Claims (12)

  1. Ladder-top securing system (1) by means of which a ladder with rungs and stiles is secured on a roof -gutter, having:
    - a ladder-fastening device (2),
    - an insertion device (3) for insertion into a roof-gutter region provided for water-channelling purposes,
    - a positioning device (4), which connects the ladder-fastening device (2) to the insertion device (3),
    - wherein the positioning device (4) comprises a displacement guide (5) for displacement of the insertion device (3) relative to the ladder-fastening device (2),
    characterized in that the ladder-fastening device (2) is connectable to one single rung, wherein, in a state in which it has been inserted into the roof gutter and locked in relation to the ladder-fastening device, the insertion device can be raised up in the roof-gutter and displaced transversely therein.
  2. Ladder-top securing system according to Claim 1,
    - wherein, in a first, non-locked state, the insertion device (3) can be displaced in relation to the ladder-fastening device (2), and preferably also rotated, by means of the positioning device (4),
    - wherein, preferably in a second, locked state, the insertion device (3) is locked in relation to the ladder-fastening device (2).
  3. Ladder-top securing system according to Claim 1 or 2,
    - wherein the positioning device (4) is arranged such that it can be displaced along a displacement axis (V) and is preferably arranged such that it can be rotated about an axis of rotation (A),
    - wherein preferably the positioning device (4), for the purpose of adjusting the distance between the insertion device (3) and the ladder-fastening device (2), is of elongate design, and/or
    - wherein, preferably in the fastened state on the ladder, the axis of rotation (A) is oriented at least more or less parallel to a rung of the ladder, and/or
    - wherein preferably the positioning device (4) is arranged on the ladder-fastening device (2) such that it can be displaced along the displacement axis (V), wherein the positioning device (4) is oriented preferably at least approximatly at right angles to the axis of rotation (A), and/or
    - wherein, preferably in the second, locked state, the movement of the insertion device (3) along the displacement axis (V) is locked, and preferably the rotation of the insertion device (3) about the axis of rotation (A) is locked.
  4. Ladder-top securing system according to one of Claims 1 to 3,
    - wherein the ladder-top securing system (1) comprises a locking device (6) for locking the positioning device (4) in a releasable manner,
    - wherein preferably the locking device (6) is connected to the ladder-fastening device (2), and/or
    - wherein preferably the locking device (6), as seen in relation to a flow of forces which can be transmitted, during operation, from the roof gutter to the ladder via the ladder-top securing system (1), is arranged between the ladder-fastening device (2) and the insertion device (3), and/or
    - wherein preferably movement of the insertion device (3) relative to the ladder-fastening device (2) in particular movement of the positioning device (4) relative to the ladder-fastening device (2), can be released and locked by the locking device (6), by way of a frictional connection, and/or
    - wherein the movement of the insertion device (3) along the displacement axis (V), and preferably also the rotation of the insertion device (3) about the axis of rotation (A), can be locked preferably by means of the locking device (6), in particular in the same locking operation, and/or
    - wherein preferably part of the displacement guide (5) on the positioning device (4), as seen in relation to a flow of forces which can be transmitted, during operation, from the roof gutter to the ladder via the ladder-top securing system (1), is arranged between the locking device (6) and the ladder-fastening device (2).
  5. Ladder-top securing system according to one of Claims 1 to 4,
    - wherein the insertion device (3) is of elongate design,
    - wherein preferably the insertion device (3) is arranged on the positioning device (4).
  6. Ladder-top securing system according to either of Claims 4 and 5, wherein the locking device (6) comprises part of the displacement guide (5), by means of which the part of the displacement guide (5) is clampable on the positioning device (4).
  7. Ladder-top securing system according to one of Claims 1 to 6,
    - wherein the displacement guide (5) of the positioning device (4) comprises a slot (8),
    - wherein preferably part of the locking device (6) engages in the slot (8), such that the slot (8) is guided on the locking device (6).
  8. Ladder-top securing system according to one of Claims 1 to 7,
    - wherein the locking device (6) engages around the positioning device (4) from the outside at least to some extent, such that the positioning device (4) is guided in the locking device (6).
  9. Ladder-top securing system according to one of Claims 1 to 7, wherein the ladder-fastening device (2) comprises:
    - a holding element (9), which preferably has a U profile for engaging around a rung of a ladder,
    - preferably a connecting element (10), which extends preferably in the direction opposite to the opening (0) of the U profile of the retaining element (9), and/or
    - preferably the connecting element (10) has a first mount (11) for a locking device (6) and preferably a second mount (12) for a transverse strut (13), and/or
    - preferably a retaining safeguard (14), which preferably closes the open U profile of the holding element (9).
  10. Ladder-top securing system according to one of Claims 1 to 9,
    - having two positioning devices (4), two locking devices (6) and an insertion device (3),
    - wherein the positioning devices (4) are spaced apart from one another and the insertion device (3) is arranged at one end of each of the positioning devices (4).
  11. Ladder-top securing system according to one of Claims 1 to 9,
    - wherein, in the second, locked state of the ladder-top securing system (1), the ladder-fastening device (2), the insertion device (3), the positioning device (4) and the locking device (6) are fixed to one another,
    - wherein preferably the positioning device (4) has a minimum adjustment range of at least 15 cm, and/or
    - wherein preferably the displacement guide (5) of the positioning device (4) is arranged on the first mount (11) of the connecting element (10), and/or
    - wherein preferably the ladder-fastening device (2) can be adjusted such that, in the state in which the ladder-top securing system is fastened on a ladder, the position of the insertion device (3) can be displaced approximately in the direction of gravitational force.
  12. Method for securing a ladder using a ladder-top securing system (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
    - wherein the ladder is placed at a predetermined angle against a roof gutter, a person climbs up the ladder, and
    - then the insertion device (3) of the ladder-top securing system (1) is inserted, by virtue of the positioning device (4) being adjusted, into the region of the roof gutter which is provided for water-channelling purposes, and
    - then the locking device (6) is locked, such that the ladder is secured by means of the ladder-top securing system (1).
