Claims (9)

  1. Werkzeug (10) zum Pressformen und Abkanten einer Haube (12) eines Fahrzeugs mittels einer Presse vom Typ, der mit einem Stempel (18) zum Formen der Haube (12) ausgestattet ist, wobei der Stempel (18) eine Form aufweist, die zu der Form der Haube (12) komplementär ist und die insgesamt nach vorn abnehmend trapezförmigen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stempel (18) Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen vorderen stationären Teil (22), der eine erste vordere Quergegenform (26) für das Abkanten eines ersten vorderen Rands (28) der Haube (12) in Hinterschnitt abgrenzt, eine seitliche zweite Längsgegenform (30a) und eine seitliche dritte Längsgegenform (30b) zum Abkanten eines seitlichen zweiten Rands (32a) und eines seitlichen dritten Rands (32b) der Haube (12) jeweils in Hinterschnitt,
    - einen hinteren Rand (24), der sich quer zu der Rückseite des vorderen Teils (22) erstreckt und der längs von hinten nach vorn beweglich ausgehend von einer Arbeitsposition, in der der hintere Teil (24) und der vordere Teil (22) des Stempels (18) derart eingerichtet sind, dass sie die Haube (12) bilden, und einer Haubenabnahmeposition, in der der hintere Teil (24) zu dem vorderen Teil (22) vorgeschoben ist, beweglich montiert ist, um das Abnehmen der Haube (12) von dem Stempel (18) zu erlauben, was den Platzbedarf des Stempels derart verringert, dass die Gegenformen die Ränder in Hinterschnitt der Haube freigeben, um das Abnehmen der Haube zu erlauben.
  2. Werkzeug (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Teil (24) des Stempels (18) Antriebsmittel (44a, 44b) der Haube (12) umfasst, die ausgelegt sind, um mit der Haube (12) zusammenzuwirken, um die Haube (12) und den hinteren Teil (24) gleichzeitig nach vorn im Laufe der Bewegung des hinteren Teils (24) zu seiner Haubenabnahmeposition in Bewegung anzutreiben.
  3. Werkzeug (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel (44a, 44b) der Haube (12) mindestens einen Antriebsfinger (44a, 44b) umfassen, der an der Rückseite des hinteren Teils (24) des Stempels (18) eingerichtet und ausgelegt ist, um mit einem hinteren vierten Rand (38) der Haube zusammenzuwirken, um die Haube (12) in Bewegung nach vorn anzutreiben.
  4. Werkzeug (10) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsfinger (44a, 44b) zwischen einer eingefahrenen Position, in der der hintere vierte Rand (38) der Haube (12) geeignet ist, gebildet zu werden, und einer ausgefahrenen Position, in der der Finger (44a, 44b) geeignet ist, um die Haube (12) in Bewegung nach vorn anzutreiben, beweglich montiert ist.
  5. Werkzeug (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Teil (24) des Stempels (18) durch eine hintere vierte Quergegenform (36) für das Abkanten des hinteren vierten Rands (38) der Haube (12) abgegrenzt ist.
  6. Werkzeug (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitliche zweite Gegenform (30a) des Stempels (18) einen ersten beweglichen Abschnitt (34a) umfasst, der sich längs von einem hinteren Ende der seitlichen zweiten Gegenform (30a) erstreckt, und dass die seitliche dritte Gegenform (30b) des Stempels (18) einen zweiten beweglichen Abschnitt (34b) umfasst, der sich längs von einem hinteren Ende der seitlichen dritten Gegenform (30b) erstreckt, wobei jeder bewegliche Abschnitt (34a, 34b) auf dem Werkzeug (10) zwischen einer Arbeitsposition, in der jeder bewegliche Abschnitt (34a, 34b) eingerichtet ist, um die Haube (12) zu bilden, und einer Haubenabnahmeposition, in der jeder bewegliche Abschnitt (34a, 34b) quer zu dem Inneren des Stempels (18) eingefahren ist, beweglich montiert ist, um das Abnehmen der Haube (12) von dem Stempel (18) zu erlauben.
  7. Werkzeug (10) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Teil (24) des Stempels (18) in seiner Arbeitsposition quer zwischen dem ersten beweglichen Abschnitt (34a) der seitlichen zweiten Gegenform (30a) und dem zweiten beweglichen Abschnitt (34b) der seitlichen dritten Gegenform (30b) eingefügt ist.
  8. Werkzeug (10) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Teil (24) des Stempels (18) in seiner Haubenabnahmeposition über dem ersten beweglichen Abschnitt (34a) der seitlichen zweiten Gegenform (30a) und des zweiten beweglichen Abschnitt (34b) der seitlichen dritten Gegenform (30b) eingerichtet ist.
  9. Werkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel zum Abkanten (20) umfasst, die ausgelegt sind, um mit der vorderen ersten Gegenform (26), der seitlichen zweiten Gegenform (30a) und der seitlichen dritten Gegenform (30b) des Stempels (18) zusammenzuwirken, um den ersten vorderen Rand (28) der Haube (12), den ersten seitlichen Rand (32a) und den dritten seitlichen Rand (32b) der Haube (12) jeweils in Hinterschnitt zu bilden.
