Claims (18)

  1. Dispositif de traitement thermique d'objets (G), notamment de tuyaux (R) et de contenants (B) en métal, le dispositif comportant une chaîne (K1, K2) constituée de maillons de chaîne (1), les maillons de chaîne (1) étant reliés l'un à l'autre de manière mobile en rotation et de façon à pivoter, et le dispositif comportant au moins un conducteur électrique (IN) qui est agencé dans ou sur la chaîne (K1, K2), caractérisé en ce que la chaîne (K1, K2) présente des galets de roulement (1a) qui servent à dérouler et/ou à être en appui sur l'objet (G) à réchauffer.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un moyen de refroidissement (K), notamment sous forme d'un flexible pour réfrigérant (K), est agencé dans ou sur la chaîne (K1, K2).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les maillons de chaîne (1) présentent respectivement deux parties latérales (1c) qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une barre de liaison ou d'au moins une paroi de liaison (1b).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les maillons de chaîne (1) présentent respectivement deux parties latérales (1c) qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'au moins deux barres de liaison et en ce que les barres (1b) forment avec les deux parties latérales (1c) une ouverture de passage (12) en forme de fenêtre, notamment rectangulaire, dans laquelle le conducteur électrique (IN) et/ou le moyen de refroidissement (K) s'engagent.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les maillons de chaîne (1) sont ouverts sur leur côté (1g) tourné vers l'objet (G) de sorte que la résistance électromagnétique entre le conducteur électrique (IN) et l'objet est aussi faible que possible.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de pivotement (A1) des maillons de chaîne (1), reliés l'un à l'autre de façon à pouvoir pivoter, forme, ou est en même temps, l'axe de rotation pour les galets de roulement (1a).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un galet de roulement (1a) est agencé sur chaque maillon de chaîne (1) ou sur chaque deuxième ou troisième maillon de chaîne (1).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les galets de roulement (1a) permettent un déroulage sur l'objet (G) dans la direction d'extension longitudinale (LR) de la chaîne (K1, K2) et/ou transversalement par rapport à celle-ci.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les galets de roulement (1a) sont logés de manière à pouvoir tourner dans une première partie de palier (1r), la partie de palier (1r) étant logée elle-même de manière mobile en rotation et de façon à pivoter sur le maillon de chaîne (1).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la longueur (1n) d'un maillon de chaîne (1) est plus courte que la huitième partie de la périphérie (U) de l'objet (G) à traiter.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les maillons de chaîne (1) présentent justement des parties latérales (1c) de sorte que la chaîne (K1, K2) peut reposer de manière plane sur une surface plane.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les parties latérales (1c) présentent sur leur côté tourné vers l'objet (G) une courbure (KR), notamment légère.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les maillons de chaîne (1) s'engrènent.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les maillons de chaîne (1) sont en un matériau électrique, non conducteur et non ferromagnétique.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif peut être pressé contre la paroi extérieure (Go) de l'objet (G) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un moyen de traction (S) tendu et contournant l'objet (G).
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de traction est reposé à l'extérieur de la chaîne (K1, K2) ou est guidé par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un maillon de chaîne (1).
  17. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs chaînes (K1, K2) peuvent être fixées l'une à l'autre avec leurs extrémités (K1a, K2a).
  18. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un inducteur ou un conducteur électrique s'étend sur plus d'une chaîne (K1, K2) ou est logé sur celles-ci.
