- the yarn information acquiring device such as the unit control device 3, the machine control device 4, or the management device that is a host control device of the yarn winding machine 1 may acquire the maximum value or the minimum value of the yarn information for each divided yarn length by temporarily storing a maximum value or a minimum value in the current divided yarn length segment from the time when the current divided yarn length segment starts while updating the maximum value or the minimum value as necessary, and determining the value at the time when the current divided yarn length segment ends.
- the yarn information acquiring section may acquire the cumulative value of the yarn information for each divided yarn length by temporarily stores a cumulative value in the current divided yarn length segment from the time when the current divided yarn length segment starts while updating the cumulative value as necessary, and determining the value at the time when the current divided yarn length segment has ended. Acquiring the yarn information by such methods as described above eliminates the need of storing raw data, and thus the memory can be efficiently used.
- the yarn information acquiring section may continue to temporarily store pieces of raw data in a predetermined divided yarn length segment from when the divided yarn length segment starts to when the segment ends, may calculate the average value or the median value, for example, based on the pieces of raw data at the time when the predetermined divided yarn length segment has ended, and may discard the raw data after the calculation.

Claims (13)
- Dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) comprenant un segment d'acquisition d'informations de fil (41) qui, lorsqu'un fil est enroulé pour former un paquet dans une machine de bobinage de fil (1), est configuré pour acquérir les informations de fil indiquant un état du fil, caractérisé par le fait que
le segment d'acquisition d'informations de fil (41) est configuré pour gérer les informations de fil par le paquet, et pour acquérir les informations de fil pour chacune des longueurs de fil divisées qui sont une pluralité de longueurs dans lesquelles est divisée une longueur de fil entièrement enroulée dans le paquet entièrement bobiné. - Dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon la revendication 1, comprenant par ailleurs un segment de mémorisation d'informations de fil (42) configuré pour mémoriser les informations de fil par le paquet et pour chaque longueur de fil divisée.
- Dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les longueurs de fil divisées sont des longueurs dans lesquelles la longueur de fil entièrement enroulée est divisée par une valeur dans une plage égale ou supérieure à 10 et égale ou inférieure à 1000.
- Dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le segment d'acquisition d'informations de fil (41) est configuré pour acquérir des premières informations de fil qui sont les informations de fil pour chacune des premières longueurs de fil qui sont les longueurs de fil divisées, et pour acquérir des deuxièmes informations de fil qui sont les informations de fil pour chacune des deuxièmes longueurs de fil qui sont les longueurs de fil divisées.
- Dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel
les deuxièmes longueurs de fil sont plus longues que les premières longueurs de fil,
les premières informations de fil sont des informations indiquant la tension générée dans le fil lorsque le fil est enroulé, et
les deuxièmes informations de fil sont des informations indiquant l'épaisseur du fil. - Dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le segment d'acquisition d'informations de fil (41) est configuré pour acquérir, pour chaque longueur de fil divisée, des informations environnementales indiquant au moins une température et une humidité dans une zone où est installée la machine de bobinage de fil (1).
- Dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le segment d'acquisition d'informations de fil (41) est configuré pour acquérir, pour chaque longueur de fil divisée, des informations de fonctionnement indiquant au moins l'une parmi les conditions de fonctionnement et un état de fonctionnement de la machine de bobinage de fil (1).
- Dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel, lorsque chaque paquet est formé avec une pluralité de bobines d'alimentation de fil, le segment d'acquisition d'informations de fil (41) est configuré pour acquérir les informations de fil par la bobine d'alimentation de fil.
- Dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel, lorsque chaque paquet est formé avec au moins une cannette, le segment d'acquisition d'informations de fil (41) est configuré pour acquérir les informations de fil par la cannette.
- Dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le segment d'acquisition d'informations de fil (41) est configuré pour acquérir des informations d'événement indiquant un événement qui se produit dans le fil ensemble avec des informations de temps lorsque le fil est enroulé pour former le paquet dans la machine de bobinage de fil (1).
- Dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel les informations d'événement sont des informations indiquant la jonction du fil.
- Machine de bobinage de fil (1), comprenant:un segment d'alimentation de fil (21) configuré pour alimenter du fil;un segment de bobinage (26) configuré pour enrouler le fil et pour former un paquet; etle dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
- Système de machine textile, comprenant:une machine de bobinage de fil (1) comportant un segment d'alimentation de fil (21) configuré pour alimenter du fil et un segment de bobinage (26) configuré pour enrouler le fil et pour former un paquet; etle dispositif d'acquisition d'informations de fil (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
