Claims (7)
- Presse (1), die dazu bestimmt ist, durch ein Tiefziehverfahren eine Blechscheibe (2) zu formen, die eine Matrix (5) und einen Stempel (3) umfasst, die angepasst sind, um die Blechplatte (2) bei dem Senken der Matrix (5) gegen den Stempel (3) tiefzuziehen, wobei die Presse einen Niederhalter (4) umfasst, der vertikal in Verschiebung von einer ersten Hochstellung zu einer zweiten Tiefstellung bei dem Senken der Matrix (5) gegen den Stempel (3) geführt ist, wobei der Niederhalter (4) mindestens zwei Teile (41, 42), die zueinander beweglich sind, umfasst, so dass der erste Teil (41) eine seitliche Verlagerung in Bezug auf den zweiten Teil (42) aufweist, wobei der Niederhalter (4) auch erste Rückstellmittel (44) umfasst wobei in der Presse die ersten Rückstellmittel (44) in der Tiefstellung des Niederhalters (4) derart eingerichtet sind, dass sie eine sogenannte entspannte Positionierung aufweisen, und in der Tiefstellung des Niederhalters (4) der zweite Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) in seitlicher Auflage gegen den ersten Teil (41) des Niederhalters (4) ist, wobei der zweite Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) mit dem Gerüst (7) der Presse (1) über ein Pleuel (6) verbunden ist, das angepasst ist, um den zweiten Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) bei dem Senken der Matrix (5) seitlich zu entfernen, wobei das Pleuel (6) ein erstes Ende (61), das fest mit dem zweiten Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) verbunden ist, umfasst, und ein zweites Ende (62), das fest mit dem Gerüst (7) verbunden ist, wobei das erste Ende (61) und das zweite Ende (62) des Pleuels (7) jeweils mit dem zweiten Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) und mit dem Gerüst (7) Verbindungsmittel vom Typ Zapfen bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Rückstellmittel (44) zwischen den ersten Teil (41) und den zweiten Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) eingefügt sind.
- Presse (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matrix (5) einen Seitenteil (51) umfasst, der angepasst ist, um mit dem ersten Teil (41) des Niederhalters (4) zusammenzuwirken, um einen Seitenrand (21) der Blechplatte (2) zu blockieren, wobei der Seitenteil (51) zweite Rückstellmittel (53) umfasst, die angepasst sind, um sich der seitlichen Verlagerung nach außerhalb der Presse (1) des ersten Teils (41) des Niederhalters (4) bei dem Senken der Matrix (5) zu widersetzen.
- Presse (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Niederhalter (4) einen dritten Teil (43) umfasst, der Führungsmittel (45) umfasst, die es erlauben, den Niederhalter (4) in Verschiebung vertikal zu führen.
- Presse (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dritte Teil (43) des Niederhalters (4) einen Träger bildet, entlang dem seitlich in Verschiebung der erste Teil (41) und der zweite Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) geführt sind.
- Presse (1) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dritte Teil (43) des Niederhalters (4) eine Seitenwand (431) umfasst, die einen Anschlag bildet, der angepasst ist, um die seitliche Verlagerung in Richtung des Stempels (3) des ersten Teils (41) des Niederhalters (4) einzuschränken.
- Presse (1) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Rückstellmittel (44) in Hochstellung des Niederhalters (4) angepasst sind, um den ersten Teil (41) des Niederhalters (4) gegen den Anschlag (431) des dritten Teils (43) des Niederhalters (4) zu halten.
- Verfahren zur Wartung einer Presse (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei:- der zweite Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) in Seitenauflage gegen den ersten Teil (41) des Niederhalters (4) ist, wobei der zweite Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) mit dem Gerüst (7) der Presse (1) über ein Pleuel (6) verbunden ist, das angepasst ist, um den zweiten Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) bei dem Senken der Matrix (5) seitlich zu entfernen, wobei das Pleuel (6) ein erstes Ende (61) umfasst, das mit dem zweiten Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) fest verbunden ist, und ein zweites Ende (62), das mit dem Gerüst (7) fest verbunden ist, wobei das erste Ende (61) und das zweite Ende (62) des Pleuels (7) jeweils mit dem zweiten Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) und mit dem Gerüst (7) Verbindungsmittel vom Typ Zapfen bilden;- der Niederhalter (4) zuvor in Tiefstellung positioniert wird, wobei das Verfahren einen Demontageschritt des ersten Teils (41) des Niederhalters (4) und einen Rückmontageschritt des ersten Teils (41) ohne Ändern des Funktionierens der ersten Rückstellmittel (44) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Rückstellmittel (44) zwischen den ersten Teil (41) und den zweiten Teil (42) des Niederhalters (4) eingefügt sind.
