Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a mast securing system and a method for securing a wooden mast.
  • Energy supply networks have overhead lines that are carried by wooden poles.
  • a fitter climbs along the wooden pole with the help of climbing equipment in order to get to the point of contact of the conductor rope or the conductor ropes.
  • the wooden mast must be secured against falling over before the fitter's ascent in order to ensure a safe ascent of the fitter. The wooden mast is therefore secured in advance with a mast security system.
  • a metal clamp is placed around the wooden mast in the area of a line-side end section of the wooden mast, which is clamped circumferentially against the wooden mast by means of a cardan joint via a multi-part linkage.
  • Ropes are tensioned from the clamp and anchored in the area to secure the mast.
  • the cardan joint and the associated linkage remain permanently on the wooden mast during mast securing, so that the cardan joint must be climbed by the fitter when climbing.
  • the mast protection system therefore additionally complicates the ascent of the fitter.
  • the mast security system constructed in this way consists of a large number of metallic individual parts, which take up a large storage space in a transport vehicle and are unwieldy to handle.
  • Known mast securing systems cannot be carried from a transport vehicle to a wooden mast to be secured, or can only be carried out with great effort by a single person. If the simultaneous maintenance of a plurality of wooden masts is planned, a corresponding metal rod with cardan tensioning device must be carried for each wooden mast to be secured.
  • the invention is based on the technical problem of specifying an improved mast securing system and a method for securing a wooden mast which do not have the disadvantages described above or at least to a lesser extent, the mast securing system being particularly compact during use and in transportation has a low weight and is easy to use.
  • the invention relates to a mast securing system, with at least one bandage, which has a flexible belt, which is set up to surround a wooden mast at least in sections, with a first tensioning cable, which is set up to support the bandage against a lateral surface of the wooden mast to tension and to be anchored in an environment of the wooden mast, with a second tension rope, which is designed to be attached to the bandage and to be anchored in the environment of the wooden mast, the bandage having a first eyelet to which the first tension rope is attached is and wherein the bandage has a second eyelet to which the second tensioning rope is attached.
  • the wooden mast can be a wooden mast carrying a power line or one or more conductor ropes.
  • the wooden mast can be a telecommunications mast.
  • the wooden mast to be secured can have a diameter of 10 cm or more.
  • the wooden mast have a diameter of up to 50 cm, in particular up to 35 cm.
  • the bandage with the flexible belt can be braced against the outer surface of the wooden mast using the first tensioning rope.
  • the bandage is therefore attached to the wooden mast without a complex universal joint and corresponding rods, but can only be done using a tensioning rope.
  • the mast protection system in question is therefore much lighter and more compact.
  • Another advantage is that the flexible belt clings to a lateral surface of the wooden mast to be secured and can thus compensate for irregularities in the cross-sectional shape or the outer contour of the wooden mast, so that a reliable, flat contact of the bandage on the wooden mast can be guaranteed.
  • the flexible belt can be made, for example, from a flexible, textile fabric, such as is used for harnesses or climbing harnesses.
  • the flexible belt can be made of a synthetic material.
  • the flexible belt can consist of a nylon fabric.
  • the term “flexible” means that the belt itself is limp when it is not mounted on the wooden mast.
  • the bandage has a flexible belt, wooden poles of different diameters can be secured, since the belt adapts or conforms to the curvature of the outer lateral surface of the wooden mast to be secured.
  • the first tensioning rope and / or the second tensioning rope can be tensioning ropes of the type SK9 or SK11.
  • the first tension rope can be of the type SK9.
  • the second and further guy ropes for guy can be of type SK11.
  • the tension cables can e.g. have a load capacity of 25kN or 30 kN.
  • the static extensibility of the tension cables can be 3%. exhibit. In this way, settlement phenomena or material fatigue in the area of anchor points or in the area of the support of the bandage on the wooden mast can be compensated in order to ensure reliable securing of the wooden mast.
  • the first eyelet and the second eyelet can be an integral part of the flexible belt.
  • the eyelets can be integrated into the flexible belt in a weaving process or a sewing process.
  • separately provided eyelets can be placed on the flexible belt, e.g. by sewing or riveting, whereby the eyelets can consist of a flexible fabric.
  • tensioning ropes can be anchored in the vicinity of the wooden mast using ground anchors. Insofar as anchoring in an environment of the wooden mast is not possible due to the nature of the ground, tensioning ropes can alternatively or additionally also be attached or attached to vehicles.
  • Separate rope tensioners can be provided to tension the tensioning ropes. In this way, a predetermined rope tension can be set in a simple manner.
  • the bandage With its flexible belt, the bandage can be attached tightly to the lateral surface of the wooden mast, so that the fitter can easily climb over the bandage by a technician ascending along the wooden mast.
  • the bandage with the flexible belt has no freely projecting joints or linkages, such as universal joints or the like, which would make it difficult to climb over the mast securing system.
  • a mast safety system is specified that is compact during use and transport, has a low weight and is easy to use.
  • the mast securing system has a third tensioning rope which is set up to be fastened to the bandage and to be anchored in the vicinity of the wooden mast, the bandage having an eyelet to which the third tensioning rope is fastened.
  • the mast securing system can be braced or braced in three directions, in particular at an angular offset of approximately 120 °. In this way, freestanding single masts or longwall masts can be reliably secured.
  • the mast securing system can have three or more tension cables that can be attached to the bandage.
  • the mast securing system can have four, five, six or more tension cables that can be attached to the bandage.
  • a separate eyelet can be provided on the bandage for each tensioning rope.
  • two or more ropes can be attached to an eyelet. At each eyelet e.g. a tension rope or two tension ropes each can be attached.
  • the mast securing system can have a further bandage, in particular for securing an A mast or a double mast.
  • Each single mast of the A-mast or the double mast can be secured and anchored with a bandage.
  • the tensioning cable for tensioning the bandage is guided through at least one third eyelet, the first tensioning rope being attached to the first eyelet, the first tensioning rope being loosely guided through the third eyelet.
  • the first eyelet can be provided in particular on a first end section of the bandage.
  • the third eyelet can be provided in particular on a second end section of the bandage.
  • the first tensioning rope surrounds the bandage on the circumference at least in sections.
  • the tensioning rope can in particular be arranged in such a way that the flexible belt, in a state mounted on the wooden mast, is arranged at least in sections between the first tensioning rope and the wooden mast.
  • the first tensioning rope is looped around the bandage, so that the bandage and in particular its flexible belt is pressed radially against the wooden mast.
  • a secure attachment of the bandage to the wooden mast can thus be achieved, which reliably counteracts a slipping of the bandage when tensioning additional tensioning cables.
  • the first tensioning rope is loosely guided through a fourth eyelet arranged in the region of the first end section and twice through the third eyelet arranged on the second end section, in particular in the manner of a pulley block.
  • a return of the tensioning rope through the third eyelet in the manner of a pulley allows the bandage to be reliably attached to the wooden mast by the first tensioning rope.
  • the bandage has an inside and an outside, the inside being provided for bearing against the wooden mast, the outside facing away from the inside and the bandage having a guide which is set up to to guide the first tensioning rope along the outside of the bandage.
  • the guide prevents the first tensioning cable from sliding off the bandage or from its belt during the tensioning of the bandage against the lateral surface of the wooden mast.
  • the guide can be formed from one or more tabs or eyes provided on the flexible belt.
  • one or more stop means are provided for fastening a tensioning rope to an eyelet, in particular for producing a return of the first tensioning rope in the manner of a pulley. So it can Tensioning rope can be guided, for example, through an eyelet with a lobster clasp, which can be latched into the first eyelet, for example. In this way, the bandage and the first tensioning rope can be used to create a composite that completely encompasses the wooden mast on the circumference, which can be opened and closed via the lobster clasp. The lobster clasp simplifies the handling and guidance of the first tensioning rope, so that the first tensioning rope does not have to be attached or threaded again for each assembly or tensioning process.
  • the flexible belt can have one or more reinforcing elements which are provided for bearing against the wooden mast. With the aid of the reinforcement elements, slipping or sliding of the bandage when tensioning the tensioning cables can be avoided.
  • the reinforcing elements can consist of a rubber or have a rubber coating. As a result, improved adhesion to the outer surface of the wooden mast can be achieved.
  • two reinforcing elements can be provided, each of which is attached to end portions of the bandage.
  • the bandage can thus be reinforced locally in the areas where the bandage is expected to slip or slide off when the tensioning cables are tensioned.
  • the reinforcing elements can form a local thickening of a cross section of the bandage.
  • the bandage in particular its flexible belt, can locally have an increased material thickness.
