  • the user When the user decides to interrupt dispensing of the liquid on the surface to be cleaned or into the environment to be treated, the user positions the on/off type opening device provided on the delivery gun in the closed configuration. Therefore, the liquid cannot exit through the delivery gun.
  • the pump 1 instead continues to operate, while waiting for the user to reactivate the delivery gun.
  • pressurised liquid A certain amount of pressurised liquid remains in the delivery tube.
  • This pressurised liquid cannot exit from the delivery gun due to a pressure surge (water hammer) within the protrusion 36, which generates a force directed from the final portion 38 towards the initial portion 37.
  • This force acts on the shutter device 39 by pushing the shutter device 39 into the respective closed position, shown in Figure 6 . Therefore the outlet conduit made in the protrusion 36 is closed, i.e. the fluid communication between the initial portion 37 and the final portion 38 is interrupted.
  • the pressurised liquid that flows into the connecting hole 47 allows the shutter 30 to be opened. By so doing, excessive pressures in the head 4 of the pump 1 are avoided, which excessive pressures might be due to the pressurised liquid contained in the delivery tube connected to the outlet 35.
  • the pressure surge in the outlet conduit made inside the protrusion 36 further causes closing of the adding device 43, because the closing body 45 is pushed by the elastic element 46 towards the connector 42, therefore closing the passage 44. In this way, dispensing of the detergent substance through the passage 44 is interrupted.
  • the liquid contained in the delivery tube and more generally downstream of the shutter device 39 can reach the adjusting valve 25.
  • the pressure surge due to the liquid that cannot exit from the delivery tube generates a force that detaches the shutter 30 from the bushing 33.
  • the outlet manifold 19 is put in fluid communication with the inlet manifold 18 through the connecting conduit 32. Consequently, the liquid flows from the outlet manifold 19 towards the inlet manifold 18, thereby protecting the components of the pump 1 against any damage.

Claims (10)

  1. Pumpe, umfassend:
    - eine Vielzahl an Kolben (5), von denen ein jeder in einem Zylinder verschiebbar ist, um das Volumen einer entsprechenden Kammer (6) zu variieren;
    - eine Vielzahl an Saugventilen (16), von denen ein jedes mit einer Kammer (6) assoziiert und bedienbar ist, um einer Flüssigkeit zu erlauben, in die Kammer (6) einzuströmen, wobei die Saugventile (16) in einer ersten Abfolge angeordnet sind;
    - eine Vielzahl an Druckventilen (17), von denen ein jedes mit einer Kammer (6) assoziiert und bedienbar ist, um der Flüssigkeit zu erlauben, aus der Kammer (6) auszuströmen, wobei die Druckventile (17) in einer zweiten Abfolge angeordnet sind;
    - ein Regelventil (25) zur Regelung des Drucks der aus der Pumpe (1) austretenden Flüssigkeit,
    wobei das Regelventil (25) zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Ventilen einer Abfolge eingesetzt ist, ausgewählt zwischen der ersten Abfolge und der zweiten Abfolge, wobei die Pumpe (1) zudem umfasst:
    - eine Auslassleitung, angeordnet nach den Druckventilen (17),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (1) zudem umfasst:
    - eine Absperrvorrichtung (39), die zwischen einem Anfangsabschnitt (37) der Auslassleitung und einem Endabschnitt (38) der Auslassleitung eingesetzt ist, sodass der Anfangsabschnitt (37) mit dem Endabschnitt (38) in Fluidkommunikation gebracht wird oder alternativ der Anfangsabschnitt (37) vom Endabschnitt (38) getrennt wird;
    - ein Verbindungsloch (47), um einen Abschnitt der Auslassleitung, der nach der Absperrvorrichtung (39) angeordnet ist, mit dem Regelventil (25) zu verbinden.
  2. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Regelventil (25) zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Druckventilen (17) der zweiten Abfolge eingesetzt ist.
  3. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei sich die Saugventile (16) entlang jeweiliger Achsen (X) erstrecken, das Regelventil (25) sich entlang einer Achse (Y1) erstreckt, die schräg zu den Achsen (X) der Saugventile (16) angeordnet ist.
  4. Pumpe nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Achsen (X), entlang derer sich die Saugventile (16) erstrecken, gegenseitig parallel sind.
  5. Pumpe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Regelventil (25) ausgelegt ist, um eine Druckseite der Pumpe (1) in Fluidkommunikation mit einer Saugseite der Pumpe (1) zu bringen, sodass die Menge an Flüssigkeit von der Druckseite zur Saugseite rezirkuliert werden kann, um die Durchflussmenge der aus der Pumpe (1) austretenden Flüssigkeit zu variieren.
  6. Pumpe nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Regelventil (25) eine Klappe (30) umfasst, die mindestens teilweise in einem Gehäuse (31) positioniert ist, wobei die Pumpe (1) zudem eine Verbindungsleitung (32) umfasst, die das Gehäuse (31) mit der Druckseite der Pumpe (1) verbindet, wobei die Klappe (30) ausgelegt ist, um das Gehäuse (31) zu isolieren oder alternativ mit einer Kommunikationsleitung (34) zu verbinden, wobei die Kommunikationsleitung (34) in Fluidkommunikation mit der Saugseite der Pumpe (1) ist.
  7. Pumpe nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Verbindungsleitung (32) das Gehäuse (31) mit einem Druckventil (17) der Vielzahl an Druckventilen (17) verbindet, wobei die Kommunikationsleitung (34) das Gehäuse (31) selektiv mit einem Auslassverteiler (19) verbindet, wobei der Auslassverteiler (19) ausgelegt ist, um die Flüssigkeit den Saugventilen (16) zuzuführen.
  8. Pumpe nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei die Klappe (30) eine Position im Gehäuse (31) aufweist, wobei die Position als eine Funktion des Flüssigkeitsdrucks im Gehäuse (31) und einer Kraft, die von einer Feder (28) auf die Klappe (30) ausgeübt wird, bestimmbar ist, wobei das Regelventil (25) zudem ein Steuerelement (26, 27) umfasst, das von einem Nutzer bedienbar ist, um die von der Feder (28) ausgeübte Kraft einzustellen.
  9. Pumpe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Auslassleitung eine Verschmälerung (40) ihres Querschnitts aufweist.
  10. Pumpe nach Anspruch 9, zudem umfassend eine Hinzufügevorrichtung (43), die dieser Verschmälerung (40) zugewandt ist, wobei die Hinzufügevorrichtung (43) mittels einer Saugwirkung geöffnet werden kann, die von einem Flüssigkeitsstrom erzeugt wird, der durch die Auslassleitung strömt, sodass die Hinzufügevorrichtung (43) dem Flüssigkeitsstrom ein Additiv hinzufügt.
