Claims (6)
- Automatischer Wickler (4), der eine Mehrzahl von Wickeleinheiten (42) enthält, die jeweils dazu ausgelegt sind, ein Garn von einer von einer Spinnmaschine (3) gebildeten Garnzufuhrspule (11) zu wickeln, um eine Packung (15) zu bilden, wobei der automatische Wickler (4) aufweist:einen Eingabeabschnitt (100), der dazu ausgelegt ist, Spinninformation einzugeben, die Information in Bezug auf einen Prozessstatus der Bildung der Garnzufuhrspule (11) enthält; undeinen Steuerabschnitt (41), der dazu ausgelegt ist, basierend auf der von dem Eingabeabschnitt (100) eingegebenen Spinnformation, eine Wickelgeschwindigkeit davon zu bestimmen, wenn die Wickeleinheit (42) ein Garn von der Garnzufuhrspule (11) wickelt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingabeabschnitt (100) dazu ausgelegt ist, einer Bedienungsperson zu erlauben, die Spinninformation manuell einzugeben, welche eine Abziehzahl und eine Abziehzeitinformation enthält.
- Der automatische Wickler (4) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerabschnitt (41) dazu ausgelegt ist, einen Betrieb der Wickeleinheit (42) zu steuern, um das Garn von der Garnzufuhrspule (11) mit der basierend auf der Information in Bezug auf den Prozessstatus der Bildung der Garnzufuhrspule (11) bestimmten Wickelgeschwindigkeit zu wickeln.
- Der automatische Wickler (4) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Steuerabschnitt (41) ausgelegt ist zum:- Beschaffen eines Zeitpunkts des nächsten Abziehens der Spinnmaschine (3) basierend auf der Information in Bezug auf den Prozessstatus der Bildung der Garnzufuhrspule (11),- Beschaffen einer Garnzufuhrspulenprozesszeit, die eine Zeit ist, die die Wickeleinheit (42) benötigt, um eine Garnzufuhrspule (11) zu wickeln, basierend auf einer Sollwickelzahl, welche eine Zahl von Garnzufuhrspulen (11) ist, die zum Zeitpunkt des nächsten Abziehens zu wickeln sind, und- Berechnen einer Zeit, die erforderlich ist, um die Sollwickelzahl zu bearbeiten, um eine Wickelgeschwindigkeit davon zu bestimmen, wenn die Wickeleinheit (42) das Garn von der Garnzufuhrspule (11) wickelt. - Der automatische Wickler (4) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Steuerabschnitt (41) ausgelegt ist zum:- Berechnen eines Zeitpunkts, zu dem das Wickeln der Sollwickelzahl beendet ist, von der Zeit, die erforderlich ist, um die Sollwickelzahl zu bearbeiten,- Erhöhen der Wickelgeschwindigkeit der Wickeleinheit (42), wenn der Zeitpunkt, zu dem das Wickeln der Sollwickelzahl beendet ist, später ist als der Zeitpunkt des nächsten Abziehens,- Reduzieren der Wickelgeschwindigkeit der Wickeleinheit (42), wenn der Zeitpunkt, zu dem das Wickeln der Sollwickelzahl beendet ist, um mehr als oder gleich einer vorbestimmten Zeit früher ist als der nächste Zeitpunkt des Wickeins, und- Nicht Verändern der Wickelgeschwindigkeit der Wickeleinheit (42), wenn der Zeitpunkt, zu dem das Wickeln der Sollwickelzahl beendet ist, der gleiche Zeitpunkt wie der Zeitpunkt des nächsten Abziehens oder innerhalb der vorbestimmten Zeit früher ist. - Wickelgeschwindigkeitssteuerverfahren für einen automatischen Wickler (4) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren aufweist:einen ersten Schritt des Beschaffens eines Zeitpunkts von nächstem Abziehen einer Spinnmaschine (3) basierend auf Information in Bezug auf einen Prozessstatus der Bildung einer Garnzufuhrspule (11);einen zweiten Schritt des Berechnens einer Sollwickelzahl, die eine Zahl von Garnwickelspulen (11) ist, die zum Zeitpunkt des nächsten Abziehens zu wickeln sind;einen dritten Schritt des Beschaffens einer Garnzufuhrspule-Prozesszeit, die eine Zeit ist, die die Wickeleinheit (42) benötigt, um eine Garnzufuhrspule (11) zu wickeln; undeinen vierten Schritt des Berechnens einer Zeit, die erforderlich ist, um die Sollwickelzahl zu bearbeiten, um eine Wickelgeschwindigkeit davon zu bestimmen, wenn die Wickeleinheit (42) das Garn von der Garnzufuhrspule (11) wickelt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienungsperson die Spinninformation, die die Abziehzahl und die Abziehzeitinformation aufweist, manuell eingibt, bevor der erste Schritt ausgeführt wird.
- Das Wickelgeschwindigkeitssteuerverfahren für den automatischen Wickler (4) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassin dem vierten Schritt ein Zeitpunkt, zu dem das Wickeln der Sollwickelzahl beendet ist, von der Zeit berechnet wird, die erforderlich ist, um die Sollwickelzahl zu bearbeiten,die Wickelgeschwindigkeit der Wickeleinheit (42) erhöht wird, wenn der Zeitpunkt, zu dem das Wickeln der Sollwickelzahl beendet ist, später ist als der Zeitpunkt des nächsten Abziehens,die Wickelgeschwindigkeit der Wickeleinheit (42) reduziert wird, wenn der Zeitpunkt, zu dem das Wickeln der Sollwickelzahl beendet ist, um mehr als oder gleich einer vorbestimmten Zeit früher ist als der Zeitpunkt des nächsten Abziehens, unddie Wickelgeschwindigkeit der Wickeleinheit (42) nicht geändert wird, wenn der Zeitpunkt, zu dem das Wickeln der Sollwickelzahl beendet ist, der gleiche Zeitpunkt wie der Zeitpunkt des nächsten Abziehens oder innerhalb der vorbestimmten Zeit früher ist.
