Claims (9)

  1. Pressvorrichtung (10) zum Tiefziehen eines Blechs (12), umfassend:
    - ein Stützgestell (14),
    - einen Stempel (18), der am Stützgestell (14) montiert ist, und der eine Tiefziehseite (20) des Blechs (12) begrenzt,
    - zumindest eine Gegenform (22), die einen Tiefziehabschnitt (24) des Blechs (12) in Hinterschneidung begrenzt und mit dem Stempel zusammenwirkt, und die beweglich auf dem Stützgestell (14) in eine erste Richtung (A) zwischen einer Tiefziehstellung, in der die Gegenform (22) auf das Blech (12) wirken kann, und einer eingefahrenen Position, in der die Gegenform (22) das Abnehmen des tiefgezogenen Blechs (12) ermöglicht, montiert ist,
    - ein Antriebsmittel (30a, 30b, 34) zum Bewegen der Gegenform (22),
    - ein bewegliches Gestell (16), das im Verhältnis zum Stützgestell (14) beweglich ist, das einen Anpressfuß (58) trägt, womit das Blech (12) gegen den Stempel (18) gepresst und gehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (30a, 30b, 34) die Gegenform (22) in ihre Tiefziehstellung bewegt, indem die Gegenform (22) zur Außenseite des Stempels (18) gezogen wird.
  2. Pressvorrichtung (10) zum Tiefziehen eines Blechs (12) gemäß dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenform (22) verschiebbar auf dem Stützgestell (14) in die erste Richtung (A) zwischen ihrer eingefahrenen Stellung und ihrer Tiefziehstellung montiert ist.
  3. Pressvorrichtung (10) zum Tiefziehen eines Blechs (12) gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenform (22) sich in die erste Richtung (A), wobei die Gegenform (22) umfasst:
    - einen ersten Abschnitt des Endstücks, der den Tiefziehabschnitt (24) bildet, und der mit dem Stempel (18) zusammenwirkt,
    - einen zweiten Abschnitt des gegenüber liegenden Endstücks, der einen Antriebsabschnitt (26) durch Verschieben der Gegenform (22) bildet, und der über den Stempel (18) hinaus angebracht ist, und
    - einen Zwischenabschnitt (28), der den Tiefziehabschnitt (24) und den Antriebsabschnitt (26) verbindet.
  4. Pressvorrichtung (10) zum Tiefziehen eines Blechs (12) gemäß dem Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel mit dem Antriebsabschnitt der Gegenform zusammenwirkt, um die Gegenform aus ihrer eingefahrenen Stellung in die Tiefziehstellung zu ziehen.
  5. Pressvorrichtung zum Tiefziehen eines Blechs gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsmittel (30a, 30b, 34) umfasst:
    - eine Nocke (30a), die vom beweglichen Gestell (16) getragen wird,
    - einen Stößel (34), der verschiebbar auf dem (14) in eine zweite Richtung montiert ist, und der die Gegenform (22) in der Bewegung antreibt,
    - eine Gegennocke (30b), die vom Stößel (34) getragen wird, wobei die Nocke (30a) und die Gegennocke (30b) zum Antrieb der Gegenform (22) in der Bewegung aus ihrer eingefahrenen Stellung in ihre Tiefziehstellung dienen.
  6. Pressvorrichtung (10) zum Tiefziehen eines Blechs (12) gemäß den Ansprüchen 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nocke (30a) und die Gegennocke (30b) zwischen dem Antriebsabschnitt (26) der Gegenform (22) und dem Stempel (18) überlagert sind.
  7. Pressvorrichtung (10) zum Tiefziehen eines Blechs (12) gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein erstes elastisches Rückholmittel (48) der Gegenform (22) in ihre eingefahrene Stellung umfasst.
  8. Pressvorrichtung (10) zum Tiefziehen eines Blechs (12) gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Pressmittel (50) umfasst, dass verschiebbar auf dem beweglichen Gestell (16) zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer Arbeitsstellung, in der das Pressmittel (50) mit der Gegenform (22) zum Tiefziehen des Blechs (12) in Hinterschneidung zusammenwirkt, montiert ist, und mit den Synchronisations- und Verschiebemitteln (52a, 52b, 54a, 54b) zusammenwirkt, die dazu dienen, das Pressmittel (50) unter der Einwirkung des beweglichen Gestells (16) aus seiner Arbeitsstellung in seine Arbeitsstellung zu bewegen, wenn die Gegenform (22) ihre Tiefziehposition einnimmt.
  9. Pressvorrichtung (10) zum Tiefziehen eines Blechs (12) gemäß dem Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein zweites elastisches Rückholmittel (56) des Pressmittels (50) in seine Ruhestellung umfasst.
