Claims (11)

  1. Procédé pour le prétraitement d'un textile à imprimer, pour lequel le textile est humidifié au moins dans une zone d'impression dans laquelle au moins une encre d'impression est appliquée, avec une composition de traitement, par laquelle des fils du textile sont scellés,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la composition de traitement est tout d'abord séchée sur le textile, une part de constituants volatiles étant diminuée, et
    en ce que la composition de traitement séchée est activée avant l'impression, au moins la zone d'impression pourvue du fluide de traitement étant pressée avec apport de chaleur.
  2. Procédé pour le prétraitement d'un textile à imprimer selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les fils du textile présentent une structure multifilaments qui est scellée au moyen de la composition de traitement activée dans la zone d'impression, une pénétration d'encre d'impression dans la structure multifilaments étant évitée.
  3. Procédé pour le prétraitement d'un textile à imprimer selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la structure multifilaments de la zone à imprimer est lissée, une réduction d'interactions survenant entre le textile et l'encre d'impression, en particulier d'interactions qui influencent la tension de surface et/ou la forme de l'encre d'impression sur le textile, étant provoquée dans la zone.
  4. Procédé pour le prétraitement d'un textile à imprimer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    lors du séchage de la composition de traitement un solvant est retiré, au moins un composant thermoplastique restant.
  5. Procédé pour le prétraitement d'un textile à imprimer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le composant thermoplastique est fondu par le traitement thermique et le pressage et que le composant thermoplastique fondu se répartit au moins sur la surface des fils.
  6. Procédé pour le prétraitement d'un textile à imprimer selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le textile est imprimé après le prétraitement selon un procédé d'impression par voie humide, en particulier selon un procédé à jet d'encre avec au moins une couleur d'impression.
  7. Dispositif pour le prétraitement d'au moins un textile à imprimer, en particulier selon un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, avec
    - un dispositif d'humidification, lequel est réalisé afin d'humidifier l'au moins un textile sur un côté d'impression dans une zone d'impression avec une composition de traitement,
    - un dispositif de séchage, lequel est réalisé afin de diminuer au moins une part de solvant dans la composition de traitement,
    - un dispositif de chauffage, lequel est réalisé afin de chauffer la composition de traitement au moins dans la zone d'impression sur l'au moins un textile, la composition de traitement étant activable sur l'au moins un textile pour le scellage de la surface du textile, et
    - un dispositif de pressage, lequel est réalisé afin de presser l'au moins un textile au moins dans la zone d'impression, la surface du textile étant lissée au moins dans la zone d'impression.
  8. Dispositif pour le prétraitement d'au moins un textile à imprimer selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'humidification présente au moins une buse au moyen de laquelle la composition de traitement peut être fournie au moins dans la zone d'impression.
  9. Dispositif pour le prétraitement d'au moins un textile à imprimer selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le textile et le dispositif d'humidification peuvent être avancés mutuellement de manière adaptée aux besoins.
  10. Dispositif pour le prétraitement d'au moins un textile à imprimer selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de chauffage et le dispositif de pressage sont réalisés afin d'agir simultanément sur le textile humidifié.
  11. Dispositif pour le prétraitement d'au moins un textile à imprimer selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de prétraitement est réalisé en tant que dispositif de transfert qui peut être prévu dans un processus en continu, au moyen duquel un textile prétraité peut être avancé successivement jusqu'à un dispositif d'impression logé en aval du dispositif de prétraitement.
