Claims (8)
- 長さ方向の一方側の端部が塞がれている一方、長さ方向の他方側の端部が開口しており、前記他方側の端部から発光体が封入される発光体封入用毛細管であって、
前記発光体封入用毛細管は、互いに対向する第1及び第2の主壁部と、前記第1及び第2の主壁部の幅方向における端部に接続され、互いに対向する第1及び第2の側壁部とを備え、
前記第1及び第2の主壁部と前記第1及び第2の側壁部とが一体的に形成されてなり、
前記第1の主壁部は、前記第2の主壁部よりも厚い、発光体封入用毛細管。 - 前記第1の主壁部の厚みは、前記第2の主壁部の厚みの2倍以上である、請求項1に記載の発光体封入用毛細管。
- 発光体封入用毛細管は、ガラス製である、請求項1または2に記載の発光体封入用毛細管。
- 両端が塞がれた毛細管と、前記毛細管内に封入された発光体とを備える波長変換部材であって、
前記毛細管は、
互いに対向する第1及び第2の主壁部と、前記第1及び第2の主壁部の幅方向における端部に接続され、互いに対向する第1及び第2の側壁部とを備え、
前記第1及び第2の主壁部と前記第1及び第2の側壁部とが一体的に形成されてなり、
前記第1の主壁部は、第2の主壁部よりも厚い、
波長変換部材。 - 前記第1の主壁部の厚みは、前記第2の主壁部厚みの2倍以上である、請求項4に記載の波長変換部材。
- 前記発光体は、無機蛍光体である、請求項4または5に記載の波長変換部材。
- 前記無機蛍光体は、量子ドットである、請求項6に記載の波長変換部材。
- 発光体封入用毛細管は、ガラス製である、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の波長変換部材。
