Le bâti 7 forme un support pour le poinçon 3 et comporte des ouvertures permettant de guider le coulissement vertical des tiges de poussée 45 du serre-flan 4. Une première extrémité 61 de la bielle 6 et une première extrémité 421 de la deuxième partie 42 du serre-flan 4, sont reliées entre elles en formant une première liaison de type pivot 63. De même, une seconde extrémité 62 de la bielle 6 et une partie du bâti 7, sont reliées entre elles en formant une seconde liaison de type pivot 64. La bielle 6 est positionnée de sorte à éloigner la seconde partie 42 du serre-flan 4 du bâti 7 lors de la descente de la matrice 5. La première partie 41 du serre-flan 4 coulisse en translation le long de la troisième partie 43 du serre-flan 4. En fonction du positionnement vertical de la matrice 5, la première partie 41 du serre-flan 4, est soit déplacée latéralement en entraînant dans son déplacement latéral la partie latérale 51 de la matrice 5, soit reste en appui entre différentes surfaces d'appuis de la seconde partie 42 et de la troisième partie 43 du serre-flan 4, telle que la première partie 41 du serre-flan 4 comporte :

  • une première surface d'appui 411 qui est formée par une première paroi latérale positionnée en regard de l'extrémité libre de la seconde partie 42 du serre-flan 4. La première surface d'appui 411 de la première partie 41 du serre-flan 4 est orientée en regard du poinçon 3, permettant à la deuxième partie 42 de guider vers l'extérieure de la presse 1 la première partie 41 du serre-flan 4, lors de la descente de la matrice 5 ;
  • une deuxième surface d'appui 412 qui est formée par une deuxième paroi latérale positionnée en regard des premiers moyens de rappel 44. La deuxième surface d'appui 412 est orientée vers l'extérieur de la presse 1 ;
  • une troisième surface d'appui 413 qui est formée par une troisième paroi latérale positionnée en regard d'une paroi latérale 431 de la troisième partie 43 du serre-flan 4. La troisième surface d'appui 413 est orientée en regard du poinçon 3 et forme une butée limitant le déplacement de la première partie 41 du serre-flan 4 en direction du poinçon 3 ; et
  • une quatrième surface d'appui 414 qui est formée par une paroi latérale d'une première clavette 46 qui collabore avec une paroi latérale 521 d'une seconde clavette 52 de la partie latérale 51 de la matrice 5.

  • a first bearing surface 411 which is formed by a first side wall positioned opposite the free end of the second part 42 of the hold-down 4. The first bearing surface 411 of the first part 41 of the hold-down 4 is oriented opposite the punch 3, allowing the second part 42 to guide the press 1 towards the outside of the press 1 the first part 41 of the blank holder 4, during the descent of the die 5;
  • a second bearing surface 412 which is formed by a second side wall positioned opposite the first return means 44. The second bearing surface 412 is oriented towards the outside of the press 1;
  • a third bearing surface 413 which is formed by a third side wall positioned opposite a side wall 431 of the third part 43 of the blank holder 4. The third bearing surface 413 is oriented opposite the punch 3 and forms a stop limiting the movement of the first part 41 of the blank holder 4 in the direction of the punch 3; and
  • a fourth bearing surface 414 which is formed by a side wall of a first key 46 which collaborates with a side wall 521 of a second key 52 of the side part 51 of the matrix 5.

La première clavette 46 de la première partie 41 du serre-flan 4 comporte, au-dessus de la quatrième surface d'appui 414, une surface d'appui oblique 415 positionnée en regard d'une surface d'appui oblique 522 de la seconde clavette 52 de la partie latérale 51 de la matrice 5. Les deux surfaces d'appui obliques 415 et 522 des deux clavettes 46 et 52 sont parallèles entre elles. Des seconds moyens de rappel 53 maintiennent en appui latéral la partie latérale 51 de la matrice 5 contre une partie centrale 54 de la matrice 5 ; et
  • le serre-flan 4 qui est positionné dans sa première position haute, faisant que les premiers moyens de rappel 44 sont dans une position compressée. La tige de commande 443 crée alors une force de poussée contre la deuxième surface d'appui 412 en direction du poinçon 3. Cette force de poussée maintien la troisième surface d'appui 413 en appui contre la paroi latérale 431 de la troisième partie 43 du serre-flan 4.

The two surfaces oblique support 415 and 522 of the two keys 46 and 52 are mutually parallel. Second return means 53 maintain the lateral part 51 of the matrix 5 in lateral support against a central part 54 of the matrix 5; and
  • the blank holder 4 which is positioned in its first high position, causing the first return means 44 to be in a compressed position. The control rod 443 then creates a pushing force against the second bearing surface 412 in the direction of the punch 3. This pushing force maintains the third bearing surface 413 in abutment against the side wall 431 of the third part 43 of the hold-down 4.

Claims (7)

  1. Press (1) intended to shape, by a method of stamping a sheet metal blank (2), comprising a matrix (5) and a punch (3) suitable for stamping the sheet metal blank (2) during the descent of the matrix (5) against the punch (3), said press comprising a holding-down means (4) which is guided vertically in translation from a first high position to a second low position during the descent of the matrix (5) against the punch (3), said holding-down means (4) comprising at least two portions (41, 42) mobile together, such that the first portion (41) has a lateral movement with respect to the second portion (42), said holding-down means (4) also comprising first return means (44), press wherein the first return means (44), in the low position of the holding-down means (4), are arranged so as to have a positioning called relaxed positioning, and in said low position of the holding-down means (4), the second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4) laterally bears against the first portion (41) of the holding-down means (4), said second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4) being connected to the structure (7) of the press (1) by way of a rod (6) suitable for laterally extending said second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4) during the descent of the matrix (5), the rod (6) comprising a first end (61) integral with the second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4) and a second end (62) integral with the structure (7), the first end (61) and the second end (62) of the rod (7) respectively forming, with the second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4) and with the structure (7), pivot-type connection means, characterised in that the first return means (44) are inserted between said first portion (41) and said second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4).
  2. Press (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the matrix (5) comprises a lateral portion (51) suitable for collaborating with the first portion (41) of the holding-down means (4) to block a lateral edge (21) of the sheet metal blank (2), said lateral portion (51) comprising second return means (53) suitable for opposing the lateral movement, towards the outside of the press (1), of the first portion (41) of the holding-down means (4) during the descent of the matrix (5).
  3. Press (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the holding-down means (4) comprises a third portion (43) which comprises guiding means (45) making it possible to vertically guide in translation, said holding-down means (4).
  4. Press (1) according to claim 5, characterised in that the third portion (43) of the holding-down means (4) forms a support along which the first portion (41) and the second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4) are guided laterally in translation.
  5. Press (1) according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the third portion (43) of the holding-down means (4) comprises a lateral wall (431) which forms an abutment suitable for limiting the lateral movement in the direction of the punch (3) of the first portion (41) of the holding-down means (4).
  6. Press (1) according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that, in the high position of the holding-down means (4), the first return means (44) are suitable for holding the first portion (41) of the holding-down means (4) born against the abutment (431) of the third portion (43) of the holding-down means (4).
  7. Method for holding a press (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein: the second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4) is laterally born against the first portion (41) of the holding-down means (4), said second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4) being connected to the structure (7) of the press (1) by way of a rod (6) suitable for laterally extending said second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4) during the descent of the matrix (5), the rod (6) comprising a first end (61) integral with the second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4) and a second end (62) integral with the structure (7), the first end (61) and the second end (62) of the rod (7) respectively forming, with the second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4) and with the structure (7), pivot-type connection means;
    the holding-down means (4) being positioned beforehand in the low position, said method comprises a step of disassembling the first portion (41) from the holding-down means (4) and a step of reassembling said first portion (41) without modifying the functioning of the first return means (44), characterised in that the first return means (44) are inserted between said first portion (41) and said second portion (42) of the holding-down means (4).
