Claims (8)

  1. Bottle (10) for a cosmetic product, said bottle (10) being capable of occupying two positions, an opened position and a closed position, said bottle comprising:
    - a body (20) that is intended to contain the cosmetic product (P) and that extends along a main longitudinal extension direction (X), referred to as the main direction, said body (20) having a bottom wall (26) at one of its ends, referred to as the distal end (27), and an opening (21) at the opposite end along the main direction, referred to as the proximal end (28), and a side wall (23) located between the distal end (27) and the proximal end (28),
    - a cover (30),
    - a wiper (40) that is intended to scrape off excess cosmetic product (P) on an applicator when the bottle (10) moves from the closed position to the opened position, said wiper (40) being attached to the proximal end (28) of the body (20), the wiper (40) being designed so as to cooperate with the cover (30) in order to ensure a sealed closure of the bottle (10) in the closed position,
    - opening and closing means (29, 39) located on the cover (30) and on the body (20) of the bottle (10), the opening and closing means (29, 39) being designed so as to cooperate with one another in order to ensure that the bottle (10) is kept in the closed position,
    the opening and closing means (29) located on the body (20) are positioned at a distance from the proximal end (28) of the body (20) and from the distal end (27) of the body (20),
    the body 20 of the bottle 10 does not comprise a shoulder in the region of its top portion
    said bottle (10) being characterised in that the distance at which the opening and closing means (29) are positioned on the body (20) of the bottle (10) is established in accordance with a ratio of the heights h/H, in which the height h is the height between the proximal end (28) and the opening and closing means (29) located on the body (20), and the height H is the height of the body (20) of the bottle (10) between the distal (27) and proximal (28) ends, these two heights being measured along the main direction (X), said ratio of the heights h/H being comprised between 0.25≤h/H≤0.75, preferably between 0.25≤h/H≤0.5.
  2. Bottle for a cosmetic product according to claim 1, wherein the sealing is ensured by the compression of the wiper (40) between the proximal end (28) of the body (20) and the cover (30) in the closed position of the bottle.
  3. Bottle for a cosmetic product according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the cover (30) comprises an outer surface (34), an inner surface (32) and a solid part (36), said solid part (36) of the cover (30) being intended to ensure, together with the wiper (40), the sealing of the bottle (10) in the closed position.
  4. Bottle for a cosmetic product according to the preceding claim, wherein the opening and closing means (29, 39) are located on the inner surface (32) of the cover (30), and on the side wall (23) of the body (20) of the bottle (10).
  5. Bottle for a cosmetic product according to claim 4, wherein the side wall (23) of the body (20) has an outer surface (24) and an inner surface (22), the opening and closing means (29) being located on the outer surface (24) of the side wall (23) of the body (20) of the bottle (10).
  6. Bottle for a cosmetic product according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the opening and closing means (29, 39) are selected from the group comprising a screw system, a bayonet system and a clip system.
  7. Bottle for a cosmetic product according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the opening and closing means comprise a screw system comprising a tapped part located on the inner surface (32) of the cover (30), and a threaded part located on the outer surface (24) of the side wall (23) of the body (20) of the bottle (10).
  8. Cosmetic product applicator assembly, comprising:
    - a bottle (10) according to any of claims 1 to 7,
    - an applicator,
    the cover (30) being intended to keep the cosmetic product (P) applicator inside the body (20) when the bottle (10) is in the closed position.
