Claims (9)

  1. Schließvorrichtung einer Konstruktion, umfassend:
    - ein Tor (2)
    - eine Führungsschiene (17) für dieses Tor,
    - ein Zugsystem (7)
    - ein Verbindungselement (8), zu. B. ein Seil, eine Kette oder ein runder Gurt, wobei das Verbindungselement das Zugsystem mit einem Verankerungspunkt (12) einer Verankerungsvorrichtung (9), zum Beispiel in Form einer Seilrolle, verbindet und die Verankerungsvorrichtung bis zum Verankerungspunkt umrandet und sich der Verankerungspunkt nicht in einer Zugachse des Verbindungselements (8) befindet, wenn das Tor (2) geschlossen ist, um die Verankerungsvorrichtung zu einer Drehung zu zwingen, die ein Kippen des Tors gewährleistet,
    - wobei die Verankerungsvorrichtung (9) mit dem Tor fest verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Verankerungsvorrichtung (9) in einem Innenraum (18) einer Schutzkapsel (19) befindet, die eine komplementäre Form zur Führungsschiene (17) des Tors aufweist, wobei die Verankerungsvorrichtung (9) drehbar in einer Schutzkapsel (19) gelagert ist und diese Kapsel mit der Führungsschiene (17) gleitend zusammenwirkt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die Schutzkapsel (19) eine Öffnung (21) aufweist, deren Größe zum Verbindungselement, das in den Innenraum (18) dieser Kapsel mündet, komplementär ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschiene umfasst:
    - eine erste senkrechte Führungsschiene (23), die mit der Schutzkapsel (19) zusammenwirkt
    - eine zweite waagrechte Führungsschiene (24), die mit einem waagrechten Führungselement (25) des Tors zusammenwirkt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungsvorrichtung eine fest auf einer Achse (10) gelagerte Seilrolle ist, wobei diese Achse fest auf einer Seite (11) des Tors im unteren Bereich (3) des Tors gelagert ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Verankerungspunkt, wenn das Tor komplett geöffnet ist, auf der Zugachse des Verbindungselements befindet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verankerungspunkt in Bezug zur Zugachse des Verbindungselements bei geschlossenem Tor dem Tor gegenüberliegt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungsvorrichtung in Bezug zur Kapsel um 90° drehbar ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement ein runder Gurt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verankerungspunkt eine zum Verbindungselement komplementäre Öffnung (26) mit einer Spannvorrichtung (27) für das Verbindungselement ist, wobei das Verbindungselement durch diese Spannvorrichtung in der Öffnung festgeklemmt ist.
