Sur la figure 2 , cette phase de démontage est en cours, certaines (34) des traverses les plus longues ayant déjà été disposées pour le transport alors que d'autres (36) n'ont pas encore été démontées des rails. Pour procéder à ce démontage, un ouvrier est positionné à chaque extrémité des traverses 34, 36, sur l'une des passerelles latérales 24, ce qui permet un travail fluide, non pénible et sans risque de chute. Les ouvriers procèdent également à la fixation de l'aiguillage 12 et des traverses démontées 34 à la plateforme inclinable de chargement 18, à l'aide de brides de fixation 36, illustrées sur la figure 3 .
