Claims (9)
- Dispositif à rétroéclairage du type à attaque partielle, comprenant :un châssis (51, 151) ayant une surface inférieure et des parois latérales s'étendant perpendiculaires à la surface inférieure à une périphérie de la surface inférieure,une source lumineuse d'excitation qui est formée d'une pluralité d'éléments électroluminescents (10, 10B, 10M) et qui peut être attaquée partiellement ;une feuille de phosphore (20, 120) disposée à une position séparée de la source lumineuse d'excitation et contenant un phosphore qui convertit au moins une partie d'une région de longueur d'onde de lumière incidente de la source lumineuse d'excitation et relâche une lumière émise dans une région de longueur d'onde différant de la lumière incidente ; etun film réflecteur sélectif de longueur d'onde (30, 130) qui est disposé entre la source lumineuse d'excitation et la feuille de phosphore et qui transmet au moins une partie de la lumière dans la région de longueur d'onde de la lumière incidente de la source lumineuse d'excitation et réfléchit au moins une partie de la lumière dans la région de longueur d'onde de la lumière émise de la feuille de phosphore,
dans lequella pluralité d'éléments électroluminescents sont fournis dans un réseau en forme de grille sur la surface inférieure du châssis,la feuille de phosphore comprend une couche de phosphore (21) contenant du phosphore et un film protecteur (22) pour protéger la couche de phosphore, le film protecteur étant disposé sur le côté de la couche de phosphore opposé au film réflecteur sélectif de longueur d'onde,la couche de phosphore et le film réflecteur sélectif de longueur d'onde sont joints directement de telle sorte que la feuille de phosphore et le film réflecteur sélectif de longueur d'onde forment une feuille intégrée (25, 125), etles parois latérales du châssis sont utilisées comme une pièce d'écartement pour positionner la feuille intégrée parallèle à la surface inférieure du châssis. - Dispositif de rétroéclairage du type à attaque partielle selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre une plaque de diffusion (40, 140) disposée entre la source lumineuse d'excitation et la feuille intégrée, dans lequel les parois latérales du châssis sont utilisées comme une pièce d'écartement pour positionner la plaque de diffusion parallèle à la surface inférieure du châssis.
- Dispositif de rétroéclairage du type à attaque partielle selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel les éléments électroluminescents sont des DEL bleues, qui ont une longueur d'onde d'émission de lumière centrale de 440 nm à 475 nm.
- Dispositif de rétroéclairage du type à attaque partielle selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel
les éléments électroluminescents sont des DEL magenta, les DEL magenta étant formées chacune d'une DEL bleue, qui a une longueur d'onde d'émission de lumière centrale de 440 nm à 475 nm, et d'un phosphore rouge, qui a une longueur d'onde d'émission de lumière centrale de 600 nm à 680 nm, disposés sur une surface supérieure de puce de la DEL bleue. - Dispositif de rétroéclairage du type à attaque partielle selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le phosphore rouge est un phosphore de fluorure électroluminescent.
- Dispositif de rétroéclairage du type à attaque partielle selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le phosphore de fluorure électroluminescent est du K2SiF6.
- Dispositif de rétroéclairage du type à attaque partielle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le phosphore de la feuille de phosphore est du phosphore de sulfure.
- Dispositif de rétroéclairage du type à attaque partielle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le phosphore de la feuille de phosphore est un phosphore de grenat d'yttrium et d'aluminium dopé au cérium.
- Dispositif d'affichage d'images comprenant le dispositif de rétroéclairage du type à attaque partielle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
