Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schienenfahrzeug mit einem Aluminiumrohbau und Erdungslaschen, jeweils umfassend einen Kabelschuh und einen Leiter, wobei der Kabelschuh an den Aluminiumrohbau angefügt ist.
- Die Erdung von Schienenfahrzeug-Komponenten an Aluminium-Wagenkästen erfolgt bei höheren Strömen mit Hilfe von Erdungslaschen, welche aus einem Verbund-Werkstoff aus verzinntem Kupfer, an welchem ein Erdungsseil angeschlossen ist, und Aluminium, welches an den Aluminium-Wagenkasten angeschweißt ist, bestehen. Der Aufbau einer solchen Erdungslasche ist in
Fig. 5-7 offenbart. Das rechteckige, verzinnte Kupfer ist dabei um das stangenförmige Aluminium verpresst. Das Ausgangsmaterial wird in Stangen angeliefert. Zum Herstellen einer Erdungslasche wird es zugeschnitten, abgebohrt, rundum mechanisch bearbeitet und entgratet. Dabei ist eine rückstandsfreie mechanische Bearbeitung notwendig, da Kupferrückstände an Aluminium zu erhöhter Korrosion führen können. - Dokumente
WO 2005/055371 A1 ,DE 200 18 287 U1 sowieUS 5,824,998 A offenbaren Kabelschuhe für Rundkabel aus einzelnen Litzendrähten. Bei derWO 2005/055371 A1 bestehen diese aus verzinntem Aluminium. Gemäß derUS 5,824,998 A wird der Kabelschuh mit dem Kabel mittels elektromagnetischer Pulsumformtechnologie verschweißt. - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, die Herstellungskosten für solche Erdungslaschen zu senken.
- Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch den Gegenstand des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 1. Weiterbildungen und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung finden sich in den Merkmalen der abhängigen Patentansprüche wieder.
- Ein erfindungsgemäßes Schienenfahrzeug, insbesondere des Personenverkehrs, umfasst einen Aluminiumrohbau und an dem Aluminiumrohbau erfindungsgemäß angefügte Kabelschuhe, insbesondere aus Kupfer, als Erdungslaschen. Um die Kabelschuhe anzufügen weist der Aluminiumrohbau entsprechend ausgeformte Leiter auf, welche an den Aluminiumrohbau angefügt sind oder aus dem Aluminiumrohbau fügestellenfrei ausgeformt sind. Der Leiter ist aus Aluminium oder aus einer Aluminium-Legierung hergestellt.
- Beispielsweise ist der Kabelschuh aus Kupfer oder aus einer Kupfer-Legierung hergestellt. Weiterhin sind der Kabelschuh und der Leiter miteinander gefügt, insbesondere verschweißt, wobei die Fügeverbindung, bzw. die Schweißverbindung, mittels elektromagnetischer Pulsumformtechnologie erhältlich ist.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird die Erdungslasche hergestellt indem der Leiter in eine Leiteraufnahme des Kabelschuhs eingeführt wird und anschließend mit dem Kabelschuh, insbesondere mit dessen Leiteraufnahme, mittels elektromagnetischer Pulsumformtechnologie verschweißt wird. Es kann ein in die Leiteraufnahme des Kabelschuhs eingeführtes Ende des Leiters vor dem Einführen in die Leiteraufnahme des Kabelschuhs durch mechanische Umformung an die Innenkontur der Leiteraufnahme angepasst werden, beispielsweise flachgedrückt werden, um zu dieser komplementär ausgebildet zu sein, insbesondere so, dass der Innenquerschnitt der Leiteraufnahme und der Außenquerschnitt des Leiters eine Übergangspassung eingehen, um den Leiter in eine Leiteraufnahme des Kabelschuhs einzupassen.
- Mittels der Elektromagnetischen Pulsumformtechnologie (EMPT) ist eine stoffschlüssige Verbindung metallischer Komponenten ohne Zuführung von thermischer Energie möglich, durch Aufbau einer metallischen Bindung. "Hierzu erfolgt eine gezielte Beschleunigung der zu verbindenden Bauteile durch ein gepulstes, hochenergetisches Magnetfeld. Im Gegensatz zum thermischen Schweißen tritt keine Gefügebeeinflussung durch Wärmeeinwirkung auf. Darüber hinaus ist mit Hilfe des EMPT-Schweißens auch die stoffschlüssige Verbindung ungleicher und konventionell nicht schweißbarer Materialpaarungen, wie z. B. - Eine mechanische Nacharbeit oder eine spezielle Vorbereitung des Kabelschuhs und/oder des Leiters, z.B. das Entfernen einer Aluminiumoxidschicht, ist nicht erforderlich. Der elektrische Übergangswiderstand zwischen Kabelschuh und Leiter liegt durch Beeinflussung von vorgegebenen, einstellbaren Parametern des EMPT-Verfahrens im Bereich eines Maßes einer konventionell gecrimpten Erdungsseils.
- Unter anderem, um die Bauhöhe der Erfindung zu begrenzen, sind verschiedene Ausführungsformen von Kabelschuhen verwendbar.
- Gemäß einer Weiterbildung weist der Kabelschuh eine geschlossene, hülsenförmige Leiteraufnahme auf, in welche der Leiter eingeschweißt ist. Herkömmlicherweise werden solche Kabelschuhe als Presskabelschuhe bezeichnet. Hier wird die Leiteraufnahme jedoch mit dem Leiter verschweißt. Insbesondere ist der Leiter eine Aluminiumstange, welche mit der hülsenförmigen Leiteraufnahme eine Übergangs- oder Presspassung bildet. Alternativ weist die Aluminiumstange einen größeren Querschnitt als die hülsenförmige Leiteraufnahme auf, wobei dann der Leiter weitergebildet an seinem in die Leiteraufnahme des Kabelschuhs eingeführten Ende, insbesondere durch mechanische Umformung, an die Innenkontur der Leiteraufnahme angepasst sein kann, beispielsweise flachgedrückt ist, und somit zu dieser komplementär ausgestaltet ist.
- Eine weitere Weiterbildung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Erdungslasche eine Öse oder eine Gabel zur Befestigung der Erdungslasche, beispielsweise mit weiteren Kabelschuhen, und eine Basis aufweist, welche Basis eine Stirnseite der Leiteraufnahme und damit auch der Erdungslasche bildet, wobei die Erdungslasche von der Basis zur Öse sich verjüngend ausgestaltet ist. Eine Dicke der Basis ist somit größer als eine Dicke der Öse oder der Gabel.
- In einer weiteren Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung umfasst ein Erdungsanschluss eine erfindungsgemäße Erdungslasche und einen mit der Erdungslasche, insbesondere galvanisch verbundenen, weiteren Kabelschuh welcher beispielsweise baugleich mit dem Kabelschuh der Erdungslasche ist, wobei der weitere Kabelschuh eine Öse oder eine Gabel und eine im Bereich der Öse oder der Gabel im Wesentlichen konstante Dicke aufweist, und wobei der weitere Kabelschuh eine Verdickung, beispielsweise zur Aufnahme eines Leiters, aufweist, wobei die erfindungsgemäße Erdungslasche eine Öse oder eine Gabel und im Bereich der Öse oder der Gabel eine im Wesentlichen konstante Dicke aufweist, und sich in einem Winkelbereich von zumindest 120°, insbesondere von zumindest 180°, um einen Mittelpunkt der Öse oder der Gabel, insbesondere von der Basis wegweisend, höchstens in einem Maß um den Mittelpunkt ausdehnt, welches kleiner ist als ein Abstand von einem Mittelpunkt der Öse des weiteren Kabelschuhs zu der Verdickung des weiteren Kabelschuhs. Zwei ähnlich oder gar gleich ausgestaltete Kabelschuhe lassen sich somit um die gemeinsame Achse ihrer Ösen, durch welche sie miteinander in Verbindung stehen, in einem weiten Winkelbereich proportional zum angegebenen Winkelbereich gegeneinander verdrehen.
- Eine Weiterbildung der Lösung ist darin zu sehen, dass die Erdungslasche eine Öse oder eine Gabel und eine Leiteraufnahme aufweist, welche Öse oder Gabel in einem Winkel größer 30° und kleiner 60°, insbesondere in einem Winkel von näherungsweise 45°, zu einer Längsachse der Leiteraufnahme geneigt ist.
- Die Erfindung lässt zahlreiche Ausführungsformen zu. Sie wird anhand der nachfolgenden Figuren näher erläutert, in denen jeweils ein Ausgestaltungsbeispiel dargestellt ist. Gleiche Elemente in den Figuren sind mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.

Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 ist eine erfindungsgemäße Erdungslasche 1 in einer Vorderansicht und in einer Seitenansicht jeweils teilgeschnitten dargestellt. Sie weist einen Kabelschuh 2 und einen Leiter 3 auf, welche miteinander verbunden sind. Die Verbindung ist mittels elektromagnetischer Pulsumformtechnologie hergestellt. Dazu ist der Leiter 3 in eine Leiteraufnahme 4 des Kabelschuhs 2 eingeführt. Da der Kabelschuh 2 insbesondere ein aus dem Stand der Technik bekanntes, standardisiertes Zukaufteil ist, ist der Leiter 3 entsprechend komplementär zur Leiteraufnahme 4 ausgeformt. Hier ist er durch eine Quetschung als mechanische Umformung an die Innenkontur der Leiteraufnahme 4 angepasst. - Die Leiteraufnahme 4 ist dagegen hülsenförmig ausgestaltet und umschließt den Leiter 3. Sie weist hier einen über die Länge der Leiteraufnahme 4 konstanten Innen- und Außenquerschnitt auf. Eine Basis 5 bildet eine erste Stirnseite des Kabelschuhs 2. Auch sie weist diesen konstanten Innen- und Außenquerschnitt auf. Des Weiteren umfasst der Kabelschuh 2 eine Öse 6. Die Öse 6 ist hier als Bohrung ausgestaltet mit einer Bohrungslängsachse als Achse 7 der Öse 6. Zur Öse 6 hin verjüngt sich der Kabelschuh 2 der Erdungslasche 1. Die Achse 7 bildet in der Vorderansicht den Mittelpunkt der Öse 6 in der Zeichenebene ab.
- Im Bereich der Öse 6 weist die Erdungslasche 1 eine im Wesentlichen konstante Dicke auf. Darüber hinaus weist sie, hier im Bereich einer zweiten, der Basis 5 gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite, in einem Winkelbereich α von hier ungefähr 270° um einen Mittelpunkt 7 der Öse 6, einen Abstand von einer die Erdungslasche 1 begrenzenden Kontur zum Mittelpunkt 7 der Öse 6 auf, welcher kleiner ist als ein Abstand von einem Mittelpunkt einer Öse eines weiteren Kabelschuhs zu der Verdickung des weiteren Kabelschuhs. Da der weitere Kabelschuh insbesondere baugleich ausgestaltet ist, dehnt sich der Kabelschuh 2 der erfindungsgemäßen Erdungslasche 1 im vorgegebenen Winkelbereich somit höchstens soweit um den Mittelpunkt 7 seiner Öse 6 aus, wie der Abstand des Mittelpunkts 7 der Öse 6 zur Leiteraufnahme 4 aufweist. Dabei weist der Bereich im vorgegebenen Winkelbereich konstante Dicke auf. Die Leiteraufnahme 4 hingegen weist eine größere Dicke auf. Darüber hinaus ist der Bereich im vorgegebenen Winkelbereich beispielsweise halbkreisförmig ausgeformt. Der Winkelbereich von 270° ist lediglich als Beispielhaft anzusehen. Auch kleinere Winkelbereiche, beispielsweise 180° und entsprechend parallel zur Basis 5 und die Achse 7 schneidend, sind denkbar.
- Die Achse 7 der Öse 6 schneidet in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel eine Längsachse 8 der Leiteraufnahme 4 senkrecht. Die Öse 6 der in
Fig. 3 und Fig. 4 veranschaulichten Erdungslasche weist hingegen einen Winkel von näherungsweise 45° zu einer Längsachse 8 der Leiteraufnahme 4 auf. Die Öse 6 ist eine Bohrung in einer Ebene konstanter Dicke des Kabelschuhs 2, welche Ebene zur Längsachse 8 der Leiteraufnahme 4 geneigt ist. Eine Öse 6 mit einer Achse parallel zur Längsachse 8 der Leiteraufnahme 4 ist hier nicht zeichnerisch ausgeführt. - Der Leiter 3 ist in beiden skizzierten Ausführungsbeispielen eine Stange aus Aluminium, welche an einen Aluminiumrohbau eines Schienenfahrzeugs angeschweißt ist, angedeutet durch die Schweißnaht 9. Alternativ ist der Leiter 3 in geeigneter Art und Weise mit dem Rohbau stoffschlüssig verbunden, so dass ein Übergangswiderstand zwischen Leiter und Rohbau gering ist.
- Auch hier sind der Kabelschuh 2 und der Leiter 3 mit Hilfe der Elektromagnetischen Pulsumformtechnologie verbunden, insbesondere damit ein Übergangswiderstand zwischen Leiter und Kabelschuh 2 gering ist.
- In den
Fig. 5, Fig. 6 und Fig. 7 ist eine Erdungslasche aus dem Stand der Technik dargestellt. Ein rechteckförmige Stange aus Aluminium mit der Höhe h und der Breite b ist in eine Hülse aus verzinntem Kupfer mit der Breite B und der Höhe H verpresst. Die Aluminiumstange steht dabei mit einer Länge 1 aus der Kupferhülse über. Die Erdungslasche weist die Länge L auf und ist mit einer Bohrung mit dem Durchmesser D versehen.
Claims (7)
- Schienenfahrzeug mit einem Aluminiumrohbau und an den Aluminiumrohbau angefügten Kabelschuhen als Erdungslaschen (1), jeweils umfassend einen Kabelschuh (2) und einen Leiter (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kabelschuh (2) und der Leiter (3) miteinander verschweißt sind, wobei die Schweißverbindung mittels elektromagnetischer Pulsumformtechnologie hergestellt ist, wobei die Leiter (3) Aluminiumleiter sind, welche an den Aluminiumrohbau angefügt sind oder aus dem Aluminiumrohbau fügestellenfrei ausgeformt sind.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kabelschuh (2) Kupfer umfasst.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kabelschuh (2) eine einseitig geschlossene, hülsenförmige Leiteraufnahme (4) aufweist, in welche der Leiter (3) eingeführt und mit welcher der Leiter (3) verschweißt ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leiter (3) an einem in die Leiteraufnahme (4) des Kabelschuhs (2) eingeführten Ende, insbesondere durch mechanische Umformung, an die Innenkontur der Leiteraufnahme (4) angepasst ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Öse (6) aufweist, welche in einem Winkel größer 30° und kleiner 60° zu einer Längsachse der Leiteraufnahme (4) geneigt ist.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Öse (6) und eine Basis (5) aufweist, welche Basis (5) eine Stirnseite der Leiteraufnahme (4) bildet, wobei sich die Erdungslasche (1) von der Basis (4) bis zur Öse (6) verjüngt.
- Schienenfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und einem mit der Erdungslasche (1) verbundenen, weiteren Kabelschuh, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der weitere Kabelschuh eine Öse und eine im Bereich der Öse im Wesentlichen konstante Dicke aufweist, und dass der weitere Kabelschuh eine Verdickung in einem Bereich einer Leiteraufnahme aufweist, und dass die Erdungslasche (1) eine Öse (6) und im Bereich der Öse (6) eine im Wesentlichen konstante Dicke aufweist, und sich in einem Winkelbereich von zumindest 120° um einen Mittelpunkt der Öse (6) höchstens in einem Maß um den Mittelpunkt ausdehnt, welches kleiner ist als ein Abstand von einem Mittelpunkt der Öse des weiteren Kabelschuhs zu der Verdickung des weiteren Kabelschuhs (2).
