Claims (9)

  1. Façade avec un élément d'étanchéité à appliquer dans la zone de jointoiement d'assemblages colonnes/traverses coupés droit et 5aboutés, la partie traverse pouvant également être formée par un profilé de colonne, les colonnes (2) et les traverses (3) tournées vers la face extérieure de la façade présentant un canal de vissage (4) disposé au milieu d'un fond de canal de vissage (4.1), des rainures d'ancrage (7) s'étendant respectivement sur les bords pour des joints 10d'étanchéité (6) et, entre celles-ci, des rainures de drainage (8), l'élément d'étanchéité étant une pièce moulée (9) conçue comme une cornière et le premier côté (9.1) de cette cornière s'étendant sur la rainure d'ancrage (7) de la colonne (2) et se terminant dans la région de la rainure de drainage (8) tandis que le deuxième côté (9.2) forme, 15par une découpe centrale (9.3) deux parois de chambre séparées (9.4) qui s'insèrent dans les deux rainures de drainage (8) de la traverse (3), la découpe (9. 3) recueillant la partie saillante du profilé du canal de vissage (4) disposé centralement et le premier montant (9.1) étant doté d'un épaulement d'étanchéité (13) qui présente un alésage d'injection 20(14) orienté perpendiculairement au plan de la façade auquel est relié un canal d'injection cintré menant au fond du canal de vissage (4.1) de la traverse (3).
  2. Façade selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que 251e premier côté (9.1) de la pièce moulée (9) présente au moins un alésage de fixation (10) aligné à la rainure d'ancrage (7) de la colonne (2).
  3. Façade selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, 30caractérisée en ce que les parois des chambres (9.4) sont appliquées sur les faces frontales contre le fond des rainures de drainage (8) et, sur les bords, présentent deux lattes (9. 5) faisant saillie en direction du profilé de colonne et formant un sabot de logement en forme de profilé en U.
  4. Façade selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le premier côté (9.1) de la pièce moulée (9) présente respectivement un alésage traversant (12) débouchant dans le sabot de logement pour l'injection du matériau d'étanchéité (11).
  5. Façade selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'épaulement d'étanchéité (13) présente une projection centrale tournée vers le canal de vissage (4) et faisant saillie dans celui-ci.
  6. Façade selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les lattes (9.5) portent des pièces d'écartement (9.6) orientées vers la colonne (2).
  7. Façade selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'une patte de raccordement (16) faisant saillie dans la direction opposée au premier côté (9.1) est respectivement raccordée au pied des parois des chambres (9.4) du côté (9.2), laquelle patte s'étend le long de la rainure de drainage (8).
  8. Façade selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les pattes de raccordement (16) sont appliquées par engagement positif contre les parois latérales de la rainure de drainage.
  9. Façade selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que les pattes de raccordement sont dotées sur leur extrémité libre d'un alésage traversant pour le vissage dans le fond de la rainure de drainage (8).
