Claims (8)

  1. Tiefziehpressenwerkzeug, das einen Schieber (10) umfasst, der mit einer Vorrichtung zum Sichern des Schiebers (10) des Pressenwerkzeugs ausgestattet ist, der auf einer Gleitrampe (11) zwischen einer zurückgefahrenen Position, in der das Pressenwerkzeug offen ist, und einer Arbeitsposition, in der das Pressenwerkzeug geschlossen ist, beweglich montiert ist, wobei die Verlagerung des Schiebers (10) zwischen diesen zwei Positionen durch das Senken eines Nockens (12) gesteuert ist, wobei die Vorrichtung Mittel zum Verriegeln des Schiebers (10) in der zurückgefahrenen Position und Mittel zum Entriegeln des Schiebers bei dem Senken des Nockens (12) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verriegeln des Schiebers (10) in der zurückgefahrenen Position mindestens einen Haken (13) umfassen, der um eine stationäre Achse (14) zwischen einer Position, in der der Haken (13) in Hochstellung und bezüglich eines Fingers (15), der an dem Schieber (10) befestigt ist, frei ist, und einer Position, in der der Haken (13) in Tiefstellung und auf dem Finger (15) verriegelt ist, schwenkend montiert ist.
  2. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwei Haken (13) umfasst, die symmetrisch auf jeder Seite des Schiebers angeordnet und auf einer stationären Achse (14), die zu einer vertikalen Symmetrieebene des Schiebers (10) senkrecht ist, schwenkend montiert sind.
  3. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Haken (13) zu der Tiefstellung beweglich ist und unter der Einwirkung der Schwerkraft verriegelt wird.
  4. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Haken (13) Teil eines Hebels ist, dessen vorderes Ende bezüglich der Verschiebungsrichtung des Schiebers (10) zu der Arbeitsposition den Haken (13) umfasst, wobei sich das hintere Ende (13a) des Hebels hinter der Schwenkachse (14) des Hakens befindet.
  5. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenken des Hakens (13) zu der verriegelten Position durch das Drücken eines Elements (16), das das Senken des Nockens (12) begleitet, auf dem hinteren Ende (13a) des Hebels gesteuert wird.
  6. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Hebel auf eine Schwenkachse (14) montiert ist, die fest mit einem Träger (17) verbunden ist, der sich hinter dem Haken (13), der von der Vorderseite jedes Hebels getragen wird, befindet.
  7. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stößel (10) auf bekannte Art eine schräge Auflageoberfläche (18) umfasst, die sich auf der Rückseite des Schiebers befindet, auf der der Nocken (12) bei seinem Senken aufliegen und gleiten kann, wobei das Element (16) auf dem hinteren Ende (13a) des Hebels, gleich bevor der Nocken (12) auf der Auflageoberfläche (18) des Schiebers (10) aufliegt, aufliegen kann.
  8. Anwenden des Pressenwerkzeugs nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche an das Tiefziehen von Blechteilen für Kraftfahrzeug.
