Definitions

  • the invention relates to a multifunctional container module according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a container arrangement having a plurality of multifunctional container modules.
  • Such a container module is in WO 2015/065818 A1 or DE 20 2008 010 626 U1 explained.
  • Container modules for transport and / or storage purposes and stacks formed from them are known per se.
  • containers that can be stacked and nested one inside the other are known for the transport and / or storage of objects.
  • collapsible containers for the transport and / or storage of objects are known.
  • the invention is based on the object of providing certain containers for transport and / or storage purposes, from which a stable container arrangement can be put together.
  • container arrangements of different shapes can be created.
  • the container module has a space area surrounded by container walls for receiving objects; a container opening which gives access to the space area; a container lid by means of which the container opening can be closed; wherein at least one of the container walls has a flat outer surface; at least one of the container walls has a planar interior surface; and the container lid is a wedge-like structure which is spatially delimited in each case by a first wedge surface and a second wedge surface spaced apart therefrom and inclined therefrom, a first side surface and a second side surface spaced apart therefrom and a first end surface and a second end surface spaced apart therefrom which are greater than is the first face.
  • the wedge-shaped container lid can be used in the container module to close the container opening, or it can instead be used as a wedge-shaped spacer between two container modules stacked on top of one another.
  • a container arrangement according to the invention which is made up of at least two container modules stacked one on top of the other, the container lid provided as a wedge-like structure being arranged in this container module stack between two container modules stacked on one another, so that the upper container module in the container module stack is in With respect to the lower container module is inclined relative to the vertical.
  • the container module stack formed in this way can be set up next to a wall in such a way that the upper end of the container module stack formed by the topmost container module touches the wall, ie rests against it.
  • Such a crooked stack of container modules according to the invention is better protected against unwanted and sometimes dangerous tipping over away from the wall than a corresponding straight vertical stack of the same number of conventional container modules.
  • the gravitational vector running through the center of gravity of the curved stack and acting against a tilting moment with respect to the pivot point or the axis of rotation of the stack tilting movement has a greater lever arm in the container module stack according to the invention than in the case of a corresponding straight vertical stack of conventional containers.
  • This stabilizing moment which is formed by the gravitational force of the container module stack and acts against tipping over of the stack, is greater the higher the container module stack. At the same time, the heavier the container module stack is, the greater it is. With increasing risk potential, i.e. With increasing stack height or number of modules and / or increasing load, the stabilization torque increases disproportionately.
  • the wedge-like container lid can preferably be arranged in several positions on the container module. This enables versatile use of the container module.
  • the wedge-like container lid can expediently be arranged on the container module in a closed position in which the container opening is closed by the wedge-like container lid.
  • the wedge-like container lid can also preferably be arranged on the container module in a tilted position in which the wedge-like container lid rests with its first wedge surface or its second wedge surface on the flat outer surface of a container wall. In this tilted position, the wedge-like container lid acts as a wedge-shaped spacer between a lower container module and an upper container module adjacent thereto in a container module stack.
  • the wedge-like container lid can also be arranged on the container module or instead in a cantilever position in which the wedge-like container lid extends away from the container module, the larger, second end face of the wedge-like container lid being arranged close to a straight edge region of the container opening and parallel to it extends this edge region, and wherein the smaller, first end face of the wedge-like container lid is arranged remote from the straight edge region of the container opening.
  • the self-supporting wedge-shaped container lid forms a table-like shelf on a container module stack. Since the center of gravity of the container lid is close to the pivot axis, only small torques caused by gravity act on the container lid, which makes it easier to manually pivot the container lid relative to the container module.
  • the first wedge surface or the second wedge surface of the wedge-like container lid is preferably arranged flush with the flat inner surface of a container wall. This gives a large, flat storage surface or work surface, which extends partially inside the container module and partially outside the container module. This storage surface or work surface thus forms a secretary configuration on the container module stack.
  • At least two opposing container walls each have a flat outer surface.
  • the two flat outer surfaces are preferably parallel to one another. Depending on the position of the wedge-like container lids on the individual container modules in a container module stack, this then enables the formation of container module stacks of different shapes.
  • the wedge-like container lid is articulated to the container module by means of a pivot mechanism on the container module. This ensures that a container lid is always assigned to the container module and is not lost.
  • the wedge-like container lid is arranged in the several positions on the container module by pivoting the container lid from position to position, in particular by pivoting between the closed position, the tilt position and the boom position.
  • Each body point of the wedge-like container lid is preferably pivotable along a respective body point pivot path, which lies in a respective pivot plane, the respective pivot planes being parallel to one another or identical to one another and extending orthogonally to a first body axis of the container module.
  • first wedge surface and the second wedge surface spaced apart from it and inclined therefrom of the wedge-like container lid always extend orthogonally to the respective pivot planes or parallel to the first body axis during the pivoting and in the various positions.

  • the pivoting mechanism or the respective pivoting mechanism preferably has a first link and a second link, the first link being articulated on the container module, the second link being articulated on the first link and the container lid being articulated on the second link.
  • the projection ie the Sectional view of the container module along the first body axis, preferably the shape of a rectangle.
  • the projection i.e. the sectional view of the container module along the first body axis, preferably the shape of a square, in which at least two opposite sides are non-parallel.
