est connectée à l'entraînement de volet rotatif (8) d'un côté et au contrepoids (11) de l'autre côté.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le volet rotatif (3) est soudé à la première tige (10).
- Couvercle selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la première tige (10) est connectée au contrepoids (11) par l'intermédiaire d'un système de palan.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la première tige (10) est connectée à l'entraînement de volet rotatif (8) par l'intermédiaire d'un levier.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la première tige (10) est montée dans des boîtier de palier (9).
- Couvercle selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les boîtier de palier (9) sont adaptés pour être fixés à un cadre de cache anti-poussière (6).
- Couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le conduit de gaz (7) est disposé dans la partie supérieure du boîtier (1).
- Couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les portes mobiles (2) sont supportées par des galets (15).
- Couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement de portes mobiles (16) comprend une seconde tige avec des pignons montés sur celle-ci, les pignons étant en prise avec une chaîne qui est fixée sur la partie verticale des portes mobiles (2).
