Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Lochen eines Blechteils (1), das auf einer Tiefziehpresse positioniert ist, die einen unteren Aufbau (2) und einen oberen Aufbau, der zu dem unteren Aufbau (2) beweglich ist, sowie mehrere Stempelhalteplatten (3) aufweist, die jeweils einen Stempel (4) tragen, wobei jede der Stempelhalteplatten (3) in Bezug auf den unteren Aufbau (2) Dank ergänzender Führungsmittel gleitend montiert ist, die einen Teil (5) aufweisen, der fest mit der Stempelhalteplatte (3) verbunden ist, und einen Teil (6), der fest mit dem unteren Aufbau (2) verbunden ist, wobei jede der Stempelhalteplatten (3) zwischen einer inaktiven Position und einer Arbeitsposition in Bezug auf das Blechteil (1) gleiten kann, wobei das Gleiten jeder Stempelhalteplatte (3) durch die Bewegung des oberen Aufbaus zu dem unteren Aufbau (2) gesteuert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil (6) der Führungsmittel, der fest mit dem unteren Aufbau (2) verbunden ist, zwischen einer aktiven Position, in der der Teil (6) der Führungsmittel in Bezug auf den Teil (5) der Führungsmittel, die fest mit der Stempelhalteplatte (3) verbunden sind, eingefügt ist, und einer inaktiven Position, in der die Teile (5, 6) zueinander frei sind, beweglich ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil (6) der Führungsmittel, der fest mit dem unteren Aufbau (2) verbunden ist, von einem Formelement (7) getragen wird, das in eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Richtung senkrecht zu der Gleitrichtung jeder der Stempelhalteplatten (3) gleitend montiert ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleiten des Formelements (7) von einem Zylinder (8) gesteuert ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil (5) der Führungsmittel der Stempelhalteplatte (3) eine Hohlkehle (5A) mit V-Querschnitt aufweist, in die der Teil (6) der Führungsmittel, der von dem Formelement (7) getragen wird, eingefügt ist, wobei dieser Teil (6) einen V-Querschnitt aufweist, der zu dem des V der Hohlkehle (5a) komplementär ist.
  5. Tiefziehpresse, die mit einer Lochvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 ausgestattet ist.
  6. Anwendung der Lochvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 zum Lochen des Blechs einer Seite einer Kraftfahrzeug-Fahrgastzelle.
  7. Anwendung nach Anspruch 6 an das Lochen von Löchern im oberen Teil auf der Fahrgastzellenseite, die zum Befestigen von Dachgepäcksträgern bestimmt sind.
