Le piston 441 comporte une tige de commande 443 dont l'extrémité libre est en appui contre la deuxième surface d'appui 412 de la première partie 41 du serre-flan 4. Dans la position haute de la matrice 5, telle que représentée dans cette figure, nous avons :
- la seconde clavette 52 de la partie latérale 51 de la matrice 5 qui est positionnée au-dessus de la première clavette 46 de la première partie 41 du serre-
flan 4. La première clavette 46 de la première partie 41 du serre-flan 4 comporte, au-dessus de la quatrièmesurface d'appui 414, une surface d'appuioblique 415 positionnée en regard d'unesurface d'appui oblique 522 de la seconde clavette 52 de la partie latérale 51 de la matrice 5. Les deux surfacesd'appui obliques 415et 522 des deux clavettes 46et 52 sont parallèles entre elles. Des seconds moyens de rappel 53 maintiennent en appui latéral la partie latérale 51 de la matrice 5 contre une partie centrale 54 de la matrice 5 ; et - le serre-
flan 4 qui est positionné dans sa première position haute, faisant que les premiers moyens de rappel 44 sont dans une position compressée. La tige de commande 443 crée alors une force de poussée contre la deuxièmesurface d'appui 412 en direction dupoinçon 3. Cette force de poussée maintien la troisièmesurface d'appui 413 en appui contre la paroi latérale 431 de la troisième partie 43 du serre-flan 4.

This thrust force holds thethird bearing surface 413 in abutment against theside wall 431 of thethird portion 43 of theblank holder 4.
