Then, after the process of S11a or S12a, the controller 20 returns to S5 and repeatedly performs control so that the compressor suction pressure Ps and the compressor suction superheat degree SHs respectively become equal to the corresponding setting value 2 and setting value 3.
- the refrigeration cycle apparatus differs from that in Embodiment 1 in bypass valves to be controlled, but can produce the same effect as that in Embodiment 1. That is, when an operation state in which an outdoor air temperature is low and a compressor suction pressure is close to a negative pressure is entered, a hot-water supply operation is continued with the main expansion valve 4 being fully closed without evaporation of refrigerant in the evaporator 5. Then, the compressor suction pressure is controlled by using the opening degree of the suction bypass valve 9, and a suction superheat degree of the compressor 1 is also controlled by using the opening degree of the condenser bypass valve 17.

That is, excess refrigerant can be stored in the receiver 13 during a negative pressure prevention operation, thereby preventing an operation in which liquid flows back to the suction side of the compressor 1 and enabling a highly reliable negative pressure prevention operation to continue.

- the accumulator 15 is provided on the suction side of the compressor 1, thereby enabling excess refrigerant to be stored in the accumulator 15 during a negative pressure prevention operation in which excess refrigerant is caused. This prevents an operation in which liquid flows back to the suction side of the compressor 1, thereby enabling a highly reliable negative pressure prevention operation to continue.

Claims (14)
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération comprenant :un circuit principal (30) dans lequel sont connectés en cercle un compresseur (1), un condenseur (3), une soupape d'expansion principale (4) et un évaporateur (5), le circuit principal (30) étant configuré pour y faire circuler un fluide frigorigène qui présente un point ébullition supérieur à celui du R407C ;une dérivation (40, 41) configurée pour combiner un flux d'une partie du fluide frigorigène évacué hors du compresseur (1) et un flux de fluide frigorigène qui s'écoule hors du condenseur (3) en un flux combiné, et pour permettre au flux combiné de circuler dans un côté aspiration du compresseur (1) ;une soupape de régulation d'une pression négative (7, 9) configurée pour réguler le débit dans la dérivation (40, 41) ;un capteur de la pression d'aspiration du compresseur (21) au niveau du côté aspiration du compresseur ; etune unité de commande de prévention d'une pression négative (20a, 20A) configurée pour exécuter une opération de prévention d'une pression négative, consistant à commander la soupape de régulation d'une pression négative (7, 9) afin d'empêcher la pression d'aspiration du compresseur (1) de devenir inférieure à la pression atmosphérique, oùla dérivation comprend une dérivation de gaz évacué (6) configurée pour dériver une partie du fluide frigorigène évacué hors du compresseur (1) vers un côté aspiration, et une dérivation d'aspiration (8) configurée pour combiner un flux de fluide frigorigène qui circule hors du condenseur (3) en un flux dans la dérivation de gaz évacué (6), et pour permettre au flux de circuler dans le côté aspiration du compresseur (1), oùla soupape de régulation d'une pression négative (7) est une soupape de dérivation de gaz évacué (7) configurée pour réguler le débit dans la dérivation de gaz évacué (6), et oùau cours de l'opération de prévention d'une pression négative, l'unité de commande de prévention d'une pression négative (20a, 20A) est configurée pour fermer la soupape d'expansion principale (4) et également pour réguler le degré d'ouverture de la soupape de régulation d'une pression négative (7) de telle sorte que la pression d'aspiration atteigne une deuxième valeur de réglage réglée à l'avance.
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon la revendication 1, où le circuit principal (30) comprend en outre une soupape à quatre voies (2) configurée pour commuter entre les directions où circule le fluide frigorigène évacué hors du compresseur (1).
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon la revendication 2, comprenant en outre une soupape à deux voies (10) disposée entre la soupape à quatre voies (2) et l'évaporateur (5).
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon la revendication 3, où l'unité de commande de prévention d'une pression négative (20a, 20A) est configurée pour fermer la soupape à deux voies (10) au cours d'une opération de prévention d'une pression négative.
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon la revendication 2, comprenant en outre :dans la dérivation (40, 41), un éjecteur (11) disposé dans une dérivation de gaz évacué (6) configuré pour dériver une partie du fluide frigorigène évacué hors du compresseur (1) vers le côté aspiration ; etun circuit d'aspiration configuré pour permettre à une section aspiration de l'éjecteur (11) d'aspirer le fluide frigorigène entre l'évaporateur (5) et la soupape à quatre voies (2).
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération comprenant :un circuit principal (30) dans lequel sont connectés en cercle un compresseur (1), un condenseur (3), une soupape d'expansion principale (4), un évaporateur (5), une soupape à quatre voies (2) configurée pour commuter entre les directions dans lesquelles circule le fluide frigorigène évacué hors du compresseur (1), et une soupape à deux voies (10) disposée entre la soupape à quatre voies (2) et l'évaporateur (5), et à travers lequel circule un fluide frigorigène qui présente un point d'ébullition supérieur à celui du R407C ;une dérivation (40, 41) configurée pour combiner un flux d'une partie du fluide frigorigène évacué hors du compresseur (1) et un flux de fluide frigorigène qui s'écoule hors du condenseur (3, 16) en un flux combiné, et pour permettre au flux combiné de circuler dans un côté aspiration du compresseur (1) ;une soupape de régulation d'une pression négative (7, 9) configurée pour réguler le débit dans la dérivation (40, 41) ; un capteur de la pression d'aspiration du compresseur (21) au niveau du côté aspiration du compresseur; etune unité de commande de prévention d'une pression négative (20a, 20A) ;où, au cours d'un fonctionnement en chauffage, la soupape à quatre voies (2) est configurée pour acheminer le fluide frigorigène évacué hors du compresseur (1) vers le condenseur (3), et l'unité de commande de prévention d'une pression négative (20a, 20A) est configurée pour exécuter une opération de prévention d'une pression négative, consistant à commander la soupape de régulation d'une pression négative (7, 9) afin d'empêcher la pression d'aspiration du compresseur (1) de devenir inférieure à la pression atmosphérique, et à fermer la soupape à deux voies (10) au cours de l'opération de prévention d'une pression négative.
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon la revendication 6, où la dérivation (40) comporte :une dérivation de gaz évacué (6) configurée pour dériver une partie du fluide frigorigène évacué hors du compresseur (1) vers un côté aspiration, et une dérivation d'aspiration (8) configurée pour combiner un flux de fluide frigorigène qui circule hors du condenseur (3) en un flux dans la dérivation de gaz évacué (6), et pour permettre au flux de circuler dans le côté aspiration du compresseur (1), etoù la soupape de régulation d'une pression négative (7) est une soupape de dérivation de gaz évacué (7) configurée pour réguler le débit dans la dérivation de gaz évacué (6).
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon la revendication 7,
où, lorsque la pression d'aspiration détectée par le capteur de pression (21) est inférieure à une première valeur de réglage réglée à l'avance, l'unité de commande de prévention d'une pression négative (20a) est configurée pour débuter l'opération de prévention d'une pression négative afin de commander la soupape de dérivation de gaz évacué (7). - Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon la revendication 7 ou 8, où, au cours de l'opération de prévention d'une pression négative, l'unité de commande de prévention d'une pression négative (20a) est configurée pour réguler le degré d'ouverture de la soupape de dérivation de gaz évacué (7) de telle sorte que la pression d'aspiration atteigne une deuxième valeur de réglage réglée à l'avance.
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon la revendication 8 ou 9, comprenant en outre une soupape de dérivation d'aspiration (9) configurée pour réguler le débit dans la dérivation d'aspiration (8) afin de commander un degré de surchauffe du gaz à aspirer dans le compresseur (1).
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon la revendication 10, comprenant en outre une unité de commande du degré de surchauffe (20b) configurée pour réguler le degré d'ouverture de la soupape de dérivation d'aspiration (9) de telle sorte que le degré de surchauffe du gaz à aspirer dans le compresseur (1) atteigne une troisième valeur de réglage réglée à l'avance.
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, comprenant en outre un récepteur (13) disposé sur un côté sortie du condenseur (3).
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, comprenant en outre un récepteur (13) disposé en parallèle avec le circuit principal (30) sur un côté sortie du condenseur (3).
- Appareil de cycle de réfrigération selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, comprenant en outre un accumulateur (15) disposé sur le côté aspiration du compresseur (1).
