Abstract

La présente invention concerne un cuve de fermentation et un procédé, la cuve comprenant une première conduite d'amenée ou d'évacuation présentant une première ouverture centrale (6a) qui se trouve à l'extrémité inférieure de la cuve de fermentation et sert à amener ou à évacuer un produit. La cuve de fermentation comprend également une deuxième et une troisième conduite d'amenée ou d'évacuation présentant respectivement une ouverture centrale destinée à amener ou à évacuer un produit, les trois ouvertures se trouvant à des hauteurs différentes.
