Claims (8)

  1. Rotationsverdichter (100), umfassend:
    ein Gehäuse (1), wobei zwei Enden des Gehäuses (1) in einer Axialrichtung eine erste Endwand (111) bzw. eine zweite Endwand (131) aufweisen;
    einen Elektromotor (2), der in dem Gehäuse (1) angeordnet ist und einen Statorkern (21) und einen Rotorkern (22) umfasst; und
    einen Verdichtungsmechanismus (3), der in dem Gehäuse (1) angeordnet ist und sich auf einer von der ersten Endwand (111) entfernten Seite des Elektromotors (2) befindet, wobei der Verdichtungsmechanismus (3) eine Luftzylinderanordnung (31) und ein Hauptlager (32) umfasst, wobei das Hauptlager (32) mit einer dem Elektromotor (2) benachbarten Seitenendfläche der Zylinderanordnung (3) verbunden ist,
    wobei der Elektromotor (2) und der Verdichtungsmechanismus (3) koaxial mit dem Gehäuse (1) angeordnet sind, der Statorkern (21) eine an einer inneren umlaufenden Wand des Gehäuses (1) befestigte Umfangswand aufweist und der Verdichtungsmechanismus dazu konfiguriert ist, ein Hochtemperatur- und Hochdruckkältemittel nach oben auszulassen,
    wobei in der Axialrichtung des Gehäuses (1) der größte Abstand zwischen einer der ersten Endwand (111) benachbarten Seitenendwand des Statorkerns (21) und der ersten Endwand mit Dst bezeichnet ist;
    wobei in der Axialrichtung des Gehäuses (1) der kleinste Abstand zwischen einer der ersten Endwand (111) benachbarten Seitenendwand des Rotorkerns (22) und einem der ersten Endwand (111) benachbarten radial am weitesten außen liegenden Teil eines Flanschabschnitts (321) des Hauptlagers (32) mit Drt bezeichnet ist;
    wobei Luftlöcher (221) auf dem und durch den Rotorkern (22) gebildet sind und eine Mittelachse jedes Luftlochs zu einer Drehachse des Rotorkerns (22) parallel ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Dst und Drt einer Beziehung: 0,335 ≤ Dst/Drt ≤ 0,838 genügen; und
    wobei die Luftlöcher achsensymmetrisch um einen ersten Durchmesser des Rotorkerns (22) verteilt sind und eine Breite D des Luftlochs in der Richtung des ersten Durchmessers einer Beziehung: 0,204 mm ≤ D ≤ 0,480 mm genügt.
  2. Rotationsverdichter (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei Dst und Drt ferner einer Beziehung: 0,568 ≤ Dst/Drt ≤ 0,680 genügen.
  3. Rotationsverdichter (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei D ferner einer Beziehung: 0,404 mm ≤ D ≤ 0,460 mm genügt.
  4. Rotationsverdichter (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, wobei ein Umriss eines Querschnitts des Luftlochs eine Kurve oder eine Kombination einer Kurve und einer Geraden ist.
  5. Rotationsverdichter (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, wobei in einer Richtung der Rotationsachse des Rotorkerns (22) der Querschnitt des Luftlochs die gleiche Form und Abmessung aufweist.
  6. Rotationsverdichter (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, wobei eine Vielzahl von Luftlöchern (221) bereitgestellt und entlang einer umlaufenden Richtung des Rotorkerns (22) gleichmäßig voneinander beabstandet sind.
  7. Rotationsverdichter (100) nach Anspruch 6, wobei jedes Luftloch (221) die gleiche Form und Abmessung aufweist.
  8. Rotationsverdichter (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, wobei der Rotorkern rotationsfähig in dem Statorkern angeordnet ist.
