Claims (12)

  1. System zum Transport einer Weiche, welches einen Wagen zum Transport (10) der Weiche (12) umfasst, wobei der Transportwagen (10) eine Längsrichtung (100) und eine Fahrzeugbegrenzungslinie (200) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportsystem außerdem wenigstens eine entfernbare oder zurückziehbare erste seitliche Handhabungsbühne (24) umfasst, die geeignet ist, wenn der Transportwagen (10) stillsteht, sich in wenigstens einer Benutzungsposition seitlich von einer ersten Seite des Transportwagens (10), außerhalb der Fahrzeugbegrenzungslinie (200), zu befinden, und die einem Arbeiter den Zugang zu der Weiche (12) ermöglicht.
  2. System zum Transport einer Weiche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste seitliche Handhabungsbühne (24) aus einem seitlichen Laufsteg besteht, der sich in der Längsrichtung (100) erstreckt, vorzugsweise auf einer Länge von wenigstens zwei Metern und vorzugsweise von wenigstens drei Metern.
  3. System zum Transport einer Weiche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste seitliche Handhabungsbühne (24) geeignet ist, wenn der Transportwagen (10) stillsteht, sich in mehreren Benutzungspositionen seitlich von einer ersten Seite des Transportwagens (10), außerhalb der Fahrzeugbegrenzungslinie (200), zu befinden und einem Arbeiter den Zugang zu der Weiche (12) zu ermöglichen, wobei sich die Benutzungspositionen durch die Positionierung der ersten Bühne in der Längsrichtung unterscheiden.
  4. System zum Transport einer Weiche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste seitliche Handhabungsbühne (24) mit einem Schutzgeländer (26) versehen ist.
  5. System zum Transport einer Weiche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste seitliche Handhabungsbühne (24) mit einer Leiter (28) zum Zugang vom Boden aus versehen ist.
  6. System zum Transport einer Weiche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste seitliche Handhabungsbühne (24) am Transportwagen (10) aufgehängt ist.
  7. System zum Transport einer Weiche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Transportposition die erste seitliche Handhabungsbühne (24) zurückgezogen, zusammengeklappt und/oder demontiert ist und innerhalb der Fahrzeugbegrenzungslinie (200) positioniert ist.
  8. System zum Transport einer Weiche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportsystem außerdem wenigstens eine entfernbare oder zurückziehbare zweite seitliche Handhabungsbühne (24) umfasst, die geeignet ist, wenn der Wagen stillsteht, sich in einer Benutzungsposition seitlich von einer zweiten Seite des Transportwagens (10), außerhalb der Fahrzeugbegrenzungslinie (200), zu befinden.
  9. System zum Transport einer Weiche nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transportwagen (10) eine Ladebühne (18) für eine Weiche umfasst, wobei die Ladebühne (18), wenigstens in einer Ladeposition, horizontal ist und sich vorzugsweise auf einer Höhe von 50 bis 120 cm über der seitlichen Handhabungsbühne (24) befindet.
  10. System zum Transport einer Weiche nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ladebühne (18) durch Drehung um eine zur Längsachse des Wagens (100) parallele Achse schrägstellbar ist.
  11. Verfahren zum Transport einer Weiche (12), welches das Laden der Weiche (12) auf einen Transportwagen (10), danach eine erste Handhabung wenigstens eines Teils (34, 36) der Weiche (12) auf dem Transportwagen (10), danach den Transport der Weiche (12) auf dem Transportwagen (10) von einer Beladestelle zu einer Entladestelle, danach eine zweite Handhabung wenigstens eines Teils (34, 36) der Weiche (12) auf dem Transportwagen (10), danach das Entladen der Weiche (12) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem die Anbringung wenigstens einer ersten seitlichen Handhabungsbühne (24) in einer Benutzungsposition längs einer ersten Seite des Transportwagens (10) für die erste Handhabung und die zweite Handhabung und das Zurückziehen der seitlichen Handhabungsbühne (24) für den Transport umfasst.
  12. Verfahren zum Transport einer Weiche nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es nach der ersten Handhabung und vor dem Transport einen Arbeitsgang der Neigung der Weiche (12) in eine schräge Transportposition auf einer schrägstellbaren Ladebühne (18) umfasst, und danach, nach dem Transport und im Stillstand, die Umstellung aus der schrägen Transportposition in eine horizontale Entladeposition durch Absenken der schrägstellbaren Ladebühne (18) in die Horizontale.
