Claims (8)

  1. Garnitur für eine Tür oder ein Fenster (1), umfassend mindestens einen Hebe-Schiebe-Flügel (2), welcher mindestens eine Rollenlageranordnung (4) umfasst und quer über die Rollenlageranordnung (4) auf einer Führungsschiene (5) aufliegt, die mit einer unteren Traverse (6) eines Befestigungsmittels (3) versehen ist, wobei diese Rollenlageranordnung (4) mindestens einen Hubwagen (7) umfasst, der umfasst: einerseits eine Montagehalterung (8) auf Höhe einer unteren Traverse (10) des Flügels (2) und andererseits ein Laufwerk (9), das mit der Montagehalterung (8) derart verbunden ist, dass es beweglich ist in einer Richtung (13), die der aus einem einerseits vertikalen und andererseits horizontalen Gleiten resultierenden Richtung entspricht, wobei der Flügel (2) ferner mit einem Verriegelungsbescghlag (16) versehen ist, der dazu geeignet ist, auf den mindestens einen Hubwagen (7) einzuwirken, um dessen Laufwerk (9) in eine vorgegebene Richtung zu schieben, aus der sich das Heben des Flügels (2) ergibt, wenn dieser entriegelt oder in eine Richtung bewegt wird, die der Richtung, die zum Absenken des Flügels (2) am Ende des Schließvorgangs führt, entgegengesetzt ist, wobei die Garnitur mindestens eine Dämpfungsvorrichtung (19) umfasst, die ein Gehäusse (21) und eine Montagehalterung (20), die unter der unteren Traverse (10) des mindestens einen Flügels (2) angeordnet ist, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dieser Montagehalterung (20) das Gehäuse (21) rotierbar montiert ist, wobei das Ende (36) des Gehäuses (21) über Gelenkverbindungsmittel (37), deren Schwenkachse (38) senkrecht zur Ebene des Flügels (2) verläuft, mit der Montagehalterung (20) verbunden ist, wobei das Gehäuse (21) eine längliche Kammer (25) mit einem Boden (27) umfasst, auf dem ein erstes Ende (28) von elastischen Rückstellmitteln (22), z.B. einer Feder (23), aufliegt, von dem ein zweites Ende (30) aus der Kammer (25) hervorsteht und unmittelbar oder über einen Stößel (24) auf das Laufwerk (9) des mindestens einen Hubwagens (7) einwirkt.
  2. Garnitur für eine Tür oder ein Fenster (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (21) auf der Montagehalterung (20) um eine Schwenkachse (38), die senkrecht zur Wirkrichtung (39) der elastischen Rückstellmittel (22) verläuft, rotierbar montiert ist.
  3. Garnitur für eine Tür oder ein Fenster (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stößel (24) am Ende (29) der Kammer (25) gleitend auf dem Gehäuse (21) montiert ist.
  4. Garnitur für eine Tür oder ein Fenster (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Anschlageinrichtungen (31) umfasst, um die Verfahrstrecke (32) des Stößels (24) am Ende (29) der länglichen Kammer (25), das dem Gehäuse (21) entspricht, zu begrenzen.
  5. Garnitur für eine Tür oder ein Fenster (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zur Einstellung der Vorspannung der elastischen Rückstellmittel (22) im Gehäuse (21) umfasst.
  6. Garnitur für eine Tür oder ein Fenster (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellungsmittel durch den Boden (27) definiert sind, der beweglich am Ende (26) der länglichen Kammer (25) montiert ist, wobei auf den Boden (27) Regelungsmittel (35) einwirken.
  7. Garnitur für eine Tür oder ein Fenster (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (45) zum Blockieren des Stößels (24) relativ zum Gehäuse (21), insbesondere in der zurückgezogenen Stellung zur Vorspannung der elastischen Rückstellmittel (22), umfasst.
  8. Garnitur für eine Tür oder ein Fenster (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem Ende (42) eines derartigen Laufwerks (9) ein Endstück (41) untergebracht ist, das mit dem Stößel (24) der mindestens einen Dämpfungsvorrichtung (19) über Gelenkverbindungsmittel (43) zusammenwirkt, deren Schwenkachse (44) parallel zur Schwenkachse (38) des Gehäuses (21) auf der Montagehalterung (20) verläuft.
