Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de secouage dynamique pour le vidage de sacs, constitué par :
    a) une entrée (A) pour vider les sacs pleins ;
    b) un moyen de décharge (B) du produit contenu à l'intérieur des sacs ;
    c) une sortie (C) des sacs vides ;
    d) au moins un arbre rotatif (1) disposé perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement des sacs suspendus, et qui supporte au moins un disque de coupe (2) avec une lame sur le bord extérieur ;
    e) au moins un secoueur ; et
    caractérisé en ce que le au moins un secouer est composé d'un élément d'agitation (5, 5a) en forme de serpentin pour secoueur le sac simultanément dans les directions circulaire et linéaire.
  2. Dispositif de secouage dynamique selon la revendication 1 où l'élément d'agitation (5, 5a) en forme de serpentin est disposé parallèlement à l'arbre rotatif (1) .
  3. Dispositif de secouage dynamique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes où l'élément d'agitation (5, 5a) en forme de serpentin présente un diamètre variable dans son développement en serpentin.
  4. Dispositif de secouage dynamique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes qui comprend deux secoueurs ou plus présentant des éléments d'agitation (5, 5a) en forme de serpentin à diamètres différents entre eux.
  5. Dispositif de secouage dynamique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes qui comprend deux secoueurs ou plus présentant des éléments d'agitation (5, 5a) en forme de serpentin ayant de différentes directions de développement de leurs éléments d'agitation en forme de serpentin (en sens horaire et anti-horaire).
  6. Dispositif de secouage dynamique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes où le au moins un secouer comporte un arbre central (4) à l'intérieur de l'élément d'agitation (5, 5a) en forme de serpentin.
  7. Dispositif de secouage dynamique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes qui présente un système de contrôle de vitesse et d'intensité de rotation des secoueurs.
