Definitions
- the invention relates to a winding equipment of a screen, and in particular a shutter screen of an aperture in a building or a projection screen, and in particular, although not exclusively, an equipment for motorized winding and more specifically, although not exclusively, motorized equipment having an on-board electrical energy reserve.
- the invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the state of the art and to provide means for facilitating access to one end of a screen winder, especially for maintenance operations.
- the first hinge hinge allows an operator to manipulate the tubular reel by its second end portion, while the first end portion remains supported and guided by the first wall attachment in its pivoting movement about the first axis of articulation of the hinge. It is then easy for a single person to intervene on the winding equipment, for example for a maintenance operation requiring access to the second end portion of the tubular reel.
- wall wall is intended, in the context of the present application, to include any type of wall in a building, including any internal or external opening frame of the building, whether it is a doorframe or jamb, at the lintel or studs, or whether it is a wall of a partition, a ceiling or false ceiling, for the suspension of a sunscreen or projection.
- wall attachment is intended to include any type of fastener for attachment to a wall wall in the generic sense defined above.
- articulation hinge means any type of articulation with a degree of freedom of rotation.
- the tubular winder comprises a winding tube, the screen winding equipment further comprising a first guide bearing for guiding the winding tube relative to the first rotating wall attachment. around the reference axis.
- the winding equipment further comprises a second guide bearing interposed between the winding tube and the second wall attachment.
- Each guide bearing may be integrated with the associated wall fastener, or disposed between the associated end portion of the tubular winder and the winding tube.
- the invention is particularly suitable for an embodiment in which the tubular winder comprises a motorized actuator for driving the winding tube in rotation about the reference axis, the actuator preferably being at least partially housed at inside the winding tube.
- the second end portion of the tubular reel is formed by one end of the actuator.
- the actuator in particular an end portion of the actuator as the front face of the head, then becomes directly accessible at the end of the reel when the reel, held at the first wall wall by the first hinged fastener rotated around the first hinge axis.
- the tubular winder comprises a guide bearing interposed between the winding tube and the actuator.
- the invention is particularly suitable for an embodiment in which the tubular retractor comprises a housing for accumulators or batteries, the housing being preferably located inside the winding tube, on the side of the second portion of the tube. 'end.
- the tubular retractor comprises a housing for accumulators or batteries, the housing being preferably located inside the winding tube, on the side of the second portion of the tube. 'end.
- Different variants are envisaged.
- the extraction of accumulators or batteries can be advantageously made by the second end portion of the retractor, directly accessible once the reel has been rotated about the first axis of articulation.
- the housing for the accumulators or the batteries is located inside a casing of the actuator.
- the head of the actuator comprises a door for the passage of accumulators or batteries.
- the tubular winder has at its second end a nozzle having a passage, preferably reclosable by a hatch, and through which the accumulators or batteries can pass.
- the screen winding equipment according to the invention further comprises a screen wound on the winding tube, the screen being provided with a load bar.
- the screen is completely wound and that the load bar is in an extreme winding position before to intervene on the equipment to rotate the reel, and that this position is preserved throughout the intervention.
- the extreme winding position is preferably defined by at least one integral abutment stop of one of the first and second axial end portions of the tubular retractor or the first wall attachment, and interfering with the load bar in the winding end position.
- two stops are positioned at both axial ends of the tubular reel: a first stopper positioned on the first wall attachment or the first axial end portion of the reel, and a second stop stop positioned on the second axial end portion of the winder.
- the stop or stops must be fixed relative to the reference axis, which requires, in the event of a stopper positioned on the first wall attachment, that this stopper is integral with a part the wall fastener which is not movable relative to the first axial end portion when the tubular reel is pivoted about the first hinge hinge. If necessary, the stop or stops may be positioned so as to press the load bar against the screen wound in the extreme winding position.
- the extreme winding position in question here is a position which, if any, is not intended to be reached in the use sequences of the winding equipment, but rather in specific phases such as assembly, disassembly or maintenance operations.
- the screen winding equipment also comprises means for defining at least one end of winding position position, located between the two extreme positions of winding and unwinding, and optionally an unwinding end position located between the winding end position and the end unwinding position. In practice, it can be provided if necessary a slight tensioning of the screen in the extreme position of winding.
- the end positions of use can be defined for example by retractable stops and the extreme or positions of winding and unwinding by fixed stops.
- a movable stop may be provided between one or more winding end positions and the extreme winding position, and possibly the same for unwinding.
- the end position (s) of use can be defined for example by end-of-travel sensors or position sensors connected to an actuator control. It can also be envisaged that the actuator control determines the end positions of use by time counting. It is advantageous to provide an ergonomics of the man-machine interface for controlling the control of the actuator, which makes it possible to clearly distinguish the winding and unwinding commands in the normal operating range between the limit switches of the actuator. use, and the winding drive to the extreme winding position. For example, it can be provided that the man-machine interface requires the prior passage in a maintenance mode to then allow the complete winding of the screen to the extreme winding position. One can also provide a particular sequence with the human-machine interface corresponding to this command. The transition to maintenance mode can also be automatic, in particular in response to a low residual energy level information from winding equipment batteries.
- the second wall attachment is adapted to guide the second axial end portion of the tubular winder when the tubular winder pivots about the first axis of articulation, between an intermediate position of assembly and the position of use.
- the second wall attachment may include a slide, for example made by a groove, allowing, while the first wall attachment is already attached to the first wall and the first end portion of the tubular reel is already mounted on the first wall attachment, to engage the second end portion of the reel in the intermediate mounting position, and then guide the second end portion of the reel to its final mounted position.
- the winding equipment comprises a support link, retractable, ensuring the connection between the second wall attachment and the second end portion of the tubular winder, for supporting the second end portion of the retractor in a suspended position.
- the retractable support link can be advantageously secured to the second wall attachment. This link allows an installer to suspend the second end of the tubular reel, before mounting the winding equipment in its position of use or when dismounting the winding equipment from its position of use . This allows him to perform these manipulations of assembly and disassembly, and the change of the accumulators or batteries with one hand, without the need to support the second end, in the case where the elements of the winding equipment are fixed axially to each other.
- the first wall attachment comprises a second hinge hinge for guiding the orientation lug in rotation about at least a second axis of articulation not parallel to the first axis of articulation allows to give two degrees of freedom of rotation at the first end portion of the tubular winder, which allows an installer to position the first end of the blind at the level of the first wall fastener very easily, without being disturbed by the surrounding frame elements, such as the wall or window wall, a window handle, from a floor position.
- the first hinge has a large deflection angle, preferably greater than 90 °, and preferably greater than 120 °.
- the second hinge has a large deflection angle, preferably greater than 90 °, and preferably greater than 120 °.
- the second hinge axis is orthogonal to the first hinge axis.
- the tubular winder comprises a compensation spring.
- the compensation spring is kinematically connected at one end to the first wall fastener or to the second wall fastener and at a second end to the winding tube.
- the compensation spring is kinematically connected by a first end to the casing of the actuator and by a second end to an output shaft of the actuator.
- the winding equipment 10 comprises a tubular winder 12 having two opposite axial end portions 14A , 14B , a first of the axial end portions 14A being attached to a first wall wall 16A of the frame by a first wall attachment 18A illustrated in detail on the figures 4 , 12 , 13 14 , 15 and the second axial end portion 14B being attached to a second wall wall 16B by a second wall attachment 18B illustrated in detail on the figure 5 .
- the tubular winder 12 defines a reference axis 100 and comprises a winding tube 20 , a motorized actuator 22 for driving the winding tube 20 in rotation about the reference axis 100 , a housing 24 for accumulators or batteries 26 for supplying the actuator 22 , and a compensation spring 28 , working in torsion around the reference axis 100 to return the winding tube 20 to a wound position.
- the actuator 22 and the housing 24 for the accumulators or the batteries 26 are arranged at least partially inside the winding tube 20 , closer to the second end portion 14B than the first 14A.
- the first end portion 14A is opposite the end of the tubular retractor receiving the actuator 22.
- the actuator 22 may for example comprise in known manner a casing 30 of generally cylindrical shape inserted into the winding tube 20 .
- in the case 30 are housed an electronic unit control (not shown), an electric motor of any type and a reduction gear (not shown), the motor having a stator fixed relative to the housing 30, and a rotor driving, by intermediate of the gearbox, an output shaft 32.
- the output shaft 32 drives the winding tube 20 via a drive wheel 34 rotatably mounted on the output shaft 32 and on the winding tube 20.
- the housing 24 for the accumulators or the batteries 26 can optionally be integrated in the housing 30 of the actuator 22.

- the actuator 22 comprises a head 36 , closing one end of the casing 30 , and projecting outside the winding tube 20 by forming part of the second end portion 14B of the Tubular winder 12.
- the head 36 of the actuator allows the support of the actuator 22 and therefore of the winding tube 20 at the second end portion 14B. It also allows the recovery of torque output actuator and is therefore locked in rotation relative to the second wall attachment 18B.
- It can be provided with a hatch 38 to access the housing 24.
- the hatch 38 is in the form of a lid connected by a bayonet device to the head 36. Reliefs are provided on the outside the hatch to allow to turn the latter relative to the head 36 by hand or with a tool.
- the first end portion 14A comprises a shaft 40 fixed to the first wall attachment 16A and a first guide bearing 42 , disposed between a wheel 43 integral with the winding tube 20 and the shaft 40.
- axial fixing means (not shown) between the wheel 43 and the shaft 40 to ensure translation locking between the wheel 43 and the shaft 40 and maintain the second end of the winding equipment attached to the first wall attachment .
- the compensation spring 28 shown here schematically, may be formed in known manner by one or more elastic members, such as torsion springs, positioned in series or in parallel, to obtain the desired characteristics in terms of elongation and stiffness. The spring 28 works between the shaft 40 , and the drive wheel 34 of the winding tube 20 , itself secured to the winding tube 20.
- a second bearing 44 is disposed between the casing 30 of the actuator 22 and the winding tube 20 , preferably at the level of the second end portion 14B.
- the head 36 of the actuator 22 is provided with a tip formed by a pin 46 , for example a square pin, intended to engage in a groove 48 provided for this purpose in the second wall attachment and illustrated on the figure 5 , the groove being shaped to allow the square pin 46 to follow a path of engagement before falling by gravity in a retaining housing 50 into which the groove 48 opens.
- the head is provided with two pins 46 which can slide in the groove 48 and thus keep the actuator in rotation relative to the second wall attachment.
- the head of the actuator is a star-shaped head or hexagonal, slidable in a housing provided for this purpose on the second wall attachment, this housing can be closed by a retractable hatch, which when it is closed, keeps in place the head in the housing.
- the head that includes a housing for a square pin protruding from the second wall attachment, the head being reclosable by various means such as a pin or a screw.
- the first wall attachment 18A comprises at least one lug 54 for attachment to the first wall wall 16A and an orientation lug 56 supported by the fixing lug 54 via at least a first hinge 58 for guiding the first axial end portion 14A of the tubular reel 12 in a pivoting movement about a first hinge axis 200 remote from the reference axis 100 , the first hinge axis 200 being fixed relative to the fixing lug 54.
- the shaft 40 of the first end portion 14A of the tubular reel 12 has a hexagonal (or more generally non-circular) section allowing it to be inserted forcefully into a hole of corresponding section 60 formed on the orientation tab 56 , so as to secure the first end portion 14A and the orientation tab 56 to one another at a time in rotation and in translation. If necessary, a positive fixation in translation can be envisaged, for example by adding a fixing screw.
- the bracket 54 further has mounting holes 62 for engaging attachment screws (not shown) to the wall wall 16A.
- the shaft 40 is integrally formed with the orientation tab.
- the orientation tab 56 has a U-shape, resealable by an axis and wherein the end of the shaft 40 of the first end portion 14A of the tubular reel 12 , comprising flats, is inserted.
- the shaft 40 of the first end portion 14A cooperates with the U shape of the orientation tab at a portion of smaller diameter, the larger diameter at the end of the shaft 40 passing at the rear of the U-shaped, thus ensuring the axial retention of the first end portion 14A at the first wall attachment 18A.
- the first hinge axis 200 is preferably orthogonal to the reference axis 100 , and oriented so as to allow the square pin 46 to follow the path defined by the groove 48.
- the first hinge axis 200 is preferably vertical in the position of use. It is thus possible, as illustrated on the figure 2 , to disengage the tubular reel 12 from the second fastener 18B , to bring it, after pivoting about the first hinge axis 200 , into a maintenance position giving free access to the second end portion 14B of the reel tubular 12. It can therefore act on this second portion 14B end, and in particular on the head 36 of the actuator 22 for the adjustment operations and other maintenance operations.
- the accumulators or batteries 26 are kept connected to each other by a plastic film or in a tube provided for this purpose and itself closed by a plug removably attached to the tube by a bayonet or screw device. Reliefs are provided on the outside of the cap to allow it to rotate relative to the tube by hand or with a tool.
- the first wall attachment 18A of the winding equipment 10 of the Figures 1 to 3 may have only one hinge pin 200 , but preferably has two hinge pins 200 , 300 , as shown in FIG. figure 4 .
- the first wall fastener 18A has for this purpose an intermediate lug 64 interposed between the orientation lug 56 and the fixing lug 54.
- a second hinge 66 allows the hinge lug 56 to pivot about a second hinge pin 300 orthogonal to the reference axis 100 , non-intersecting with the reference axis 100 , and not parallel to the first hinge axis 200.
- the first hinge axis 200 and the second hinge axis 300 in the position of use of the winding equipment are preferably orthogonal, and coplanar or substantially coplanar, in the sense that they are situated in two planes perpendicular to the reference axis 100 and distant from each other. other less than 1 cm, corresponding substantially to the thickness of the parts constituting the first wall attachment.
- This double articulation makes it possible to maneuver the second end portion 14B of the tubular reel 12 with ease while maintaining the first end portion 14A supported by the first wall fastener 18A.
- the structure of the first wall attachment can take different forms. It is possible that one of the hinge lugs comprises a cutout for receiving another leg when it is folded. In this case, the two legs are coplanar and therefore the two axes of articulation can also be coplanar.
- a screen winding equipment 10 according to a second embodiment, which differs from the previous embodiment by the addition of a retractable support link 68 providing the connection between the second wall attachment 18B and the second portion end 14B of the tubular reel 12 , to support the second end portion 14B of the reel in a suspended position illustrated on the figure 6 .
- the retractable support link 68 may be flexible or rigid, telescopic or articulated, and may be integral with the second wall attachment 18B or the second end portion 14B.
- the support link 68 may in particular be constituted by a guide rail or may be a simple detachable link retaining the second end portion 14B in the suspended position for battery replacement. The installer no longer has to maintain this end portion and can easily change the batteries (opening the battery door, receiving the batteries to change, replacing and closing the hatch).
- FIG 7 On the figure 7 is illustrated a third embodiment of the invention, which differs from the previous by the positioning of the compensation spring 28 , whose ends are fixed one to the housing 30 of the actuator 22 and the other to the shaft of output 32 of the actuator 22 , for example as described in the document WO 03/083245 .
- the output shaft 32 of the actuator 22 is part of the first end portion 14A of the tubular reel 12 , and is fixed in rotation about the reference axis 100 relative to the first wall attachment 16A .
- the winding tube 20 is integral with a drive wheel 34 to which is fixed the head 36 of the actuator 22.
- a housing housing 24 accumulators or batteries 26 is also attached to the inside of the tube. winding 20, for example fixed on the drive wheel 34 or on another wheel 134 of the same type.
- the rotating assembly constituted by the winding tube 20 , the housing 30 of the actuator 22 and the housing housing 24 of the accumulators or batteries 26 is guided in rotation with respect to the reference axis 100 by a first step 42 mounted between the winding tube 20 and the output shaft 32 of the actuator 22 , by a second bearing 44 mounted between the winding tube 20 and a third bearing 144 placed between the housing housing 24 and a endpiece 47 attached to the second wall attachment 18B.
- a compensation spring 28 can be positioned, if necessary, between the output shaft 32 and the housing 30 of the actuator 22 , similarly to the first embodiment, or between the endpiece 47. and the housing housing 24 accumulators or batteries 26 or the wheel 134 as shown on the figure 8 .
- the tip 47 has a passage, in particular reclosable through a hatch 38 , through which the accumulators or batteries 26 can pass.
- the hatch 38 is in particular linked to the second end portion 14B by a bayonet device. Reliefs are provided on the outside of the hatch to allow the latter to rotate relative to the second end portion 14B by hand or with the aid of a tool.
- the compensation spring 28 may need to be locked or simply expanded when changing the accumulators or batteries 26. Alternatively, the compensation spring 28 may be installed around the actuator, similar to the embodiment of the invention. figure 7 .
- a winding equipment according to a sixth embodiment of the invention which, like the previous, comprises a tubular winder 12 , a first articulated wall attachment 18A and a second wall attachment 18B.
- a screen 70 is also visible in the figures wound on the winding tube 20 of the tubular winder 12.
- the screen 70 is provided at its free end with a load bar 72 , which moves with the screen 70 during unwinding and winding thereof, and is adapted to take an extreme winding position, illustrated on the Figures 9 to 11 , in particular for assembly, disassembly or maintenance operations of the equipment.
- the load bar 72 in the extreme winding position is stuck in abutment against a first stop 74A secured to the first wall fastener 18A and against a second stop 74B secured to the second fastener mural 18B.
- a first stop 74A secured to the first wall fastener 18A and against a second stop 74B secured to the second fastener mural 18B may be other means for fixing or holding the load bar 72 in the extreme winding position, for example loop strips and hooks or elastic bands.
- the screen winding equipment 10 comprises a rigid armature 700 which extends from one end to the other of the winding equipment parallel to the reference axis 100 , and which ends at one end. end by an intermediate lug 710 , orthogonal to the reference axis 100.
- This intermediate lug 710 forms the first wall wall 16A. It can support a fastening lug 64 , articulated along an axis of rotation corresponding to the axis 200 and described above and / or an orientation tab 56, as discussed above, or a support 560 , as shown on the Figures 13, 14 and 15 fixed rigidly to the intermediate lug 710.
- the intermediate lug 710 may be provided with a support 560 secured to and fixed relative to the intermediate lug 710.
- the support 560 may for example comprise at its free end, a holding member 562 in the form of a hook , open on its upper part so that it can accommodate a transverse shaft 660 secured to the tubular reel 12.
- the support 560 comprises a base 561 integral with the intermediate tab 64, and preferably fixed in the central part of its outer surface.
- the support 560 comprises the holding member 562 in the extension of its base 561.
- This holding member 562 comprises a holding surface 563 and a stop 564 located at its free end.
- the abutment 564 may form a right angle with respect to the holding surface 563 or may assume a concave shape in the extension of the holding surface 563, so as to maintain a third member on the holding surface 563.
- holding 562 may further contain a lug 565 located above the holding surface 563 and in extension of the base 560.
- the lug 565 is shorter than the holding surface 563, so that the holder 560 presents an opening between the lug 565 and the stop 564.
- the holding member 562 thus has a hook shape.
- a third element can then be inserted into the opening and slid on the holding surface 563 until it comes into contact with the base 561. In this case, the lug 565 makes it possible to keep the third element in contact with the surface.
- the third element is for example the shaft 660 which can be secured to the reel 12 or to an intermediate part 400 associated with the tubular reel 12.
- the intermediate part 400 can be for example inserted into the tube by force winding 20 or attached to the winding tube by appropriate reported means such as screws or rivets.
- the intermediate piece 400 attached to the winding tube 12 and provided at its end directed towards the intermediate lug 710 of the shaft 660, is articulated on the support 560 by the cooperation of the shaft 660 and of the holding member 562.
- the holding surface 563 has a length greater than the diameter of the shaft 660, which allows it to move along the holding surface but also to be positioned skew relative to the longitudinal axis of the support 560. This allows to articulate the intermediate part 400 relative to the support 560 according to a first degree of freedom, said horizontal degree of freedom.
- the articulation according to the degree of horizontal freedom defined above corresponds to the first articulation hinge 58, able to guide a pivoting of the tubular retractor 12 about a first hinge axis 200, the first axis of articulation 200 being in this embodiment an axis perpendicular to the holding surface 563 and passing substantially through the center of the holding surface 563.
- the shaft 660 can pivot along its own longitudinal axis with respect to the holding member 562, in particular when the shaft 660 is located near the opening between the lug 565 and the stop 564 of holding element 562.
