Claims (7)

  1. Unité d'usinage pour une machine pour ébavurer une pièce plane, pour laquelle l'unité d'usinage passe sur la surface de la pièce à ébavurer, avec
    une plaque de support (6) pour l'essentielle plane,
    un ensemble de feuilles abrasives souples rectangulaires (10), qui sont disposées parallèlement les unes aux autres sur la plaque de support (6) et s'étendent transversalement au sens de déplacement de l'unité d'usinage (4),
    caractérisée en ce que
    les feuilles abrasives individuelles (10) sont fixées inclinées sur la plaque de support (6) en biais par rapport au sens de déplacement de l'unité d'usinage (4), ce qui a pour résultat un déploiement en éventail des feuilles abrasives dans la zone de leurs bords inférieurs.
  2. Unité d'usinage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'angle entre les feuilles abrasives (10) et la plaque de support se situe entre 3 et 60 degrés, de préférence entre 20 et 40 degrés dans la zone du bord supérieur des feuilles abrasives (10).
  3. Unité d'usinage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les feuilles abrasives (10) sont composées de papier émeri ou de toile émeri recouvert d'un produit abrasif d'un côté, sachant que le côté abrasif est tourné en direction de la pièce (5).
  4. Unité d'usinage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les feuilles abrasives (10) sont collées avec leur bord supérieur sur la plaque de support (6).
  5. Unité d'usinage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de support (6) possède un bord périphérique (9), dépassant latéralement, dont une pièce recouvre la zone supérieure des feuilles abrasives (10).
  6. Unité d'usinage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce qu'une masse de matière plastique (11) est coulée sur la face inférieure de la plaque de support (6), dans laquelle les feuilles abrasives (10) sont encastrées avec leur arête supérieure.
  7. Unité d'usinage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'une plaque mince (12) dans un matériau élastique souple est respectivement disposée entre les feuilles abrasives individuelles (10).
