Claims (8)

  1. Flasche (10) für Kosmetikprodukt, wobei die Flasche (10) geeignet ist, zwei Positionen einzunehmen, eine Öffnungsposition und eine Verschlussposition, wobei die Flasche umfasst:
    - einen Körper (20), der dazu vorgesehen ist, das Kosmetikprodukt (P) zu enthalten, der sich entlang einer Haupterstreckungsrichtung (X), als Hauptrichtung bezeichnet, erstreckt, wobei der Körper (20) eine Bodenwand (26) an einem seiner Enden, als distales Ende (27) bezeichnet, und eine Öffnung (21) am gegenüberliegenden Ende entlang der Hauptrichtung, als proximales Ende (28) bezeichnet, sowie eine Seitenwand (23) aufweist, die sich zwischen dem distalen Ende (27) und dem proximalen Ende (28) befindet,
    - einen Deckel (30),
    - einen Abstreifer (40), der dazu vorgesehen ist, das auf einem Applikator überschüssige Kosmetikprodukt (P) abzustreifen, wenn die Flasche (10) von der Verschlussposition in die Öffnungsposition übergeht, wobei der Abstreifer (40) am proximalen Ende (28) des Körpers (20) befestigt ist, wobei der Abstreifer (40) dazu ausgelegt ist, mit dem Deckel (30) zusammenzuwirken, um einen dichten Verschluss der Flasche (10) in der Verschlussposition zu gewährleisten,
    - Öffnungs- und Verschlussmittel (29, 39), die sich einerseits auf dem Deckel (30) und andererseits auf dem Körper (20) der Flasche (10) befinden, wobei die Öffnungs- und Verschlussmittel (29, 39) dazu ausgelegt sind, zusammenzuwirken, um das Aufrechthalten der Verschlussposition der Flasche (10) zu gewährleisten,
    wobei die Öffnungs- und Verschlussmittel (29), die sich auf dem Körper (20) befinden, einerseits von dem proximalen Ende (28) des Körpers (20) und andererseits von dem distalen Ende (27) des Körpers (20) beabstandet positioniert sind,
    der Körper (20) der Flasche (10) an seinem oberen Teil keinen Vorsprung umfasst,
    wobei die Flasche (10) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Abstand, in dem die Öffnungs- und Verschlussmittel (29, 39) auf dem Körper (20) der Flasche (10) positioniert sind, gemäß einem Verhältnis der Höhen h/H festgelegt ist, wobei die Höhe h die Höhe zwischen dem proximalen Ende (28) und den auf dem Körper (20) befindlichen Öffnung- und Verschlussmitteln (29) ist und die Höhe H die Höhe des Körpers (20) der Flasche (10) zwischen dem distalen Ende (27) und dem proximalen Ende (28) ist, wobei diese zwei Höhen entlang der Hauptrichtung (X) gemessen werden, wobei das Verhältnis der Höhen h/H zwischen 0,25≤h/H≤0,75, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,25≤h/H≤0,5 beträgt.
  2. Flasche für Kosmetikprodukt nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Dichtung durch die Komprimierung des Abstreifers (40) zwischen dem proximalen Ende (28) des Körpers (20) und dem Deckel (30) in der Verschlussposition der Flasche gewährleistet wird.
  3. Flasche für Kosmetikprodukt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Deckel (30) eine Außenfläche (34), eine Innenfläche (32) und einen massiven Teil (36) aufweist, wobei der massive Teil (36) des Deckels (30) dazu vorgesehen ist, in Zusammenwirkung mit dem Abstreifer (40) die Dichtung der Flasche (10) in der Verschlussposition zu gewährleisten.
  4. Flasche für Kosmetikprodukt nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei sich die Öffnungs- und Verschlussmittel (29, 39) einerseits auf der Innenfläche (32) des Deckels (30) und andererseits an der Seitenwand (23) des Körpers (20) der Flasche (10) befinden.
  5. Flasche für Kosmetikprodukt nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Seitenwand (23) des Körpers (20) eine Außenfläche (24) und eine Innenfläche (22) aufweist, wobei sich die Öffnungs- und Verschlussmittel (29) auf der Außenfläche (24) der Seitenwand (23) des Körpers (20) der Flasche (10) befinden.
  6. Flasche für Kosmetikprodukt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Öffnungs- und Verschlussmittel (29, 39) aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die ein Schraubsystem, ein Bajonettsystem und ein Klemmsystem umfasst.
  7. Flasche für Kosmetikprodukt nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Öffnungs- und Verschlussmittel (29, 39) ein Schraubsystem umfassen, das ein Innengewindeteil, das sich auf der Innenfläche (32) des Deckels (30) befindet, und ein Außengewindeteil, das sich auf der Außenfläche (24) der Seitenwand (23) des Körpers (20) der Flasche (10) befindet, umfasst.
  8. Applikatoranordnung für ein Kosmetikprodukt, umfassend:
    - eine Flasche (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    - einen Applikator,
    wobei der Deckel (30) dazu vorgesehen ist, den Applikator des Kosmetikprodukts (P) im Inneren des Körpers (20) zu halten, wenn die Flasche (10) in der Verschlussposition ist.
