Description

The invention relates to a multifunctional container module according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a container arrangement having a plurality of multifunctional container modules.

Ein derartiges Behältermodul ist in WO 2015/065818 A1 oder DE 20 2008 010 626 U1 erläutert.Such a container module is in WO 2015/065818 A1 or DE 20 2008 010 626 U1 explained.

Container modules for transport and / or storage purposes and stacks formed from them are known per se.

In particular, containers that can be stacked and nested one inside the other are known for the transport and / or storage of objects.

Furthermore, collapsible containers for the transport and / or storage of objects are known.

These known containers are suitable for both the transport and the storage of objects. However, they are less suitable to be used without additional precautions, e.g. Attachment to a wall or ceiling to create a stable container arrangement.

The invention is based on the object of providing certain containers for transport and / or storage purposes, from which a stable container arrangement can be put together.

To solve this problem, a container module according to the technical teaching of claim 1 is provided.

Depending on the relative arrangement of adjacent container modules stacked on top of one another, ie a lower container module and an upper container module stacked on top of it, in container modules stacked to form a container arrangement, container arrangements of different shapes can be created.

Erfindungsgemäß besitzt das Behältermodul einen von Behälterwänden umgebenen Raumbereich zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen;
According to the invention, the container module has a space area surrounded by container walls for receiving objects;
a container opening which gives access to the space area; a container lid by means of which the container opening can be closed; wherein at least one of the container walls has a flat outer surface; at least one of the container walls has a planar interior surface; and the container lid is a wedge-like structure which is spatially delimited in each case by a first wedge surface and a second wedge surface spaced apart therefrom and inclined therefrom, a first side surface and a second side surface spaced apart therefrom and a first end surface and a second end surface spaced apart therefrom which are greater than is the first face.

The wedge-shaped container lid can be used in the container module to close the container opening, or it can instead be used as a wedge-shaped spacer between two container modules stacked on top of one another.

This enables the formation of a container arrangement according to the invention, which is made up of at least two container modules stacked one on top of the other, the container lid provided as a wedge-like structure being arranged in this container module stack between two container modules stacked on one another, so that the upper container module in the container module stack is in With respect to the lower container module is inclined relative to the vertical.

The container module stack formed in this way can be set up next to a wall in such a way that the upper end of the container module stack formed by the topmost container module touches the wall, ie rests against it. Such a crooked stack of container modules according to the invention is better protected against unwanted and sometimes dangerous tipping over away from the wall than a corresponding straight vertical stack of the same number of conventional container modules.

The gravitational vector running through the center of gravity of the curved stack and acting against a tilting moment with respect to the pivot point or the axis of rotation of the stack tilting movement has a greater lever arm in the container module stack according to the invention than in the case of a corresponding straight vertical stack of conventional containers.

This stabilizing moment, which is formed by the gravitational force of the container module stack and acts against tipping over of the stack, is greater the higher the container module stack. At the same time, the heavier the container module stack is, the greater it is. With increasing risk potential, i.e. With increasing stack height or number of modules and / or increasing load, the stabilization torque increases disproportionately.

The wedge-like container lid can preferably be arranged in several positions on the container module. This enables versatile use of the container module.

The wedge-like container lid can expediently be arranged on the container module in a closed position in which the container opening is closed by the wedge-like container lid.

The wedge-like container lid can also preferably be arranged on the container module in a tilted position in which the wedge-like container lid rests with its first wedge surface or its second wedge surface on the flat outer surface of a container wall. In this tilted position, the wedge-like container lid acts as a wedge-shaped spacer between a lower container module and an upper container module adjacent thereto in a container module stack.

Preferably, the wedge-like container lid can also be arranged on the container module or instead in a cantilever position in which the wedge-like container lid extends away from the container module, the larger, second end face of the wedge-like container lid being arranged close to a straight edge region of the container opening and parallel to it extends this edge region, and wherein the smaller, first end face of the wedge-like container lid is arranged remote from the straight edge region of the container opening. In this boom position the self-supporting wedge-shaped container lid forms a table-like shelf on a container module stack. Since the center of gravity of the container lid is close to the pivot axis, only small torques caused by gravity act on the container lid, which makes it easier to manually pivot the container lid relative to the container module.

In the boom position, the first wedge surface or the second wedge surface of the wedge-like container lid is preferably arranged flush with the flat inner surface of a container wall. This gives a large, flat storage surface or work surface, which extends partially inside the container module and partially outside the container module. This storage surface or work surface thus forms a secretary configuration on the container module stack.

Appropriately, at least two opposing container walls each have a flat outer surface. This enables the formation of a stable stack of container modules. The two flat outer surfaces are preferably parallel to one another. Depending on the position of the wedge-like container lids on the individual container modules in a container module stack, this then enables the formation of container module stacks of different shapes.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the wedge-like container lid is articulated to the container module by means of a pivot mechanism on the container module. This ensures that a container lid is always assigned to the container module and is not lost. The wedge-like container lid is arranged in the several positions on the container module by pivoting the container lid from position to position, in particular by pivoting between the closed position, the tilt position and the boom position.

Each body point of the wedge-like container lid is preferably pivotable along a respective body point pivot path, which lies in a respective pivot plane, the respective pivot planes being parallel to one another or identical to one another and extending orthogonally to a first body axis of the container module. This means that the first wedge surface and the second wedge surface spaced apart from it and inclined therefrom of the wedge-like container lid always extend orthogonally to the respective pivot planes or parallel to the first body axis during the pivoting and in the various positions.

The wedge-like container lid is preferably articulated to the container module by means of a first pivot mechanism and a second pivot mechanism on the container module, the first pivot mechanism being arranged at a first end of the first body axis of the container module and in the area of the first side surface of the wedge-shaped container lid, and the second pivot mechanism arranged at a second end of the first body axis of the container module and in the region of the second side surface of the wedge-shaped container lid.

The pivoting mechanism or the respective pivoting mechanism preferably has a first link and a second link, the first link being articulated on the container module, the second link being articulated on the first link and the container lid being articulated on the second link.

In a first state of the container module, in which the wedge-like container lid is arranged in a closed position on the container module in which the container opening is closed by the wedge-like container lid, the projection, ie the Sectional view of the container module along the first body axis, preferably the shape of a rectangle.

In a second state of the container module, in which the wedge-like container lid is arranged in an inclined position on the container module, in which the wedge-like container lid rests with its first wedge surface or its second wedge surface on the flat outer surface of a container wall, the projection, i.e. the sectional view of the container module along the first body axis, preferably the shape of a square, in which at least two opposite sides are non-parallel.

In a third state of the container module, in which the wedge-like container lid is arranged on the container module in a cantilever position in which the wedge-like container lid extends away from the container module, the larger, second end face of the wedge-like container lid being arranged close to a straight edge region of the container opening is and extends parallel to this edge area, and wherein the smaller, first end face of the wedge-like container lid is arranged remote from the straight edge area of the container opening, the projection, ie the sectional view of the container module along the first body axis, preferably the shape of a square, in which at least two opposite sides are parallel.

Expediently, a lower placement surface on the bottom area of the container module has first formations and an upper placement surface on the ceiling area of the container module has second formations which are designed to be complementary to the first formations. This enables a defined relative positioning of two adjacent container modules in a container module stack. The first formations on the lower support surface of the upper container module can be positioned in a defined manner relative to the second formations on the upper support surface of the lower container module.

Preferably, the first formations and the second formations are each engagement formations. This enables adjacent container modules to be fixed, i.e. one in each case upper and one in each case lower container module, against slipping sideways within the stack, whereby the entire container module stack is stabilized.

The first formations and the second formations can be snap-in formations, in which a predetermined compressive force between the adjacent container modules is required for the engagement of the first with the second formations and a specified tensile force between the adjacent container modules is required for the disengagement of the first from the second formations is. This further stabilizes the container module stack.

In the case of the container module, at least one of the container walls and / or the wedge-like container lid preferably contains perforations or is designed in the manner of a grid or network. As a result, material and weight can be saved in each of the container modules.

The container module can be made of any material. The container walls, the container lid and the pivot mechanism or the pivot mechanism are preferably made of a polymer material or of metal.

The invention also provides a container arrangement which is formed from at least two container modules stacked on top of one another as a container module stack, the bottom area of an upper container module being arranged in the container module stack adjacent to the ceiling area of an adjacent lower container module.

The invention makes it possible to provide a first container arrangement which only has container modules in the first state. In this first state, the wedge-like container lid is arranged on the container module in a closed position in which the container opening is closed by the wedge-like container lid. The projection, i.e. the sectional view of the container module along the first body axis, the shape of a rectangle.

The first container arrangement thus formed is a straight stack which is particularly suitable for storage or transport.

The invention also enables the provision of a second container arrangement which only has container modules in the second state. In this second state, the wedge-like container lid is arranged on the container module in an inclined position in which the wedge-like container lid rests with its first wedge surface or its second wedge surface on the flat outer surface of a container wall. The projection, i.e. the sectional view of the container module along the first body axis, the shape of a square, in which at least two opposite sides are non-parallel.

The second container arrangement formed in this way can contain a single curved stack which, in the form of a half vault leaning against a wall, is suitable as a wall shelf or as a wall cabinet.

The second container arrangement formed in this way can also contain two curved stacks, which are suitable as a room divider in the form of an entire vault formed from two curved stacks leaning against one another.

The invention also enables the provision of a third container arrangement which has a container module in a third state. In this third state of is that Wedge-like container lid arranged in a cantilever position on the container module, in which the wedge-like container lid extends away from the container module, the larger, second end face of the wedge-like container lid being arranged close to a straight edge region of the container opening and extending parallel to this edge region, and wherein the smaller, first end face of the wedge-like container lid is arranged remote from the straight edge region of the container opening. The projection, ie the sectional view of the container module along the first body axis, can have the shape of a quadrilateral in which at least two opposite sides are parallel or in which at least two opposite sides are non-parallel.

In this third container arrangement, a container module in the third state can be combined with container modules in the first state in a container module stack. This creates a straight stack with a secretary.

Balkon. In this third container arrangement, a container module in the third state can also be combined with container modules in the second state in a container module stack. This creates a crooked pile with a secretary or balcony.

The container module according to the invention can e.g. the size of a shoe box and be part of a modular furniture system.

The container module according to the invention can also have the size of a transport, office or living container and be part of a modular building system.

In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the container module contains a floor area below the room area that delimits the room area downwards and defines a lower storage area, with which it can be placed on a floor area, and above the room area a ceiling area that delimits the room area upwards and defines an upper storage area , on which a further container module can be placed to form a container arrangement, the lower storage surface and the upper storage surface of the container module being arranged at an angle to one another.

This enables the formation of a container arrangement according to the invention, which is made up of at least two such container modules stacked on top of one another, the bottom area of an upper container module being arranged in this container module stack adjacent to the ceiling area of an adjacent lower container module, so that the upper container module with respect to the lower container module is inclined relative to the vertical.

The container module stack thus formed can be set up next to a wall in such a way that the upper end of the container module stack formed by the uppermost container module touches the wall, i. E. is applied to this.

In the case of the container module, the lower placement surface on the bottom area of the container module expediently has first formations and the upper placement surface on the ceiling area of the container module has second formations, which are designed complementary to the first formations.

This further stabilizes the container module stack.

The container arrangement according to the invention described further above is formed from at least two container modules according to the invention stacked on top of one another as a container module stack. In this case, in the container module stack, the bottom area of an upper container module is arranged adjacent to the ceiling area of an adjacent lower container module, so that the upper container module is inclined relative to the vertical with respect to the lower container module. The container module stack thus formed can be leaned against a wall, as a result of which it is stabilized against tipping over away from the wall in comparison to a vertical stack of conventional cuboid container modules.

The at least two container modules stacked on top of one another expediently have the same shape. The top container module of the container module stack can, however, have a different shape than the remaining container modules of the container module stack. In particular, the top container module can have a flat outer surface which, when the top container module is positioned, is aligned vertically at the top of the stack and can thus lie flat against a flat wall. As a result, the contact pressure of the top container module on the wall is evenly distributed without leaving any significant pressure marks on the wall after the container module stack has been removed.

In a first preferred embodiment of the container arrangement, the container module stack forms half a vault, the bottom container module of which can be placed on a floor surface and the top container module of which can be leaned against a wall surface. This gives you a shelf or a wall unit that can be set up without tipping over without being attached to the wall.

In a second preferred embodiment, the container module stack forms a whole vault, which has a first half vault and a second half vault of the type described above, the lowest container module of the first half vault and the lowermost container module of the second half vault each on a floor surface can be parked, and wherein the top container module of the first half vault and the top container module of the second half vault can be leaned against one another. You get a shelf or a cupboard as a room divider.
