Claims (7)
- Stanzwerkzeug (12) zum Formen eines Stanzstücks, insbesondere einer Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie, das Folgendes umfasst:- ein Gesenk (16) mit einer Aufnahmeoberfläche (20; 20') des Stanzstücks, das dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem einen Hauptpresser (32) zusammenzuwirken;- einen Stößel (26) mit einem Stempel (36), der geeignet ist, um einen Rand (6) des Stanzstücks (2) gegen die Aufnahmeoberfläche (20; 20') des Gesenks (16) zu verformen; und- einen Hilfspresser (38), der geeignet ist, um gegen die Aufnahmeoberfläche (20') einen distalen Abschnitt (52) des Rands (6) des Stanzstücks (2) zu pressen, bevor der Stempel (36) geeignet ist, den Rand (6) zu verformen, wobei der Hilfspresser (38) auf Feder in Verschiebung auf dem Stößel (26) bevorzugt in eine Richtung parallel zu der Gleitrichtung des Stößels (26) beweglich montiert ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptpresser (32) auf Feder auf dem oberen Gestell (30) beweglich montiert ist, wobei der Hauptpresser zu dem Stempel (36) benachbart und geeignet ist, um den Rand (6) des Stanzstücks (2) gegen einen zentralen und Hauptabschnitt (34) der Aufnahmeoberfläche (20; 20') des Gesenks zu pressen, bevor der Stempel (36), wie er zwischen dem Hilfspresser (38) und dem Hauptpresser (32) positioniert ist, geeignet ist, den Rand (6) zu verformen.
- Stanzwerkzeug (12) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hilfspresser (38) eine Pressfläche (39) mit einem unregelmäßigen Profil, bevorzugt einem gerippten Profil, umfasst.
- Stanzwerkzeug (12) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeoberfläche (20') im Allgemeinen länglich ist, wobei der Querschnitt der Oberfläche (20') ein im Allgemeinen gebogenes Profil aufweist, das bevorzugt eine Unterschnittrückführung (28) bildet.
- Stanzwerkzeug (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt der Aufnahmeoberfläche (20'), der mit dem Stößel (26) zusammenwirkt, ein erstes konkaves Profil (40) umfasst, das mit dem Stößel (36) zusammenwirkt, und ein zweites Profil (42), das im Allgemeinen gerade ist, das mit dem Hilfspresser (38) zusammenwirkt.
- Stanzwerkzeug (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeoberfläche (20') durch zwei Gesenkelemente (22; 22'), die benachbart und in Verschiebung zueinander beweglich sind, gebildet ist.
- Stanzwerkzeug (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem Folgendes umfasst:- ein erstes Gestell (14), das bevorzugt ein unteres ist, das das Gesenk (16) trägt;- ein zweites Gestell (30), das bevorzugt ein oberes ist, das den Stößel (26) trägt, der geeignet ist, mit dem Gesenk (16) durch Annähern zwischen dem ersten (14) und zweiten (30) Gestell zusammenzuwirken;wobei der Stößel (26) geeignet ist, bezüglich des Gesenks (16) in eine Richtung zu gleiten, die zu der Annäherungsrichtung des ersten (14) und zweiten (30) Gestells um einen Winkel zwischen 20° und 80° schräg ist, um den Rand (6) des Stanzstücks (2) zu verformen.
- Verfahren zum Formen eines Stanzstücks (2), insbesondere einer Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie, das im Allgemeinen länglich ist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:a) Aufnehmen eines im Allgemeinen länglichen Rands (6) des Stanzstücks (2) in einem Stanzwerkzeug in einer Tiefziehpresse (12);b) Verformen des Rands (6) des Stanzstücks (2);dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug (12) einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 entspricht, wobei das Verfahren außerdem das Pressen mittels des Hilfspressers (38) des Rands (6) des Stanzstücks (2) vor und/oder während seiner Verformung umfasst.
