  1. Appareil de cuisine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éclairage (120) présente au moins une diode électroluminescente (DEL) comme source lumineuse (121) et le dispositif d'éclairage (120) et de préférence la surface d'émission (122) constituent respectivement une bande.
  11. Appareil de cuisine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'affichage (12) est relié à une unité de commande du dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11) et le dispositif d'affichage (12) est de préférence commandé en fonction de l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11).
  12. Appareil de cuisine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice d'aspiration (111) du dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11) se trouve dans le champ de cuisson (10).
